This property was amazing. We enjoyed how close we were to the beach and everything Surfside Beach has to offer. Leanne was a treasure to deal with. The house was clean and had every amenity we needed. We will be back again. Thank you so much!!

We loved this house! It was very clean and close walk to everything! Kids enjoyed the pool! Host was very easy to reach! The only downside to our stay here was the fact we had to bring our own linen. Coming home with 6 sets of sheets and towels for 7 people was not fun! Took several loads to just get started on laundry from that not to mention the other dirty clothes we had. This was a huge downfall. I was not going to pay for a linen service as I felt we had already paid enough. Otherwise the house was nice. We just probably won’t be going back. Will find somewhere with linen included. This was a first

Beautiful home. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Completely furnished. 2 minute walk from the beach. Close to everything. Beautiful, clean pool. Wish we could stay longer. Absolutely zero complaints/issues. Would 100% stay again. Super host and super happy :-)

We were really happy with the house. Everyone had a quiet spot for downtime and very close to several bars and restaurants. The newly rebuilt pier was great for early morning strolls. All of the beds were really comfy, air conditioning worked very well…sometimes a bit too well lol. We would definitely rent again. Tina

The property and the host were great. However, your communication wasn't. In your emails, there was a spot that said contact host. It never worked!

We had the best time in this beautiful home. It has close access to the beach and restaurants, as well as a beautiful pier with homemade ice cream. The house has everything you need and the pool is the perfect size for families with small kids. We had no issues during our stay and we would love to book again if we are ever in the area.

It's been over 20 years that we had been to Surfside and out trip back at this property did not disappoint! The house was pretty much the cleanest property I have stayed in. The owner even helped get it ready prior to our arrival so my husband that flew in could have somewhere to wait for us driving. Location is awesome. Kitchen well equipped along with all the pool and beach gear that was already there. Owner easy to communicate with and always helpful. We will be back again for sure.

This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed at. We were so impressed with everything. We loved that it had beach supplies and pool heat. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and very clean.
The ice maker came in handy as well. We loved enjoying the sunrise from the deck and we would come back in a heartbeat.
Thanks to the sheppards for a fabulous stay and very quick response time. We would highly recommend.

My friends and I really enjoyed staying here. The house has been well kept, everything worked as expected. Very spacious, every bedroom has an attached bathroom which is super nice! And the home is easily within walking distance of the beach and some great restaurants. Highly recommend. Thanks again!

The owner was amazing to work with. There was a little issue with booking it with Expedia instead of directly with VRBO and she worked with me to resolve the issue, not disrupt our vacation. We are very thankful and had a wonderful stay. We will book this home again in the future. Thank you for making our 2022 vacation great!

Great location! So close to everything (good, shopping, beach). The house was absolutely beautiful and although the weather could have been a little warmer we enjoyed the pool everyday. It was the perfect Spring Break!!!!

Easy rental process and contact with owner was easy and response to questions upon arrival and during stay was responded to quickly. Would recommend this place to others. Pool was a huge hit with us, especially the 6 yo. Owner very accommodating. We will rent again

Fantastic place right near beach!
We loved this place! Extremely clean and comfortable, with large airy rooms and nice decks. A few minute walk from the beach, and our kids loved the pool as well.

Convenient location
Convenient location for a quiet family vacation. I love the fact that two of the bedrooms had 2 full/queen beds so our grandkids had plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful home in a beautiful 3rd row from beach location.
