Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is amazingly decorated and a wonderful luxury. For a summer stay it provides quick access to hiking on the mountain or a quick walk down to the South Ridge Lodge. It is a quick drive to restaurants, Su day River Golf Course or Step Falls for a day in the River.

Perfect location for all our travels, had a wonderful time, views were so beautiful especially in the morning with the sunrise! Stairs to the apartment were a little rough, but we're all hikers so it didn't matter too much. I just bet this area is on fire during the snow season!!

Overall a great stay. Easy process, great communication, great location, and beautiful very clean apartment stocked with everything needed. My only complaint is that the bed/mattress and sheets were not the quality I was expecting for the price. Overall though very good experience and would recommend.

This condo was an amazing location for a ski weekend. Completely updated and very clean. Exactly as described. Location was amazing as we skiied out the back door directly to a lift and skiied home the same way. This is a great place for a family who loves to ski and we would definitely rent again next time we're back. Maybe the best part was the kitchen mat (we're huge phans!)

This condo is beautifully appointed, clean, comfortable and located just yards off the slopes just above South Ridge Lodge. This is our 2nd stay in this unit and we would highly recommend!

The location was perfect and the family room area was outstanding for games/movies in front of the fire.

Loved the ski themed condo! Great size. 3rd floor was rough with 6 staircases. Right next to slopes.

The place is very clean and modern, and very comfortable. The location is on the third floor, while the laundry is on the first. It’s on a ski resort, so neighborhood is a bit lonely off season but the area is beautiful!

My husband, my two kids (aged 12 and 10) and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. Jennifer was very responsive and easy to get in touch with when we had questions before and during our stay. The unit is completed updated inside. We came over Labor Day weekend to hike but it would be a perfect location in the winter as well as the condo is right on the mountain and you could easily walk with your skis to the chairlift. We will definitely be back in the winter to stay here and ski Sunday River!

Loved this unit and the upgrades they made! Beds were comfortable. All furniture was new and in great condition. We did have trouble with the dishwasher and the internet (but that seemed to be broader than just the unit). Hosts were responsive. Would def stay again! Two things good to know: Unit is on the third floor. And I wish we had grocery shopped on our way; the small grocery store in Bethel closes at 7pm on Sat and 6pm on Sunday.

We've stayed at Sunday River condos before, and this one is the best! Clean, comfortable, well taken care of, comfortable beds. Great!

Ski in, ski out was incredible. We loved Sunday River! Biggest complaint: If I'm going to pay hundreds in cleaning fees, I'm not up for stripping beds, bringing trash and recycling to the bins in the next parking area over, and making sure no dirty dish is left behind. Charge less for cleaning if guests have so many chores. The pilot light was out in the fireplace. We called maintenance and they said they'd come the next morning. Have a fire was a BIG draw for us, so it was a bummer to not enjoy it for the first day/night. This should always be checked as part of the prep for guests. Dishwasher was challenging, but we finally convinced it to work. This condo is on the third floor, so it's a workout to bring luggage up and down (no elevator that we could find). It's an older building, but the renovations are nice in the condo. Tip for owners: Include more instructions for guests about using the fireplace, TV, and where to locate the trash/recycling bins.

This condo was perfect for my family of four. Very comfortable, easy ski in/ ski out, fully stocked with anything you need. Very conscientious owners! The skiing was awesome!
