We absolutly loved this house. If you desire the comforts of home with the location pretty much equal distance from OB, Edgartown and Vinyard Haven look know further!!
We wont stay anywhere else from here on out.

When we first arrived at the home we noticed a ton of flies in the common areas…which was a little bit gross but something we thought would be fine. It wasn’t until we were touring the home and all of the bedrooms that we discovered hundreds of dead flies all over the carpet in the basement, especially in the two bedrooms and in the sink of the bathroom…it appeared the house was never cleaned downstairs. We promptly contacted VACASA and was told they would send someone out to the property to take care of the situation. No one ever came and we kept calling and messaging vacasa the entirety of our trip with no solution. It appears this is a COMMON problem as there was fly spray in various rooms. The guests that were supposed to stay in the bedrooms in the basement slept on the couch upstairs instead because it was so gross in the basement. We were so disappointed because of how expensive the home was and we expected it to be clean.

This property is simply gorgeous, with plenty of space for a large group. The wraparound porch and plentiful backyard seating, pool table and home theatre were great bonuses. The beds were not the most comfortable and only one pillow per person was provided, so my recommendation to anyone staying here would be to bring your own pillows to ensure comfort. Otherwise it was A++

Lacking in amenities- no blankets other than thin bedspreads or extra pillows, some beds on wheels and vey uncomfortable,rooms locked hot tub locked, no coffee
Drip coffee pot not working, dishwasher hinge broken so the door falls down,
