When we first walked in the house , it had a terrible smell and there were 4 bait traps under the sink , counter and refrigerator. Most of the rooms seemed clean enough, but again a terrible smell. The only room that we felt was actually visably dirty was the kitchen and the ceiling fans were filthy. We called Vacasa to tell them about the terrible smell and ask if the bait traps were simply preventative ( 4 bait traps for 10 feet seemed excessive to us). We were told they didnt know if the bait traps were preventative and that they would communicate these issues to the local team and get back with us shortly. Never heard from them. Late Friday nighy I called again and spoke with a rude representative who told us we were just going to have to wait it out for someone to get back with us and deal with it.We drove 10 hrs from out of state to visit our granddaughters and were exhausted. Saturday morning I had to call again and waited another few hours for a call back. They didnt do anything, offer to do anything. They just kept texting me stating they were sorry for the inconvenience and to please communicate any further concerns! We text them over 15 times trying to get assistance. We spent our money and time buying products to help with the smell in the house. We finally got a call back 2 days in with no solution. We already had to stay a night there , had already cleaned, etc. Terrible customer service. We will never, never use a VRBO that this company manages!

Great house, loved the location... walking distance to restaurants & trolley to beach, can walk to the beach from here. House laid out very nicely, one floor, two bathrooms & fenced in yard. coulkd cook out (or in) or walk 5-10 minutes to good restaurants- will look to rent again for next year!

The house was clean and well stocked. Great location, close to all attractions and beach. Would stay there again.

Bethany Beach was a great way to celebrate the New Year with family. The weather was extremely warm...in the 50's. You could not have ask for better weather. The home was extremely clean with lots of household items (linens, dishes, pots & pans, games, etc.)The fenced yard was nice for the children to play and for the adults to play corn hole. There were 3 televisions and an extra refrigerator. Everyone had a fantastic time. We highly recommend this house...You will not be disappointed!

We absolutely love vacationing at Bethany Beach. It’s known as the quiet resort. This house is an outstanding place to stay! It has all the comforts of home and then some! We cooked on the bbq and sat on the deck under the gazebo and had a few cocktails. It was well lit with outside lights and a fan! We will definitely rent this house again!

Our 2 families vacation for a long weekend every year at the end of July or beginning of August before school starts back up. This house was perfect for our 4 day weekend!!!

The house's central location to the beach and boardwalk was awesome! It was a quick ride to the beach. My husband and I rode the bikes in the garage to get ice cream every night! We loved the open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room in the center of the house and bedrooms off to the sides. We had 6 people in our group. The deck and yard was beautiful and we sat under the gazebo which had string lights and a fan to have cocktails after the little ones went to bed. They had a fence so the young ones could play. The owners had everything you could want for the beach; boogie boards, umbrella, beach chairs and also all of the cooking supplies and spices. The two refrigerators were perfect to keep all of our drinks, water, and food perfect until we were ready to eat again. There was also plenty of parking. It was a perfect vacation and I would rent this house again next year. Can't wait to come back next year!

The home is spacious and very well supplied with everything you need from the kitchen supplies, to your grill needs, to beach chairs and body boards. The Vacasa staff responded quickly and efficiently to our questions concerning the TV and internet. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice experience. The house was so nice and clean. Very welcoming. So nice to come back to after a day at the beach. The house was close to Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach, and about 20 minutes from Rehoboth. Truly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend. Made our vacation enjoyable and hassle free.
