Our group included 24 college students and professors on their way to the Channel Islands. The host was helpful in working with us as our numbers changed a few times as students added the class!
The place was just what we needed for a quick overnight with relaxing back yard and hot tub, kitchen with coffeemaker and lots of places to sleep comfortably.
Check in and out was very simple and there were a lot of great instructions on the process. After a long day of driving and the need to leave early to catch a ferry, these instructions were greatly appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay because it was a good location for what we wanted to do. The rules and constant emails from host were kind of intimidating. There was a lack of cleaning supplies for the bbq and towel washing. The price was right at the time I booked but is higher now. Having the landscaper come while our booking was still going was a bad call. We were away at the time but they ruined the flowers and messed up the trash which made it difficult to finish our cleanup.

My group and I had such a great time! Would highly recommend, the backyard and property was super nice, and check-in + check-out were easy and instructions were clear! Host was also very communicative and easy to reach if I had any questions.

My college film club does a yearly retreat and we decided to book this property based on the pictures, and we were not disappointed! The host was very communicative, the property was spacious, and there were gorgeous hikes and public beaches only a short 10-15 minute drive on the PCH. Would love to return!

We stayed for 3 days and we got married it was an absolutely magical place. I would highly recommend this place to anybody that wanted to have a group setting or a party. Absolutely love this property

We booked this location for an overnight stay while visiting a friend. The house was amazing, perfect in every regard. Although we booked only for an overnight stay, we’d love to book again for an event or something similar.

We had two families (four adults, seven kids ages 6-14), and there was plenty of room, though the bathrooms (two) are a limiting factor. The house is well-worn, with older carpet, some water damage in the bathroom, and older (but painted) kitchen. There are fun games in the backyard and large TVs that worked well. The kitchen and indoor dining area is not very big, but there is room to spread out and eat, not to mention the space out back. The house is surrounded by farms, though we were taken aback by all the graffiti nearby. We didn't have any issues with safety and appreciated the location close to amenities in Camarillo. All in all, we had a good time and felt like it was reasonably priced for what it was!

The house is gorgeous ! And the space is just what I needed. I got married & needed a place for my bridal party to crash after the wedding & this was the perfect place! It had everything I needed & the bed I slept in was so comfy! 🥰 definitley staying here again!

The time of our lives
We used this home for our daughter’s wedding day. Thank you Shirley for being so accommodating it made our girls day. If special is what your looking for this is the place. This home is so inviting and the care they took to curate the atmosphere for our wedding setting was absolutely amazing. Thank you Shirley.

Convenient and roomy location in Camarillo
Super clean property. Lots of rooms, lots of beds, lots of TVs. My 3 teens loved it. Foosball table was a special surprise. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. Great hosts too.

Awesome and super chill place
This is a very cool property. Well kept, large yards, fire pits, bbq with TONS of propane. It is a great place for a getogether. No close neighbors means you can be as loud as you want.

Nice property surrounded by farms. Lots of privacy; great backyard for get togethers and entertainment. Lots of supplies. An additional bathroom and or sink would have made it a great property to stay.
