This unit is lovely if you like being by the pool. We like quick access to the pool when it quiet. The unit is near Lava Lava and can have some noise if you are sensitive to noise. We are not and we loved the unit and the location.

Needs Air Conditions and the maintenance crew was pretty noisy multiple days The Coconut Shoppes with in walking distance was nice and we found lots of great restaurant close by.

What a GREAT place to stay on the ocean and with a big swimming pool. I would recommend this to all my friends

Condo was as presented in photos. Clean and well stocked. We loved the location. Great beach access, short walk to shopping and restaurants. Would rent again!

Loved the location, pool, view and gorgeous grounds (like a botanical garden—amazing!). A 2 min walk from Lava Lava Beach Club which had live music every evening—great food and drinks breakfast-on. If you’re a Costco member, make a 10-15 min trip to Lihue for food and alcohol ( they sell beer/wine and hard alcohol). It will save you a ton of money vs eating out/high grocery store prices and this condo’s kitchen is extremely well-stocked. Only negative is lack of true A/C—not good airflow through the condo at the time we stayed (early Oct) and fans/portable ac unit in bedroom did not cut it on a warm sunny day (western exposure on lanai/family room/kitchen made it really heat up). If you travel at a cooler time with good winds, don’t hesitate to book this place.

We had a great time in this condo. The location was excellent, very close to all amenities. The unit was very well equipped with everything you will need, from cooking utensils, to beach chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkelling gear to name but a few items. Communication with host was excellent and any questions where answer pretty much straight away. Would highly recommend staying here, and will definitely rebook when we return to Kauai.

We had an awesome stay! Property was as advertised. Exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the lanai and how close it was to the pool. Property is within walking distance to a nice shopping center and a grocery store is a short car drive away. We would highly recommend this place. Thank you for our great stay!

Beautiful condo, supreme local

I felt we had the best spot on the property. The patio was semi private, great view, kitchen stocked with all the kitcheware you would need. Only thing missing was air conditioner. There was a small one in the bedroom and plently of fans in the living area. We had a small issue that was addressed immeditely. I recommend this unit. ⁰

Perfect little beach just steps from the condo. Beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were appreciated. Gorgeous pool, great family location. Walk to Lava Lava for live music. There is a nesting wedegetail sheer water (aka screaming bird) that may wake you at 3am, but it’s part of the charm. We were sent the wrong codes for the condo so check in wasn’t straightforward. Fortunately the security attendant let us in anyway.

We were so comfortable and happy with our stay. I loved the idea that you could walk almost everywhere and get what we needed. The house was so clean and had everything we could possible need. We will come back. I have already recommended this condo to other people.

The gardens on the grounds were beautiful the pool fantastic and the condo was in a great location - our lanai was near the pool with a beautiful view. The unit was very well maintained and clean. We really appreciated the boogie boards,snorkels and beach chairs which made the stay all that much better. We have already recommended this place to family and friends.

My husband and I stayed at this Lae Nani unit this April. Loved it and would come again! Pluses: Location: loved being close to shops and restaurants. Lava Lava Beach Club is really fun- definitely recommend. Although the traffic is horrible in Kapaa (you have to time around rush hour), it was a great island location all in all. Details: everything in the unit is well thought out. It’s like there is no break in the magic. Even the potholders are tropical! I loved that about the unit. Very well equipped kitchen and the towels and beach items we great. Views and grounds: genuinely one of the prettiest and well landscaped resorts we saw on the island. Just stunning gardens. Minuses: A/C: whole unit a/c would be a plus for sure. The one in the room was tricky to navigate. Storage: it could use a little more storage space for suitcases, etc. Once we unpacked we didn’t have a place to put them. More hooks for towels etc would be great as well. All in all, we loved our stay and hope to stay there again!

The place was exactly as expected. LOVED the location and ease of access to a perfect beach location. The rental had a bunch of water/beach stuff and toys to suit all ages. Having access to a pool, grills, and laundry room were also great. The only negatives can't really be fixed by the property owners, such as the number of access codes needed to get around the property, the noise from the upstairs neighbor, and lack of signage to find the property or navigate. BUT once we found it, we were able to get around easily. Definitely would love to stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Nice being able to walk to stores and restaurants. Options for swimming in pool or ocean is a plus.

This unit is perfectly located not only on the island but also on the grounds. We loved sitting on our lanai each morning as the sun came up or taking a walk down to the beach and watching it from there. This unit is easily located just steps away from the pool, but private enough so you don't have any noise from the pool. Everything you possibly could think of you will find in the well-stocked kitchen. The communication with the owner during and after booking leading up to our stay and then she checked in with us once we arrived to make sure all is well, was by far the best experience we have had with a rental in regard to communication. Kauai was hard to leave and this unit made it so easy to want to stay longer. We loved it!

We loved our stay in this condo! Perfect for my husband and I. Condo was very well equipped, comfortable, and cute. Loved the location of the unit and the ground floor. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. It provided enough privacy with landscape to not feel overly exposed. The grounds/landscaping at these condos are the real plus! They are beautiful and lush.. very Hawaii. Also centrally located to North or south of the island. As another reviewer noted: Air conditioning is only in the bedroom. Which worked great! The living room has fans and can get pretty warm/humid but didn't bother us at all. Would definitely stay again in this particular unit.

Perfect location! This property is central to all sightseeing spots on the island! The view is magnificent! The condo was equipped with everything that we needed from beach equipment to kitchen equipment. There were only 2 issues- the mattress is terrible! Extremely uncomfortable! The AC is only in the main bedroom and while that is common with properties, it wasn’t clearly stated on the listing. Fortunately they provided several fans which really helped.

I would’ve liked a more accurate description of what was described as a ‘air conditioned’ condo be more accurately described as a portable unit inside the bedroom only.

I stayed on the property for a few days. It was a great place to relax and recharge. The views were beautiful and it was within walking distance of great food and beverages.

The location of this property was perfect! We enjoyed exploring all of Kauai using the condo as home base. Having shops and restaurants in walking distance was amazing! The condo was very well stocked and we really appreciated that there was a cooler for guest to use. Definitely would stay here again!

Would stay at Lae Nani over and over again! The lush landscaping gave us the tropical, island vibes we had been dreaming of. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into each amenity in the property. They really thought of everything—- a bucket to wash our sandy shoes on the lanai, a coat hanger for our many towels, beach chairs, band aids, sand toys, really everything that a family needs/wants. So glad we chose to stay here it really made the trip so homey.

Overall this condo and location was outstanding! The condo had its own private beach for swimming, snorkeling, and boogie boarding. The grounds were immaculate and I loved having family dinners out on the back porch after cooking on the grills. There was also a Coconut Marketplace a short walk from the condo that had nice restaurants and other cool shops. Tina and the Blue Jade Real Estate team was easy to work with and quick to respond. We loved our stay at this property from the well thought out and well stocked amenities and location to the extras like beach towels, chairs, and coolers. Lots of extra touches that made this property extra special and stress free! Loved that the pool was steps from our condo and had a beach right there at the property as well. Location was amazing—right nextdoor to the Lava Lava club where you can relax by the beach and listen to live music. Should consider changing check out time to the standard 11:00 AM from 10:00 AM. Our family was very impressed otherwise and we will be back!
