The house was absolutely wonderful! Very clean, well stocked, amazing deck and hot tub! The beds were very comfortable. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved the house and all that it had to offer. We walked in and it smelled so fresh and clean! There was a welcome basket of snacks and a bottle of wine to great us. I can’t get over the beautiful decor and the comfortable beds! We loved hanging out on the upper deck for meals and the lower deck for cornhole and soaking in the hot tub. The view of the trees made it very private. We had the best 4 day weekend relaxing, going on bike rides and boating. We made great memories and hope to get to come back again! Connor and Jessie were very easy to communicate with and provided all the things to make it feel like home! Thank you!

My son and I loved our time in this beautiful home. Sitting outside on the upper deck feels like being in a treehouse. The home was very clean and we felt warmly welcomed with a basket of goodies upon our arrival. Would love to stay here again.

Great house! Perfect for the 2 couple who came. Lots of space, clean, garage was a huge plus. Paved road in. Felt like a tree house once on the back decks. Quite and peaceful. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful home, beautiful location. The hosts were great. They seemed to have thought of everything, they provided essentials in case you forgot something. The house was cute and very clean!

Owners had numerous surprises for us; bottle of wine, couple of snacks, extra drinks in frig, nicely stocked options for seasoning and oils, plenty of dishwasher soap, trash bags, shampoo/conditioner, — needless to say it was well stocked. Owners stayed in constant communication with us to ensure our stay was the best. Connor resolved the stuck garbage disposal from prior tenants and also resolved (very quickly) before our checkin the “bubble bath” that was put in the hot tub. Recommended 10/10

Well-maintained property with most of the amenities you would want. It is about a 7 or 8 mile drive to town. We stayed in late fall, so did not have an opportunity to use the nearby lake, but it would be great in the warmer months. The owners make it very easy to check in and use the property; they live nearby if there is a problem. Two level house, with one bedroom up and two down. Newer furnishings and appliances.

We LOVED this house. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, everything we needed was provided and the hosts were amazing at communicating with us. Would definitely love to come back!!!

Omg this place is crazy fun and decorated so fabulous. The owners were amazing to work with and we absolutely loved our stay. Those hills are no joke but so beautiful! Loved the fire pit and gas grill!

Everything was great about this location. Supplies provided. Very clean. Location close to Rogers and Bentonville.

This is a great home for a couple or a group. We came to celebrate our anniversary at the lake and we were not disappointed. Property is exceptionally clean and well-stocked. We didn’t need anything and it was really close to town. The little private lake area was perfect for a quick swim or to launch a kayak. We will be back!

Perfect place for five college friends of almost fifty years to gather for three days and laugh all night!

The house was absolutely beautiful with an amazing deck & fire pit. We were only there one night, but wished we could stay longer. The property owners went above and beyond to make you feel welcome! Keurig with all different flavors, drinks in the fridge and snack on the counter. Everyone's bed was so comfortable & the master bathroom is exquisite! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone needing a weekend retreat!

Wonderful experience

We had 7 of us stay for a company retreat and the place was just perfect. The open kitchen and seating area was great to have for 7 of us to gather and have discussions. We then watched a movie downstairs with the large couch and TV. The outside scenery had a view of the lake and made our stay that much more relaxing.

Everything was perfect! The location, the view, the hosts, and the house. It’s great for family getaways, or just a mini weekend escape which is what my husband and I did. I would love to book again and bring the kids up for a long weekend this summer. The house is stocked with baby stuff, games, comfy seating. It was wonderful. I wish we could have stayed another day :) You can feel the care from the hosts too. Everything was awesome!

This was an exceptional stay! From the moment you walk in, you will be blown away with how open, fresh, and airy this place is. Owner thought of everything to accommodate the smallest detail. Kitchen is loaded with all the creature comforts of one’s own home. To the coffee selections and creamers, to the kitchen equipment, to things like zip lock bags and kids bowls and sippy cups. Stayed with friends to enjoy Thanksgiving and it was a great kitchen to work in and prepare food! Beds, pillows and linens were super comfy and plush. Nice quiet and very safe neighborhood, which is really nice to take walks around. Neighborhood has its own walking trail through the woods and even down to the lake. The back deck is a great spot for morning coffee or listening to the night sounds- totally private! Kids loved the games and comfy couch downstairs and bean bag chair!! (All of us fought over that chair!) A perfectly peaceful and quiet location but close to all that Northwest Arkansas offers including great biking trails, Crystal Bridges, and wonderful restaurants and shopping. We would stay again in a heart beat and hope to return someday!

House was exactly as described & even cuter in person! They thought of absolutely everything!! Shampoo/Conditioner/body wash already in the shower. They even came & helped us fix the flat tire that my mom & dad had the morning we were leaving. We will be back!!!!

Our family had the best weekend get-away at this beautiful home. The owners were great to communicate with, and they have the home stocked with anything we could need! The porch is surrounded by trees, and it was incredibly relaxing. Wonderful home, hosts, and location. We would highly recommend!
