This unit had no hot water. After talking to residents of the building we found out that the building had not had any hot water for three weeks. The air conditioning in the master bedroom did not work. After we called the Vacasa the maintenance man came. He said this was the first he was hearing about the no hot water and air conditioning not working. He ordered a new air conditioner and said it would be there on Friday. It did arrive Friday on our sixth day at the unit. We had already contacted Vacasa saying we wanted a different unit, because we had rented the unit for two weeks. and I didn’t want to go another week without any hot water. The unit was very dirty when we arrived. The swimming pool hot tub and putting green are great. It is also on a very nice walking path. The location is also great. Greg from Vacass was very nice and found us a house to move into for the remainder of our stay. The sliding screen door is bent and doesn’t close properly. The dishwasher only works on one setting. That might’ve been because there was no hot water.
