Teri and Ron ensured we had a very comfortable and memorable stay! The unit is well kept, organized with the perfect furniture + hard to beat ocean views along with recommendations on things to do sprinkled all over. The personalized e-welcome along with Teri's kind suggestions made it memorable stay for us. Highly recommend! The location is also very convenient and both North and West parts of the island are convenient to access.

Such attention to detail at this lovely waterfront condo! My husband enjoyed playing the ukulele that was not only a cool decoration but a decent quality instrument! All the beach gear we needed was there and in good condition. Nicely stocked kitchen, plenty of towels for the bathroom and beach. Bed was comfortable and this may seem simple, but so appreciated: plug in cubes on each side of the bed for phones, watches, whatever. Many times I end up having to unplug a lamp or clock behind the bed to plug in my phone. This was a simple thing I wish more places provided.

Great centralized location, beautiful view and had everything you need and more !! The unit has a washer and dryer, combo Keurig and drip coffee maker and a VERY well equipped kitchen including all the spices you need. The king bed was super comfortable and both a/c units kept it cool. You have to try the malasadas at Passion bakery across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Kauai condo was perfect. Everything from communication before arriving to check out was smooth and easy. The view cannot be beat and the location is easy to access all parts of the island. The condo is the most well-equipped VRBO that we have stayed at. Thanks to Terri and Ron for sharing their pace.

The property was more than we expected. So relaxing just sitting on the lanai, watching and hearing the surf breaking on the beach. The owner was by far the best we have ever worked with.

This was just as described. We agree with the other reviews. It was perfect. We loved the lanai and watching wing surfers. We walked the beach, and appreciated the host us giving us tips on how to purchase breakfast from Passion Bakery across the street. They thought of everything and gave us a nice gift. I do want to order a robe for myself like the one that we were able to use. I think it would be great for hot springs we sometimes visit. This was at the beginning of a trip to Hawaii for a wedding on Oahu, where we met our daughter and son-in-law. We ordered a visit at this place for them when we flew home with our granddaughter, so that they could have some time to themselves at the end of our Oahu visit. They loved it, as well.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. The location was perfect, the view unparalleled, the condo was just what we needed, and the service and communication was exceptional. We will be back as often as possible. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay at the Kauai Condo. Beautiful view from the balcony. Only no sunset views. 😢 Portable AC in the living area and bedroom do help, as Kauai is very humid. Great location to get to places easily. Great communication with owners and property manager. One thing to know in advance, there is NO elevator. Be prepared to carry your items up stairs.

This place definitely deserves all the five star reviews! Inside: tastefully decorated living room and bedroom; super comfortable bed and bed linens; great couch for relaxing; tons of small aesthetic touches that made this unit feel both homey and stylish; every kitchen gadget and beach supply you could possibly need; and a clean walk-in shower with good pressure. Outside: the lanai is perfect, gorgeous view of the water hitting the beach, comfortable chairs, private and so comfortable to sit and watch sunrises and surfers; excellent pool area, with both shade and sun and an adorable tile motif; IMMACULATELY kept grounds - not a speck of dirt, even on sidewalks with beautiful, meticulous landscaping; the only downside is proximity to the highway and resulting car noise but that’s only noticeable in bed bedroom without the a/c on. Hosts: Teri was friendly, super responsive, and provided great advice about local spots to eat and hang out! My husband and I are already conspiring about when we can come back to stay again!

We had a lovely vacation and the condo had everything we needed and then some. It was comfortable and clean and easy to come and go on various outings using the beach gear. The owners were helpful and responsive, although we had no problems that we needed to reach out about.

Our stay was truly magical and we will definitely be back to this home again!

Just returned from our stay and I can't recommend this condo enough - would give 6 stars if possible. The pictures are spot on and the view is wonderful! Whenever we were in the condo, we spent our time on the porch watching the sky and waves and listening to the sound of the ocean. Not only was the condo decorated beautifully, but it was immaculate. Not a speck of dirt or an insect or spider web to be found. But the most amazing part was the attention to detail from the owner. They've thought of and provided everything you would need for a vacation at the beach: beach towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, water shoes, sunscreen, and bug spray. The kitchen was stocked not only with dishes and pans, but with condiments and staples needed for cooking in the unit. Each time I thought "I wish we had ......", I found it in the cabinet or the closet. And loved that the bedroom had AC! Even though the temperature was pleasant, was really nice to set the room to the temp we wanted. Unfortunately, the morning skies were too cloudy to see a good sunrise. However, we picked up dinner to-go one night and took a scenic drive to Salt Pond Beach Park for a fabulous sunset! We spent a week and traveled much of the island. The condo was in a great location for us to get out and sightsee each day. Do keep in mind that since Kauai is the less touristy island, finding restaurants that accommodate dietary restrictions was a little tricky. But there is a grocery store down the road and the unit is well-stocked to cook any meals needed. All in all, highly recommend and if we get to chance to come back, will definitely stay here again.

The condo is in a great, central location on the island, there was some road construction on the main highway which made the traffic congested close by. The condo is great, beautiful views on the lanai where we spent most of our time when we were in the condo. The condo had all the things you would need for a beach vacation. The owners had lots of recommendations of things to do and places to eat. It was a great place to stay!

This place was everything and more. We loved the balcony overlooking the ocean. There were so many condiments, spices. Sunscreen, bug spray. A gift of coasters and great Hawaiian Tropic products were such a nice surprise. My sister stayed in a different suite that coat a little more and ours had more extras. The place was spotless. The bed super comfortable. We will be back!!!

Wonderful stay in this very welcoming, clean, and well maintained property! Very communicative and responsive hosts who have thought of every detail possible in welcoming guests to their condo. Loved all the added extra comforts as well - robes, charging station, great tv options, the most comfortable bed and linens, a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom toiletries, bug screen, sunscreen, good supply of towels, first aid kit, cleaning supplies, beach chairs, beach towels, reading material, beautiful decor, and so much more. We slept so well with the sound of the ocean and the cool breezes. Such a quiet, well maintained and welcoming complex in a perfect location. We also appreciated the many recommendations provided by our hosts - most helpful!! Most of all, we miss the incredible view and ocean waves experienced from the comfort of the lanai...where we spent a good majority of our time. This property and property owners far exceeded our expectations. It was cozy, clean, well appointed and so comfortable! The ocean view from the balcony almost felt like being on a ship at sea - with sounds of crashing waves & beautiful sunrises! Generous resources for the area shared by hosts, as well as great communication!! Amazing bed, bedding, full kitchen with everything we needed, including coffee, wonderful tv options, beach paraphernalia, comfy living area and great walkability to shopping and great restaurants!! The only complaint was the local traffic. But otherwise location was great for getting to points south and north! I would stay here again in a flash!

Teri and Ron have a beautiful condo in Kauai. It was so relaxing to hear the waves from the balcony. It was just the right size and felt homey / cozy. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

This property is the stuff of dreams. Right on the beach, with a cross breeze that keeps the condo naturally cool, you can hear the waves crash from everywhere in the unit. Checkin is a breeze, the pool is nice, and you’re steps to all kinds of restaurants and shops. The hosts are the absolute best and help you feel welcome from booking through checkout and are super responsive for any questions you may have before or during your stay. If you’re in Kauai, highly recommend this place.

This place has everything you could possibly need. I believe they have thought of everything! From the charging station and robes in the bedroom; to the soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom; to the crib board, ukulele and playing instructions in the living room; to the sunscreen, bug repellent, first aid kit and laundry pods in the closet; to the cooler, beach chairs and umbrella, and snorkel equipment on the lanai; then the kitchen: spices, oil, condiments, excellent knives selection, pots, pans, ... I can go on! The décor is very inviting where you feel you are in a home, not a hotel room or hotel condo. The area is great! Within walking distance to many delicious restaurants and satisfying shops. It is about 15-20 minutes from the airport. You are also very close to beautiful beaches. I have but one regret: not staying longer. I hope to be back on this beautiful island and would definitely check if Teri and Ron's place is available. Thank you for sharing this beautiful piece of heaven.

The location of the property was absolutely perfect. And being able to sit inside or outside and hear the roaring waves all day and night was exactly what we were hoping for. We were able to either walk or take a short drive to several fabulous beaches. We couldn’t have asked for anything better and will certainly stay here on our next trip to Kauai.

Nothing and I mean nothing can be as soothing as falling asleep to the ocean waves right outside this condo. Really, there wasn’t much else we wanted to do other than to sit and listen to the crashing waves. The grounds and pool so well kept. And such a clean, well equipped condo: more kitchen gadgets than I have at home, more beach gear than we could use. Easy to find, good access to both ends of the island, walkable to our favorite bakery(across the street), restaurants and grocery. We did very well without a car for most of our 10 days, got a car for only the last 3 which really saved us a lot of money and didn’t hinder our excursions at all. Had excellent communication with the owners and along with a binder of helpful information about Kauai and email suggestions we very much enjoyed celebrating hubby’s 70th birthday in such beautiful surroundings. The condo is exactly as described. Beautifully decorated. Awesome views and maybe 30 feet from the ocean. The waves literally crashed against the shore. Clean and everything we needed in the condo was provided. Even all the beach equipment you might need. Central location to most areas. Walking distance to a few restaurants and Coconut Marketplace.
