Beautiful home, well stocked, comfortable, overall excellent stay!

Booked the facility for a baseball tournament at the Braves training facility. The location was excellent for us, about a 20 minute drive to the fields and close to fast food restaurants.
The house had everything we needed. The pool was a great hit with the teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked.

This was our second time at this property, it’s perfect for our family! Very spacious and equipped with everything we needed! Pool was awesome and was cleaned twice during our stay but not the spa, so we didn’t use it but I’m sure it was functional. Communication was great with Terry, and we enjoyed our stay! The internet was a little slow because of the area, not the fault of the owner. Overall pleased.

We have stayed in the Cape Coral/Port Charlotte area the last 3 Thanksgiving, and this was by far the best house. The owner was very responsive whenever we reached out. The home was spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed most of our time around the pool or on the dock. We would definitely stay here again.

House was perfect for our family. The kitchen was a big hit since we cook a lot, it had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and fishing of the dock. We also enjoyed biking in the neighborhood. The entrance to the house was beautiful; breathtaking!!

This house is lovely! It’s large, clean and well cared for. There have been several furniture updates since the posted pictures. The pool area is beautiful! The owner is incredibly nice and very responsive. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us!!

Awesome!
Beautiful, spacious, and very clean! The house was well stocked with dishes, cookware, bedding, towels, pool and beach accessories and more! The area is secluded and quiet. Pool and spa were great, heated well. Internet a little slow , but other than that our stay was fantastic! Terry was also very helpful with any questions and minor issues quickly resolved. Thank you Terry! We hope to visit again in the future!
