We loved this house!! The yard was huge and the views were stunning. We had a lot of space to spread out. From grandparents to young kids, it worked for everyone. Convenient location, super quiet and a quick drive to downtown Burlington. We would stay here again!

This is a fantastic house, well laid out, with lots of space, minutes from downtown Burlington. It is easy to get to and fully loaded. It’s also a little bit atypical in that the house has definitely been lived in by a family before, so the furnishings and layout reflect this. It’s not just a rental property; it’s a true home. Absolutely gorgeous.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this gorgeous house. Everything was perfect! We had plenty of room to spread out, a beautiful, well equipped kitchen to cook our meals, and amazing views. Thank you and we hope to be back!

7 of us guys that graduated in 1990 from Birmingham-Southern College get together every year the week following Labor Day. We chose Burlington this year for the location. The house was spacious, great views of Lake Champlain, centrally located near downtown and just overall, great and just like the pictures. I would highly recommend.

The home was amazing, perfect for our needs! Very comfortable for 9 adults, (parents with adult children), excellent location, and so well appointed. The photos are spot on—the view from the house is truly that wonderful!

I can't say enough good things about this house and the hosts. The layout is amazing and was perfect for our family of grandparents, adult children and young grandchildren.
It is all on one floor with the heart of the house being a large open kitchen, dining and family room. Every bedroom has a view of the lake! Really!
The hosts went out of their way to have a highchair available for our youngest. And the location was perfect when we were in town for a family wedding.

The place was fantastic and everything we were looking for and then some. We comfortably slept 11 people over 2 nights. The hot tub got plenty of use. the location is so close to lots of things to do and places to see in Burlington. We were all extremely happy with our stay.

We were at the house the week before the wedding and had many people in and out. The view from the property is stunning- and the house is so accommodating with 5 bedrooms and lots of room. Deb was so responsive with any hitch and she supplied me with lots of ideas for venues and restaurants before we came. This is a family home, with all the trimmings. You will feel welcome there!

It is in a great location as well. I would highly recommended this house to anyone looking for a vacation in Vermont!

We had a minor glitch with an appliance and the hosts handled it immediately. They also went out of their way to supply a crib for a young one. Communication was excellent. The house had everything we needed. Sunsets were lovely sitting around the fire ring.

We celebrated my husbands 40th with all our siblings --it was a special weekend and the beauty of the house made it all that more special. We got to enjoy the great firepit and incredible sunsets, a kitchen for us all to enjoy together! Thank you for sharing this beautiful spot with us.

We enjoyed a Family fall weekend of leaf peeping, hiking , breweries, Echo museum and shopping on church St only to return to this wonderful home in the evening. Evenings were spent in the hot tub, around the fire on the lighted patio, playing soccer in the huge yard while viewing a gorgeous sunset and playing board games at the large dining table.
The house is truly amazing. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possible need. We so appreciate the details and everything the owners provided to make sure your stay is a memorable one!
We would love to come back next fall!

We had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend at this special property. Everyone had enough privacy and space to relax, and the home is also set up with plenty of space to connect as a family or group of friends. We especially enjoyed watching the sun set, relaxing by the outdoor fire, and gathering for meals at the large table and island.

Great property, lots of room and very comfortable. Views were outstanding and location was great for checking out the state. Nice attention to detail made it very easy to use. Providing a variety of spices, coffee and filters really is convenient. Kitchen is great for cooking and furnished adequately.

We came early to VT for a family wedding and found this to be the perfect house for our large active family. Besides a great layout for the house, the outside large grill, fireplace and hot tub combined with endless seating made it a great place to enjoy sun rises and sunsets. It was the home we were hoping for.

This property is everything you’re hoping for to enjoy time together! We rented for my family of 10 adults and our dog, but nieces and nephews enjoyed visiting the large yard, fire pit and magnificent sunsets, too. This home sets up with 1 en-suite at one end of the house, large living space and kitchen and dining area with a second family room, master suite, 3 guest rooms with 2 more fully renovated baths. We were able to have space for each guest without feeling crowded.
There is ample refrigerator and freezer space and a large mud room for storage also available.
You’re minutes from downtown Burlington, bike paths, breweries and Overlook park is across the street! Treat yourselves and enjoy this lovely location!

The perfect reunion spot
This house was the perfect setting for my friend group's 10-year-ish college reunion (the pandemic got in the way a little). The property is clean, safe, comfortable, and in an amazing location. Deb was super duper helpful and friendly, giving us recommendations with anything we were looking for in town. When I tell you that this property is sunset central- people honestly stopped on the side of the road across the street just to see it, and we had a front row seat from the patio! 10/10, we all highly recommend.

Beautiful View
I recently stayed here with my family and some friends, and this property is amazing! The house is bright, clean, and well-appointed. The kitchen has every gadget you would ever need, and the extra fridge in the mudroom came in handy for extra beverages that we picked up from the local breweries. Deb was so easy to work with and very responsive to any inquiry. One of the best parts of our stay was sitting outside on the front porch and enjoying the view of Lake Champlain - beautiful!

We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the porch taking in the beautiful views of the mountains, the expansive Lake Champlain and the spectacular sunsets. Our family played whiffle ball in the massive yard and had many laughs under the strands of lights by the fire pit. This house was very clean with more then enough necessities. The kitchen was very large and allowed our large group to eat together. We had some questions during our stay and the hosts were quick to respond. As a multi-generational family up in Burlington to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from UVM, this house checked off every box!
