Our family vacation of 17 people was so enjoyable in this home. There was plenty of room for everyone, we had a rain day, and there was plenty of games and puzzles to keep all ages busy. It was a short walk to the beach, which was wonderful. The owner was available for any questions that we had promptly and made everything run smoothly. I would highly recommend this home for any large group. ❤️

We had three family stay at this location and it was perfect, easy walk to the beach, weather was less than ideal but the house was so accommodating with so much for everyone to do! Kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tube along with the cross fit and the volley ball court

This was a great property but owner was a little heavy on viewing cameras. I get making sure everything is on the up and up but questioning is a little much. This was our sons spring break and there were parents there throughout the stay but owner questioned it throughout the stay.

We rented this property for the weekend (February 23-26) for my Mother-In-Law's birthday weekend. The property was clean and well stocked with everything you would need from entertainment to cooking. We have stayed at other rental homes (in the area), but this is the first house to have several different outdoor activities such as mini golf, volleyball/badminton, and boccie ball courts, and a small CrossFit, super cool area. Additionally, this property has many different board games and puzzles, more than the average rental home, great for kids and family nights. The tiki bar was super cool, even though we didn't use it due to the cooler weather but the hot tube and fire pit were awesome. The newly installed elevator was a nice addition for loading and unloading cars and groceries and bypassing the stairs. The walk to the beach is super easy (no busy roads). Even though it was cold and windy, we still made several trips to the beach. Some suggestions, it would be nice to have the backyard fenced in. This property is dog-friendly, and it would be nice to let them run around (outside of the pool area). Also, we wanted to make smores with the fire pit but the house didn't have skewers. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay. We have begun talks about renting again next year. The owner is super nice and welcoming, with open and fast communication during the whole stay at all hours. We were welcomed with open arms and treated like family, thank you!

We had an excellent time staying on this property for a friend's retreat! I would recommend this house to those looking to accommodate a large group of friends!

We had an awesome stay. Communication was excellent, house was as listed. So many fun things to do at the house (bocce ball, hot tub, golf, arcade game table, board games, puzzles). Kitchen was fully stocked - we had everything we needed to cook all our apps on NYE. Would love to go back in the summer to fully enjoy the outdoor area (pool, outdoor bar/grill area). Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Our experience was exquisite! The house was clean, spacious, and entertaining. The house had everything one would need: a pool table, utensils, and beds. The communication with the owner was perfect! The massage chair was a huge plus! Will definitely be back!

The property is just as advertised. The kids enjoyed the activities. Appliances and furnishings were great. Only item that could be improved is the linen were short. I totally recommend this property.

We stayed for a total of 4 nights....8 retired military guys away for our annual guy's weekend. The house was AMAZING. It met and exceeded all of our expectations. We particularly enjoyed the entire outdoor space, inlcuding the outdoor kitchen, bar, pool, hottub, etc. I would recommend to any and everyone that asks and we're already planning a return trip for next year. My family and I (9 adults, 1 child) stayed at Eric's property for a week in August. It had everything you needed to host a large group, from everyday amenities that were required, to amenities that made the stay fun (i.e. hot tub, swimming pool, arcade game machine, a plethora of board games, TVs in every room, and more)! It was just steps from the beach, which was never crowded at any point in our stay, and a short drive from shops and restaurants. Eric definitely takes pride in the property, and it shows! Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to stay at your awesome home.

The house was exactly how it was portrayed online. Very well kept up, clean, great location to the beach. Eric was a great host, extremely responsive and took care of the only minor issue we had within hours of us reaching out.

The location and amenities are superb. Lots of things to do and only a stones throw from the beach. The property has beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards for fun at the beach. Corn hole, bocci and a pool for fun at the house. The multicade is also a nice touch for rainy days. The family has stayed here for the last two years and will likely be going for a third. Highly recommend.

Beautiful spacious house with short easy access to the beach. Multiple dishwashers, refrigerators and washer and dryer were a valuable time saver. Everything is made with child safety in mind. Great for families with children who love both beach and pool. There are plenty of games outdoor and indoor for both children and adults. People friendly location. An ideal spot for making invaluable memories. Our family of 13 ages 4 months to 74 yrs. had a wonderful time!

The house is great for families. It has plenty of things to do for the younger kids and a little area just for them! The house is walking distance to the beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas for everyone. But if you didn’t want to go to the beach there’s so much to do at the house the pool area is so nice if you just want to relax and soak up the sun!!

This property did not disappoint! The owner (Eric) is incredibly thoughtful about making your stay enjoyable and complete. He thought of everything - from labeling switches, ensure the house had accommodations for everyone in the group, communication throughout, cleanliness, and the one thing you cannot miss.....his unwavering commitment to making sure your stay is nothing less than excellent. I have traveled and utilized properties across the globe, and I would have to put this experience at the top.

Great place to stay for vacation. Lots of outdoor activities and also games and puzzles inside. There were 15 of us and two dogs and there was plenty of room for all. Host has a lot of beach stuff at the house and very short walk to the beach! Also a lot of amenities in the kitchen. One of the best vacation rentals we've experienced!

We had a great week in Corolla! This house was amazing - plenty of room for 17 of us, all the amenities we could ask for, and stocked for our every need. We loved the area, so close to the beach and just a short walk to restaurants, shopping, and the park. We have never vacationed in the same place twice, but everyone agreed we need to come back here!

We had a great time on our friendcation( 6 adults, 5 kids under the age of 7). We loved how spacious and kid friendly the house was. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beach was super close and we liked all the amenities the house offered. It was our first time to OBX and we will definitely be visiting again in the future!

Lovely house. Fabulous location walkable to beach, shops, and a playground. The house is jam packed with fun so even rainy days are a good time. Owner was a delight. Beds were super comfortable.

Ten of us (ages 12 to retired) spent the week here and it was just perfect. The kids/teens loved all of the indoor and outdoor fun. The adults were impressed that so many little details had been thought of in advance. Even though the weather was cool and windy the whole week, we still had a great time seeing the local sites and enjoying the house amenities. Absolutely amazing week!

‘Brutally’ cold winter weather storm hits North Carolina, wind chill near 0 degrees and yet my family had a blast. The house was stocked with things to do such as a multicade, puzzles, games, and a pooltable to name a few. Check-in/out was simple and Eric answered any and all questions we had.

Beautifully decorated home. You can find almost anything to entertain a whole family in all ages. Eric was very kind and thoughtful. He was available at all times, making our trip so smooth. The whole family enjoyed every second and look forward to coming back!!

The property is located very close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. The outside wooden steps/deck were be a little weathered, the beds were a little squeaky, but everything else was top notch. Make sure you read the binder that points out things inside home, and has restaurant pics etc. Eric is a wonderful host. We will definitely stay again. Thanks for having us, Eric.

I am not only a traveler, but an owner x 3. Family of 13. The following is a comprehensive, honest review. PROS:Property is located 1 block from entrance 2 beach.Many amenity we didn't have enough time to take advantage of. Pool, hot tub, bocci/volley court, + gym w/rings, sm rock climb, ropes & bars. There was an outside kit w/grill, bev frig, & TV. Tons of beach supplies inc boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas & wagon. Outdoor shower & fish cleaning station. Plenty of sit, swing & lounge areas at the pool & outdoor kit as well as on decks. Inside, kit was well equipped w/plenty of cooking & eating supplies.There was even a cabinet that inc various spices & coffee w/filters & oil. Another grill located just out the kit door. 2 each of frig, DW, & wash/dry.Plenty of dining areas in & out.TVs located on every floor& in the beds.Little nooks available to read, games or puzzles. Plenty of games & kid toys & play area. Gameroom w/frig. House is conveniently located(walking distance)to shopping, restaurants, Ice cream, arcade, mini golf, & sound entrance w/walking trail. Supermarket is a bit down road & driving beach is approx 1 mi. Some of my family saw horses & even turtles hatching. Something kind of unusual; early in the week, there was a severe storm & the following day, found several pieces if "fulgurite" (it's when lightening hits the sand.)These treasures as well as shells were used to fill the lamp left as a gift by owner. Cons: #1&2 which the owner has absolutely no control over, is the traffic coming into Corolla. It was so miserable, we left at 6am to avoid it when leaving. Do Not Shop or order food on check in days. The store was absolutely crazy both Sat & Sunday (they're obviously experienced w/ demand & did their very best to restock as quickly as they could) However, trying to order pizza resulted in 2-3 hour wait. We finally found one that could do it in an hour. Tons of steps.(elevator to come.) House could use DEEP cleaning. Overall, was acceptable, but not excellent. Windows, fans, vents & carpet need attention.Frigs & oven need better cleaning. spreads & shams needed laundering(1 sham was filthy from makeup.)limited supply of bath towels(only 1 mat for 5 baths, 3 wash & 1pp bath & hand) No dishsoap, papertowels, trash bags, only1 roll of TP/bath. Middle floor bath was very small. shared w/6 kids Master shower very small. limited seating in LR. replace massage chair This review is meant to prepare guests & allow owner to improve.

The house was beautiful, set up great for families and had everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach, to the park, the sound and shops. Eric was super responsive and a pleasure ti work with.

The location had easy access to the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, towels to use and even an outdoor shower!The amenities (pool, hot tub, tiki bar and grill, etc ) were great . The kitchen was amply supplied with dishes and cooking necessities. The house was decorated tastefully. It was a great space for our family, with games for the kids and puzzles the adults enjoyed. The owner was very helpful and maintainance came quickly when we had issues upon arrival . The most annoying problem we had was that the ice maker in the kitchen produced almost no ice . I realize that was not an easy problem to fix. Also we look forward to the elevator being installed in the fall. There are a lot of stairs!!!! Overall my family loved it and we had a wonderful week with fun in the sun!
