Our host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Beds were all made, coffee on the counter and cream in the fridge, firewood in the shed, and more!
The home was clean and everything was as advertised. Close to everything we needed and wanted to do during our stay.

the beach was a 5 min drive, the house was spectacular, the owner left smore ingredient on the table for the kids and wine for the adults. every attention to detail was met. Towels folded like in a hotel. She was available to help in any way that our family was needed. We needed nothing but met the property manager who gave us several trip ideas that really added memories to our vacation. Our family will most definitely be staying with this house again. The main floor was great for our whole family and the basement provided a getaway for anyone who needed a little space (we have some gamers in our family) the back yard was a great spot for smores and the out doors shower was great for after the beach to rinse off the sand and provide a cool experinece. we even talked with the neighbors who were more than friendly. I can imagine this place always booking up fast once more people realize what a great value and wonderful owner that runs the property!!!

Great trip with kids to Cape Cod and Boston!
The property is clean, very comfortable, convenient to various beaches of Cape Cod, kids activities such as whale watching trip/fishing trip and a trip to Boston. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. I travelled with a 3 year old and a 7 year old.
Marie was a great host and she was very helpful with the information about various activities for my kids even before we reached the property. We got quick reply to our various questions about house and activities for kids. There were lot of extra convenience such as laundry, kitchen items, toiletries, books, kids toys, fire pit in the back yard and outside shower after beach. The property manager Carl lives close by and he is easy to chat about the town and helpful with other information.
I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay back here when I visit Cape Cod again!
