Can’t say enough good things about the property and the owner. Communication was great and we had everything we needed. Property was as advertised and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

A great place for a family getaway.

We had a wonderful week at the beach- the house was super clean and comfortable, the owner was helpful and responsive, and the view was fantastic! Hope to return!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The home is definitely top notch. Michelle is excellent at communication and answering any questions as well as suggestions of things to do in the area. The property is better than advertised. Being directly on the beach cannot be beat!

Michelle's property was probably one of the best places we have ever stayed. The house is well maintained and was very clean when we arrived. The location was perfect. We could walk out from the bedrooms onto the deck and head right down to the beach. When it was time to go grocery shopping, go to a restaurant or find an activity nothing was more than 15 minutes from the house and everything was easily accessible. We spent most of our days lounging on the beach and the evenings we were out walking the beach and looking for ghost crabs and then sat on the top deck listening to the waves on the beach. We even got to enjoy some cool lightning storms over the ocean. Michelle was a great host and was so kind and quick to respond to any questions that we had and offered some great advice for things to do in the area.

We had a fabulous week- watching the sun rise, playing in the ocean, and lounging on the beach. It was so nice to be right on the beach. It afforded each of us the luxury of taking breaks indoors and stepping out on the beach any time of the day. Falling asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing was heaven.

We loved being on the sand with the ease of coming and going to the beach throughout the day with young kids. The house was very clean, host was excellent at communicating information, and the location doesn’t get any better. The views from the upper balcony never got old. We enjoyed many meals on the deck and soaked up every last bit of the ocean view and sounds of the waves. Would definitely go back with our family!

The house is right on the beach, which was the whole reason for our trip. Simplicity! The house was clean and comfy and pleasant. We had everything we needed.

Best vacation ever

I spent the weekend here with my teenage daughter, 2 of her friends and another mom. We had the best time! It was perfect for our group with each adult getting her own ocean view room and the kids all sharing the third room. The views and location were excellent and the house was beautiful. It had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend at the beach and I would definitely love to stay here again someday.

We loved watching and listening to the mighty ocean and watching the sun come up over the water. Just the vacation we needed,

Awesome property! Everything we needed to have an amazing time. Right on the beach with hot and cold water outside to wash the sand off before going back inside. Fully equipped kitchen to eat in if you’d like. Close to many restaurants to eat out. Comfortable and relaxing. Nice hearing the ocean waves even from inside. Michelle, is prompt, personal and professional. We would love to take this property and it’s contents with us on all of our vacations. All pros, no cons for us. Simply a great vacation! The next time we go to the beach, this is where we are going. Our beach destination from now on. So glad the place we usually stay at in this area was not available this week, this time. It was a family getaway for a week and we enjoyed every moment of it.

We had a great experience at this property. Michelle was an excellent host. We had everything that we needed and it’s a very clean townhouse. Great sunrises and we will go back for sure.

Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The house was the cleanest house we have ever rented! The host was amazing and stayed in close communication which was very nice. The views of the beach were incredible. Everything we needed to cook meals was available in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I needed a rental over the holidays that was close to my family in Hampstead, but also felt like a vacation destination. This beach house was perfect! It is steps from the ocean, with a beautiful deck. We drank our coffee and watched the dolphins every morning! The host, Michelle, was so accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The house was so inviting, clean, and the decor was beachy. There were even some Christmas decorations for our stay! The house has everything you need - plenty of dishes, linens, TVs in every room, a washer an dryer. Upon our arrival, Michelle even provided a cute toy for our pup - which he loved! We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back often!

My sister and myself went for a quiet relaxing November vacation. It was everything we were looking for. Even brought my dog, who loved the beach!

Communication with the host was the best. Good information inside the rental and Michelle responded very quickly to the smallest question. The house was spotless! I'm not a white glove crazy person but I tend to notice things. Not here. And right on the beach. Seriously. It was a great stay.

Flawless!

The place is wonderful. All bedrooms with queen sized beds have patios that walk out out to the beach. One of my favorite parts about our trip was listening to the ocean at night and early morning. The upstairs living room/kitchen area also has a patio that has a wonderful view of the ocean. Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful at this level. Great spot for fishing too. There is also a really great taco bar walking distance from the rental. I’m literally talking about less than a three minute walk away. It’s called surf city line and has great food and drinks. Our stay was wonderful.

Great property, fantastic location. Well kept and clean. Michelle is very responsive and got back to us quickly for any questions. Lived being able to have my dog! One thing to note, the bunk beds aren't very adult friendly, so plan accordingly. Queen beds are very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I just finished an AMAZING beach vacation to wrap up the summer, and I'm so glad we chose this property. I've grown up vacationing in beach rentals in North Carolina, and I can say this ranks among the best I've visited. Outdoors: The location is perfect, literal steps to the beach, and a quick drive into town for groceries/gear. There are plenty of beach chairs and sand toys supplied, and it was so helpful not to have to pack/rent those (as we were driving). There are really nice outdoor table and chairs on the decks, which are elevated to let you look over the railing at the ocean. Indoors: The interior was spotless, and beautifully decorated. The owner strikes the prefect balance between beach decor without being too "cluttered," leaving plenty of room and surfaces for your own gear/travel accessories. Beds are quite comfortable, and there was ample drawer and closet space for our suitcases and clothing. Bathrooms were clean there was PLENTY of hot water - we rotated 7 people through the shower while the dishwasher was running (an oversight - oops!) and it was fine. The kitchen is VERY well appointed. New appliances, quiet dishwasher, excellent fridge (kept up with our unloading of groceries no problem, no temp adjustment needed), and there were really nice pots, pans, knives and plenty of silverware. Having stayed in dozens of other rental properties, I always anticipate overflowing cabinets, stuffed full of poor quality, random, pieces, leaving no room for our own food. Not the case here! There is again, the perfect balance of amenities, and space for your own things. Couches and dining furniture were very comfortable as well. Easy to log-into our streaming apps to watch movies at night. The few, minor maintenance issues we had during the week were met with immediate response and repair from the owner. Not a long-distance property manager situation, she is very easy to communicate with for anything that may come up. Thank you for a great vacation rental experience, we can't wait to stay here again!

My family had an awesome time on vacation. Michelle went above and beyond with communication. She answered all questions we had right away and addressed anything we had a question about. The house was well stocked with outside equipment- chairs, boards, sand toys for the kids, etc. Overall, we had a great time and I would recommend this house to others.
