We need a place for our horse show staff to stay during the show, and this property was very nice.

The house was perfect for our group of 3 families. Lots of space for everyone to sleep and hang out. The house was located close to shopping, restaurants, and all the events we were in town for. I would definitely stay again.

This house is perfect for a large family or group of friends. Bedrooms spaced out for privacy and massive master suite. We loved hanging out in the large open kitchen family room area and around the pool. Kitchen is well equipped and more frig space in garage. We all took long walks each day and great parks nearby. Also close to the mall, other shopping, whole foods, and good restaurants. Connie was a great communicator. We had a perfect, relaxing family gathering.

The home is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood but is very close to major highways, near the airport as well as shopping centers and a great selection of restaurants. Owner is wonderful at communicating and easy to reach with any questions you may have. Highly recommend!

We came to town to celebrate a family weekend and wedding and found this home to be very affordable and convenient for our group. There was plenty of space for Everyone and the house had all of our basic needs covered. We enjoyed the backyard and pool especially, the hosts were very good at communicating And the check in and out process was simple. Would definitely recommend this home to family and friends . We stayed at this fantastic property for a week with 6 high school girls and 4 adult chaperones/parents while in Arizona for the National Speech and Debate tournament. We had a truly memorable, amazing experience and this was the perfect place to stay for our group. The property is lovely and in fantastic shape. Perfect space for our group of 10 that allowed the girls and adults to have separate quiet spaces but good communal spaces as well. The kitchen is fantastically stocked with kitchen utensils, plenty of dishes and even a full array of spices. The back yard is also terrific! The pool was a great respite in the June heat and we used the grill twice, was perfect for us. The owners were fantastic communicators, really easy check in process and the location is a really great, quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to the freeway. This trip was something that all of our group will cherish and being able to stay at this beautiful home will be part of that memory for our speech girls as they head off to college. Would definitely stay here the next time we are in the Phoenix area.

It was an awesome place to stay

This house has a lot of space, and it’s got about every appliance you could ever need. We just had the best time cooking together, and playing in the heated pool. There are games to enjoy - which we did. When we had questions or needs, Connie very promptly answered. I would definitely stay here again!!

This house was perfect for our group. The house was large enough to host our group and give everyone space for themselves. The bunk room was a huge plus to allow the kids their own space. The house itself has been beautifully remodeled and creates the perfect atmosphere for everyone to enjoy each others company. We will be looking to book this place next time we’re in town for a tournament.

We stayed here for an extended family vacation (meaning granddaughter up to great grandparent and all the relatives in between!), so we really appreciated how open the property was to spread out and feel like we have our own space, but enough seating to do things together. It worked great. Beds were all comfortable, and kitchen was great. Easy check-in and check-out. Appreciated the pool heat cost was not as crazy high as other properties. Although we didn't use the pool much because even with the heat, it only got up to 77 degrees, but it was also unseasonable cool when we were there AND we didn't put the pool cover on, so that isn't anything on the owners. 5 Stars for sure and would stay here again!

The layout and spaciousness of this house worked well for our 8 adults and 4 small children. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Washer and dryer were well utilized! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, bowls, pans, utensils, coffee pot, other small appliances, and a great assortment of spices. Extra fridge in the garage was helpful. The fire pit and patio were wonderful in the evenings. We chose to have the pool heated - a must have in October - and we enjoyed it every day. We searched for a house with a gate around the pool so the young children could be outside and we didn’t have to worry about them falling in the pool! We also appreciated the high chair and portable crib for the 7 month old. The hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. Located in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to a small park. Many stores and restaurants close by or hop on the freeway to get anywhere quickly. I highly recommend this home for your next vacation!

Stayed here with family that we met for vacation and college move-in. House was great, lots of space to spread out and have different things going on. Plenty of beds and rooms so we never felt cramped even though we were spending most of our time indoors (a little too hot to be outside for long). Pool was great for the teenagers to burn off some energy. Kitchen came with the basics you need to make and serve meals to large parties. Location was excellent, several grocery stores nearby, mall nearby, easy access to highway to get into town. Host was responsive and available. Would stay here again!

This propert was exactly what we had hoped for. They property is beautiful with a stylish design and plenty off sleeping rooms and gathering spaces. It allows for guest to sit together in various living and dining spaces, yet allows for privacy and TV in various bedrooms. The primary master suite is large with a great sleeper sofa and beaufitful large bathroom. The yard is perfect with the turf grass and swimming pool. We will definately stay again.

This property is excellent if you're looking for a great family home to stay while in Chandler! The rooms were spacious, just enough to fit our family of 11, and amenities appreciated when needed. We enjoyed the pool and BBQ. It's conveniently close to the 101 Freeway, shopping and restaurants. This is definitely a repeat stay if we're needing a place to stay again.

This was a great house in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was amazing, short walk or drive to many amenities. Great access to the freeway. The hosts made sure we were all content and we really appreciated their hospitality!

The house was perfect for us, clean and wonderfully updated. The outdoor area with pool, fire pit and dining area was used every single day. We loved the location, close to everything but also in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again on our next visit to Phoenix!

Our family trip was for Spring Training however the games were cancelled due to contract negotiations. We still had a wonderful long weekend seeing the local sites. This property was excellent. We’ve stayed at VRBO’s from Keywest to Hawaii and this one was the best with regards to having everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Our hosts were great, their communication was excellent.
