This spot was perfect!!! Right on the board walk, but not front and center that its crowded and busy. Such a cute condo, with all the amenities. The phones were down so I had to finally call the emergency line and the lady was so nice and brought me towels on a holiday! I spent the best two weeks here! My ONLY complaint was the upstairs neighbors. Seriously all they did was pace all day long, and you could hear every foot step and drawer open. They would go to bed around 2 am and wake us up at 7 am everyday.
Besides that everything was perfect. The weather, the beach, the location. 👌

This property is older, but very well maintained and clean.
This is an excellent property if you want to be close to the prom, beach and downtown amenities.

This is a clean comfortable condo. Wonderful view of the ocean and prom. Special thanks to the property manager for communicating before we got there and making a special trip to the property to help us get the tv to work properly. She was friendly and knew what to do. Thanks

We stayed here from June 30-July 9th and experienced the best 4th of july while enjoying the balcony to watch everything from. Very close to all the shopping and food. Would for sure come back in the future.

Golf cart taxi rides to condo were fun! Condo was amazing! Beautiful view,nicely decorated and spacious. The tenants below is came up and yelled that we were loud and we literally were just walking… that was only downside to our stay. Pool was heated, play ground was fun. Wished the restaurant was open but not a deal breaker

The location is great at. A fraction of the price .. older condo unit but clean with new carpet and the bed was comfy

The condo building is a little dated but a great location on the promenade. Property was clean and decently outfitted with useful items. The unit directly above us spent the 3 day weekend replacing floors from 10a.m. until midnight. They also had a 2 year old running all day and late into night. This has no bearing on the condo unit, but remember, it is like an apartment complex. It was also Labor day weekend reunion for a very large family in many of the condos below us. Busy place.

The door to the hidabed was broken. Also the master bathroom had blood on the shower curtain. Other then that, it was great.

Quiet & Peaceful
Beautiful place. Excellent view of the ocean & beach. Close to everything. Very quiet and relaxing...Peaceful. Good place to recharge your soul!

Great Beachfront Property
Excellent location on the “Promenade”. A slightly older property, but very nicely furnished. Only complaint was noise from people staying in the unit above us. Apparently not much sound insulation in the construction. Next time we will go for the top floor!
