Great location, quiet cove. All decked out is perfect for us. Upper and lower decks provide the ideal places to relax and have conversation. Inside is cozy and has everything you need. Dock is great and easy to navigate. Owner is very responsive.

We had the best time during our stay at All Decked out. Everything was beautiful and relaxing. We took the advice of other eeviews and dropped our boat at Lakemont Marnia before, and that worked out great. There is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the views and water. There is so much wildlife around, we enjoyed seeing all the birds, deer and even foxes. This place is wonderful!

Absolutely outstanding rental. It had everything we needed and wanted.
Extremely clean, well maintained and well thought out cabin. Amazing outdoor deck space. As close as I can imagine to private dock providing the perfect swimming area (kids loved the slide and believe everyone went on a ride in a kayak). Plenty of extra life jackets and other equipment in the rental, i still find it hard to believe how great this rental was for our family.
The hosts and cleaning crew do a great job (thank you).
We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We all loved staying at All Decked Out! It accommodated our family of 6 adults and 4 children perfectly! Beds were super comfy! The property was very well appointed both inside and out! Roads are really rough and steep, make sure you unload boat before you get to property, if you are bringing one down! Cove is very quiet and cozy! The children loved the slide!

Saw plenty of wildlife like foxes, deer, and even a tarantula which was cool. The tarantula was on the road not by the house just for an FYI. Really nice views of the lake and very clean property. The only thing that could have been better was that the roads were rock and very long but that was expected since it’s in the description of the property. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone. It was very nice.

This home was perfect for our family of 5. The water slide and Lilly pad provided hours of entertainment for our kids and the two living spaces gave us plenty of room to spread out in the AC and relax. We rented a boat from H2O Sports Rentals in Grove (30 minutes away) and got to see the busy Labor Day weekend lake. This home sits in a quiet, calm cove that gave us the refuge we needed from the main lake. Check in was easy and the welcome s’mores kit was the cherry on top! Thanks for sharing your home!

Great quiet location but close to the main channels. Spent most of our time on the deck when not on the water, which is designed well both upper and lower. Responsive and friendly owners. We'll rent again!

Found property with little difficulty. Road is gravel and had to go slow but able to make it in with Avalon. Beds were all full size, have not slept on that size for many years. We are tall people with my son 6’7, not wide, but little difficulty with that. Kitchen well equipped and convenient, would have done better to clean up after ourselves if broom available. Did need to run a load of laundry, only 2 washing soap pods. Ran out of toilet paper the last day and did have to contact owner, neighbor dropped off some that day. Liked the decks and being so close to the lake. Had boat slip so able to leave boat in the whole time. Enjoyed use of the lily pad and kayak’s along with fishing dock.

Repeat customer here. Great view from the house patio to watch kids play on the dock. The kayaks were a nice new added pleasantry. Gotta love the S’mores welcome package. Lots of great family memories were made and an overall great value. Nice neighborhood cove protected from big waves.

The property is great. I wish a store was a little closer…but all in, it is an awesome spot for some time at the lake.
The two level deck and the dock were the hang-out spots for my family and my kids’ friends. Everyone had an amazing time.

From the minute we pulled up to this property we were all so impressed. The house is cute as a button, clean and such an awesome location. Don’t even get me started on the deck! It’s a 2 story deck and has everything you can imagine on it. We have been coming to Grand lake for the past 10 yrs and this place is a winner. Oh and the dock is just as nice! We will be back! The house was very accommodating. It was well stocked. The dock was great for our boat and just for hanging out in the water. The deck was the best place to hang out day or night. The only thing that was a little tricky was parking for 4 vehicles including a boat trailer. Also, the stairs inside could be challenging at times. We mainly used the outside stairs. But would definitely stay there again.

Our family had a great time on fall break. Location on the lake was perfect, located in a quiet cove. Plenty of room to fish on the dock. We caught quite a few catfish. The house on the dock saved the day due to a cold front. The home was clean, outdoor area is very nice with plenty of room for a large family. Only downsides are the steep and narrow stairs going to the lower level and would recommend a truck or suv for rough road to the house. Overall would highly recommend!

Wonderful location on the water. Marina for ice was clise by. A longer drive by land to drop off boat at a ramp. House was very well stocked with about everything you would need. Exception needs a new can opener. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Lake fun. Nice lake front property that accommodated nine family members of all ages. We enjoyed the convenient access to the dock and watching the kids play from the back porch. We are seriously thinking about coming back here again. One of our kids said this was the best vacation of their lifetime! We thought that there was going to be kayaks available on the property but apparently that was our misconception. We still had a great time floating and using our JetSki.

Wonderful place to take the family
Great house back in a cove with a perfect spot to relax in the water and a slide on the dock for the kids. Plenty of room to hang out and get out of the sun off you need. I loved the location of the house but be prepared for taking a gravel road for the last few miles. The only thing I did not care for is the fact that you have to take all your trash out. The dumpsters are 4.4 miles from the house, 20 min round trip if you don't have room to take it with you when you leave. But that is the only complaint I have about this stay. Everything else was wonderful.

Overall great home for a lake getaway!!!
The property was even better in person than it was online! Cute decorations, great hospitality with a mini s’mores kit, fun outside lighting! Very clean and well stocked with everything you need! There were 2 things that were slightly challenging…….hauling a boat down the rocky narrow road that leads to the home and no boat ramp close to the home. Tips for future stayers with a boat, unload the boat before driving all the way to the house. The steps going into the basement where 2 bedrooms are were very steep and little. We used the outside steps more to access the bottom floor. I still give this home 5 stars because the good outweighed the challenges!

Great trip! The house was well stocked with additional linens & beds for the kiddos and adults. The gravel road there was pretty intense at times, especially for our minivans. We especially liked the s'mores items ready for us. Very easy to communicate with the owners. We loved being able to fish & swim without having to go anywhere. Very quiet & relaxing.

Family Lake Getaway
The house and dock are amazing, and the view from both decks was breathtaking. The house was exactly as described and the owners were very responsive to all our questions. We fished almost every night off the dock and we caught a large blue catfish. It was very easy to moor our boat at their dock. This property was absolutely perfect for our lake trip. It might be of interest to future guests that the road to the house is a dirt road with rocks and ruts. If driving a low-profile vehicle you will want to use caution and pulling a boat or such 4-wheel drive is almost necessary. Grocery stores and gas are about a 20-25 minute drive from the house. These items did not keep us from completely loving this property, just something we thought we would have liked to know prior to arrival.

Family getaway
Very nice place, our family of enjoyed the split level that allowed the younger ones to have their own area to hang out downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and paper goods.
We enjoyed the dock, using it to fish from and launch out kayaks every day.
Would definitely stay here again!

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE AND LOCATION ON THE LAKE
We had the best time at this house. The kids loved it and we had everything we needed plus some for our stay. Great location on the lake. Clean and beautiful. Great little extras like soaps and cute folded towels!

Beautiful lake house
Had a great time fishing and swimming. The only part that we did not like was all the snakes in the water which prevented us from doing much swimming. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Perfection!
Thank you so much we had a terrific time! A perfect location to relax and unwind. It was a holiday weekend and being tucked in the cove was so peaceful but still provided gorgeous lake views. The property is maintained so well and had a fully stocked kitchen. We didn't want for anything. We hope to be back soon!

Fishing Trip Success
Clean, great ammenities for me and five other guys to have a fishing weekend with our two boats (one covered slip and one other area to moore at dock, parking trailers remotely at Clearbay Marina & RV Park when weather allows). The only issue was that the lower level seemed to not get a lot of heat and was cold, esp. for the two guys on air mattresses on the floor.
