We had 7 of us stay here for the week, enough space to spread out! Perfect location - close to restaurants, grocery, beaches, and activities. The owners were very communicative with any concerns we had. The pictures are just as house looks - nice, quiet neighborhood. Fun to have air hockey, ping pong, and pool table (my nephew was in heaven!) Also, great pool floats and beach chairs provided. My mom spent her mornings reading on the amazing patio off the main suite and loved being able to dine outside on the ennclosed lanai. If you're looking for a clean, great space, this is it!

We loved out stay. It's a beautiful location and the listing matched the description. We had a few hiccups and the communication with the host was quick and resolved any issues. We never got the spa to function but we didn't press the issue because we were very happy even without that feature. We went in June and I wasn't expecting mosquitos. My problem - not the host - and our kiddos and I got bit up a bit so I might look for a place with an enclosed pool at this time of year but otherwise, this was lovely all around. Jennifer was responsive, kind and helpful. Would absolutely recommend.

Property was a great option for a group with kids, great pool and patio area as well as the screened in patio upstairs for large group meals. Any questions and concerns we had were addressed quickly from the property owners. 5 minutes to the beach and lots of food options nearby.

Everything in the home was just as described in the listing! The home was very clean and worked well for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. The screened in porch was great meals together. The owner responded to messages instantly. We had a question about the pool when we arrived and the owner responded instantly and helped fix the issue, even going above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful spacious home! We enjoyed the amenities and the host was wonderful!

This is simply a gorgeous large home that my extended family- 3 generations - spent Christmas 2022 at. It is exceedingly clean. We cooked for 12 people throughout our 4 day stay and the kitchen had everything we needed: pots, pans, utensils, plates, wine glasses and a beautiful stove and oven. The ground floor is a large garage. In the back yard is a beautiful pool and hot tub with plenty of lovely outdoor furniture and a ping pong table. There is a gas grill here also and that is the only thing in the whole house that could use an upgrade. The first living floor is a very open floor plan: large family room with 2 large couches and large chairs around the TV, a large kitchen with a table for 9, a table for 4 and seating for 3 at the island and an upscale kitchen and a screened in porch with a large table seating 14. The first living floor also has a half bath and a full bath for use by the 2 bedrooms on this floor: a bunk room sleeping 8 and a room with a queen bed. On the second living floor are two primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and huge closets. The larger one has a couch and a balcony overlooking the pool/backyard. The bath and beach towels are plentiful and of great quality. There is shampoo, conditioner and body soap in each bathroom in containers mounted on the bath/shower walls. We only had one occasion to contact our host - on Christmas Dat, the Wi Fi went down and we were unable to fix it ourselves. We messaged the hosts and they were immediately on the phone to us to instruct how to fix the problem. Wi Fi restored! I would caution that there a lot of stairs at the house and to get to the first living floor, you have to go up a full flight of stairs. While this may not matter to many people, it was a bit of an issue for my elderly parents. The good news is once you get to the main living floor, you can settle in and stay especially with the first floor queen bedroom. This is a fabulous house well suited to a large group. We had a terrific time and would recommend it enthusiastically!

Jennifer's home was exactly as described - a gorgeous, modern, big house, and a serene outdoor area with lovely pool and hot tub. Our family was seeking a few days of warmth (escape from Boston in winter) and this was perfect. Easy access to Publix (I think I went almost every day), liquor stores, restaurants, pharmacies. We also did a day trip to the Everglades - only an hour away. We couldn't go to the beach on account of the aftermath of Hurricane Ian but we were glad to support the community by visiting and the kids spent loads of time in the pool. Note that the pool isn't huge (it's hard to tell size from pictures, I find sometimes) but it worked great for us, and the adults were especially delighted about the hot tub. :) Thank you, Jennifer, for a wonderful visit!

This property is wonderful in every way. We had a 9 Adults and 4 toddlers. We never felt cramped because the house is large and the pool area equipped with everything you need. Jennifer was great in responding to any questions we had. There also is a yummy ice cream store down the road and the beach is very close.

Lovely place, exactly as described and great location. Couldn’t have asked for more - lots of extras just available to share and use around the Villa, was well stocked with inflatables, which the kids loved, and lots of plastic tubs to help fill coolers for beach days. Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with too. Highly recommended.

The property was clean and updated. Loved the room with the bunk beds which provided enough space for our girls weekend. Kitchen is well stocked. Ice/water maker wasn’t working on the fridge but everything else was fabulous. Loved the pool and patio. Great location - quick access to grocery and beach.

The property had so many great features and was really spacious. We had a Very nice stay!

This property did not disappoint. In fact, it was better than the listing. Modern home, with everything you need for vacation. Beach Towels, Games (Ping Pong outside- our favorite, Pool, Fishing (good for kids), kitchen stocked, huge fridge, and even... a Beverage Fridge outside! We stayed with another family of 5 (4 adults total, and 6 kids), and were all comfortable and able to spread out. Truly a great spot!

We stayed with 3 families over spring break. House was very modern and spacious with ample parking. Kids loved the pool and fishing in the channel. Large kitchen with plenty of tables/seating both inside and out.

This property is absolutely beautiful and so clean! Our extended family had a wonderful time using this gorgeous home. One major draw back was that the pool was too warm for us to enjoy and tenants do not have access to adjust the temperature. It was disappointing as the pool was one of the selling factors of the house. In addition there were 13 of us and this house is not equipped for a group that size to spend a day on the beach. There are only 2 beach chairs available to take, no coolers and no wagon to transport things to the beach. Those are extra costs you will incur if you plan to go to the beach through your stay like we did. They do have an early check out time of 10:00 with zero wiggle room so keep that in mind when you are planning your departure.

Jennifer the host was great! It’s a great property only had a few problems the linens from the prior people were left in the closet.The pool and the hot tub were the same temperature but other than that it’s a great house and we would rent it again! PS There are a lot of stairs so you have to be willing to climb.

What a great property for a "friends-cation" with young kids! The house was exactly as described and the location was ideal. Very close to the supermarket, restaurants and the public beach. The house's floor plan made the unit feel even larger than it was! We used every inch of the space. It was perfect. With small kids, we loved that the pool had a fence around it with a "tricky" gate. The outdoor dining spaces were terrific too. Would definitely recommend this rental to others!

Home was perfect for 7 friends to relax by pool, lunch in the huge screen porch, or lounge in the spacious great room and kitchen area! Would definitely book again! Host was a pleasure to work with!

The Property was clean and well kept. It is a nice option because it is close to the beach but off the busy Blvd. The beach was close but, there was plenty to do at the property with the great pool, spa, ping pong table and outdoor area. We would come back for sure.

Great place for a fun weekend. Had 11 ladies and all had space. Fun outdoor area to relax also. Groceries, beach, restaurants all within 5minutes.

We had a group of 9 women having a little reunion. So much fun hanging by the pool, plenty of comfortable gathering spaces, and very comfortable beds. The property is even better in person!

This home was the perfect setting for a 2 year postponed birthday celebration. There were 11 of us and the accommodations were spacious enough for all of us. The home had everything we needed and then some. We had a chef come in to cook us dinner and the kitchen was so well stocked, she didn't need to bring a thing. The house is very close to beaches and shopping. Our host Jennifer was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommond booking this property!

Beautiful home! High end finishes and furnishings! Everything you need was there to enjoy the hot tub and pool, as well as multiple games. Beautiful area of Florida, with multiple closeness h options! Property owner responded immediately to any concerns. Only concerns were improving the detail cleaning and we had one breaker that shut off in a bedroom. Two neighbors commented on us giggling in the hot tub and having the outside recess lights on. The hot tub use was before listed quiet time. We just made sure to avoid any further issues, out of respect for elderly residents. Would definitely rent this home again and come to this area!

The house was everything I expected. It was clean, bright, and in a convenient location. There was plenty of space for all four of my children. We ran into a few kinks, but the property manager was very communicative. I would recommend this place.
