We had an incredibly comfortable stay for the eclipse (and were thoughtfully left eclipse glasses). Highly recommend.

I enjoyed staying in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the central area of Rochester next to Cobbs Hill Park. The place is well appointed and has all of the things needed for a comfortable stay.

My wife and I and our 2 adult children stayed in the wonderful house for one night. We wished we could have spent more time but our travel plans wouldn't allow this time. Met the owner as he was out doing some renovating at the next door house and he was very polite and friendly. The check in process went off without a hitch and was very easy with great directions. The house was cute with nice touches that made us feel at home without over doing it. Plenty of cooking gear, plates and such that all matched! Bedding and towels were perfect. Plenty of off street parking if your driving, as we were. Quite neighborhood made us feel safe walking. The only thing we would want to change was some blinds in the walk in closets so we could dress in there. Over all we gave it 5 stars because that was all there were to give. This may sound like a review from relatives but it is NOT, we just found it on the VERBO site. We will definitely be back! Very happy with our decision and the price was right.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute yet stylish apartment! The communication was superb. The apartment was super clean! Close to everything. Neighborhood was safe. Will definitely stay here again.

We needed a place to stay for a night on a long journey north and decided to check out Rochester for an afternoon. The hosts were very helpful with recommendations and were responsive; the apartment was spotless and comfortable. Zero complaints, would stay here again.

We were delighted to find the apartment as lovely as the photos. We stayed from Monday through Friday in this comfortable and stylishly furnished apartment. Both my husband and I were able to work remotely, the neighborhood is well located and near the highway. It’s very pleasant and feels safe. All the facilities worked well, and the owners are very quick to respond.

We were visiting family in Rochester & this property worked out perfectly! The property was clean & had everything we needed. Melanie was very responsive & provided all of the necessary information in a timely manner. Our family was able to come over for dinner & we all were able to visit comfortably with plenty of space.
