Ist…the place is very clean & secured since nobody has access to d building wd no key,complete amenities.2nd its 4to5mins walk to train that will take u straight to Penn Station where New York is…3 mins walk to Madison square & 10 mins more to Time Square.Once ur in Time square,use google maps& wolah.most known tourist spots are just few mins walk!.Our host is very accommodating on all our inquiries..anytime if d day.Uber is life here& very cheap too if u guys splitting it.Istimr in New York & definitely considering to stay here again in my nxt visit.

We had a great time and stay. The apt is located 5 mins walk from the NJ train station (Brick Church stop). Really easy to get in and out of the city. The place was really clean and beautifully decorated. Great place for a family or anyone wanting to spend some time in the city. The apt building was quiet and clean. The host was very responsive to all our questions, we will deft come back.

The apartment was very nice and very clean, owner was very responsive to us, BUT the location is not in a good neighborhood, I personally would not walk anywhere around it day or night , we were going to take train into New York but decided it would be safer to just drive there.

The place is a very nice place and very clean. Had full kitchen set up. We used for dash. No cooking for this guy on vacation. Lol. But stove is there if that's your thing. 5 to 7 minute walk to train station if you cut through the back by the Walgreens that is litterally behind the place. People in the neighborhood were all kind to us. Parking spot is outside the garage two spots from the garage. You can see your car from the room. Great trip. Thanks for the nice stay.

Great location and perfect for our base for a trip to The Big Apple! 5 minute walk to Brick Church train station and less than 30 minutes later we were in Penn Station in Manhattan! The place was clean and updated. The in apartment laundry was a great feature. There was only 1 parking space reserved but there were several spots behind the Family Dollar. The host was great with communication.

Perfect size for my family of five who didn’t spend much time in Jersey. Easy to find. Only issue I had was the access code that was given to me was wrong. We arrived later than expected, so my concern was not getting in contact with the owner considering the time. But luckily they were immediately able to be contacted, no problems. I have seen this problem being my only problem with rentals on this site, so I’m not sure why that is 😅 we also pulled the twin mats out for the kids to sleep on and noticed urine stains and smell immediately. They were tucked away, so I’m unsure if a previous guest used it without their knowledge but they should be tossed out.
The place was so beautiful and clean. We expected more of a hotel experience (being able to hear your neighbors) but it was so quiet and comfortable!

We liked it having security measures…. But I will say the beds were kind of uncomfortable. In the pictures, it shows a coffee pot, where as it’s really just a drip coffee where you have to warm your coffee up in the kettle and pour over the beans. Towels were small… no dish detergent and only one kitchen towel. It just needed a couple things that you can live without, but it makes it inconvenient.
Also, check in was fine… but I wish there was more communication when it came to checking out early. We didn’t know if you didn’t check out until after 8 there would be an issue.
Overall, we may stay again. It was a short walk to the train which was nice and close to a grocery store. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of city life.

We’ve travelled as a family with 2 toddlers for 4 days and we had the most perfect stay we could imagine.
The appartment is really big with big spacious rooms and all you need such as a Hairdryer and Iron boxes.
The kitchen has everything you need for a short stay.
The Host is really kind and helpful when we requested to let our luggages prior to our actual check-in time. The communication was also great prior to our travel to the US, so we could get the most of information regarding the appartment and the area.
The appartment is really well placed in East Orange, only a 5-minute-walk to the rail station BRICK CHURCH from where you get to Times Square in 35-40 min by the NJ Transit Trains which are around 6-7$ for a single trip. There is a supermarket just 3 min away which is open 24/24, so for any urgent needs we could approach to it.
All in all, a great stay for us and we highly recommend this appartment !

The stay was really great and if I had any questions, owner was quick to respond. The apartment is absolutely beautiful just like the photos. The place was quiet. The only downside I would say is the apartment is kind of tight for 8 people with all the rollaways being used and I am a little old fashion for Dinner and wish we could have all sat at a dinner table. haha.. That is probably more of ME problem. My family enjoyed the pool room and was really excited that it was on the same floor. American Dream and NY weren't too far for the things we wanted to do. The housekeeper was still at the home when we arrived for check in, but she was very kind.

Amazing stay!
Our stay was great. We were going to a show at the prudential center in NJ and wanted to visit NYC. It was perfectly in the middle of both. Very secure facility and everyone was very nice.
The whole place was gorgeous and we loved having a full size fridge and kitchen area. My 7 year old thought it was “so fancy “.
We would love to come back soon!

Could be more Comfortable
The only comfortable furniture is the beds. Chairs and couch are very low-backed, little to no padding, and narrow. The rugs are dingy and looked very aged, especially for a recently new property. Missing some essentials: dish cloth(we used a wash cloth from the bathroom), salt & pepper, dish washer tabs.

Vacation
I was staying at this location to go to American dream mall for my daughters birthday . When arriving I messaged the property owner for the codes to get in the door even though they should of been sent beforehand . Once trying to put them in , the codes did not work . I called him several times and was consistently getting ignored . Someone was sent to give me a key to open the the door and she stated she had just got off the phone with him , so I wasn’t sure why my calls had been getting ignored for 20+ minutes after he had just texted me and talked to her . It stated it sleeps 8 . The master bed could sleep 2 grown ups comfortably, maybe a kid as well . The other bed can fit only two people at max then they had two twin size pull out beds . So not enough bed space for 8 . Also not enough sitting room for 8 people, which was my mistake I didn’t pay attention to that. Furniture was extremely cheap and the couch was broken when we arrived . The location and surrounding area was not the worst and close to the station for nyc but far from luxurious.

Good stay
We enjoyed our stay here. There were a few annoyances during our time, but they were quickly rectified and dealt with. Gordon was generally pretty quick to respond and extended our stay when we ended up having to quarantine there. The biggest complaint I have is the couch, which was hard as a rock. We ended up bringing in the three rolling beds and situated them for our stay so we didn’t have to use the couch. The place was clean and well-kept. We had a situation with the discharge code not working, but thankfully Gordon came out to the airport to get the key when he forgot to give us the new code after we extended our stay. Little annoyances, nothing major. It was a nice stay in a nice apartment.

Fantastic place outside of NYC
We had a family of 8 and it was a perfect place to accommodate us all. The place is amazing! Very clean, spacious, all the latest gadgets, and plenty of cooking items for us to make our meals. The place was in a good location just half an hour away from NYC. Our family felt very safe here. Gordon was quick with responses and very helpful. He was a great host! We would definitely stay here next time we plan to visit NYC.
