We have relatives who live in the area and plan to visit them 1-2x a year. The best compliment I can give is that we hope to stay here again whenever we visit :)

The photos of the building you see on VRBO are not of the building you actually stay in so that was misleading. Check in process was miserable. The one admin was extremely slow and she was very unsure about the check-in process herself including parking. Day 1, while my husband was trying to navigate the poor parking instructions, I was upstairs with my babies when I noticed my one year old had found a blue pill on the floor. Day 2, due to eating out on day 1, we didn’t notice how dirty the dishes still were until day 2. Tupperware still had sticky substances in them, juices had fruit stuck on it, floors hadn’t been cleaned because my child’s feet were black from walking around. The living room blinds were broke so you were blinded by the sunrise and couldn’t enjoy the living room. There are two extremely large buildings blocking the majority of your ocean view. There was construction going on that ruined any peace you were trying to have. The water was cut off twice and when I reached out to Stan, he had already been notified by the building but never reached out to us to let us know! With two babies. The bathroom shower water pressure was terrible. Overall, dissatisfied and felt misled by photos. Addressed all issues and concerns with Stan who basically told me he would offer a 5% if I was to book again. No thanks.

We love the condo, very convenient, Stan has all the stuff for the family, from beach chairs to, a cooler. My kids love it.

The property was wonderful. It looks even better than the photos. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had absolutely everything that we needed for our stay. We particularly appreciated the quality of the beds and the beach equipment! Stan is a great host, he was very quick to respond to any questions both before and during our stay and we felt that he genuinely cared that we had a good experience (which we did). The only negative (3 stars) was the resort staff who were not very helpful, but this was outwith Stan's control which is why we have given an overall 5* rating. Thanks Stan!

Comfortable condo with full kitchen and balcony with ocean view. Nice complex with pools and parking. Easy access to all roads, and right on A1A. Great for families!

Stayed for 4 days and we had a great experience. The apartment is well maintained and the building has all amenities needed for a good vacation. The owner (Stan) was very responsive.

The unit was nice, and came fully stocked for a family vacation (toys, beach gear, high chair, etc.). These came in handy at every turn. The location was great too, with easy access to beach, highway, and park/splash pad that was a big hit with the kids. Our family stayed in other units in the building and Stan's unit/experience was by far the nicest. He even helped out at 9pm when my mother in law locked everyone out of the unit :) . Would absolutely come back and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It had everything you needed and more. It had a homey feel! Pool was wonderful ! Cabanas nice break from sunshine. We really enjoyed the park with our grands! Go visit you won’t be disappointed!

This property is located very close to a public beach and has great walk access to restaurants. Common amenities including pool and gym are easily accessible within the Bldg. It took us a few minutes on the first day to figure out the parking spot entrance but then on it was very easy. We also used the cafe and Boxing club (paid) to keep the kids busy. All beach accessories were included with the rental including chairs, umbrella, beach toys along with the cart to carry them. Ocean view from the balcony are somewhat restricted dur to the buildings in front nevertheless they were still gorgeous ! The evening drive on Collins Ave was worth it with Miami beach on South and Hollywood Beach on North both both within 15-20 mins depending on traffic. Boardwalk on Hollywood Beach is another place to spend sometime with multiple activities and restaurants options. Kids also enjoyed the jetski rental on Sunny aisles beach and signed up for surf lessons on the last day. Overall a great place to spend a few days!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Everything was as described online. There were so many extras in the condo for the beach and just relaxing in the condo. The host was very quick to reply to any questions we had. This would definitely be our first choice the next time we are in Sunny Isles Beach.

We stayed at Stan’s place for a week with our adult daughter, her husband and baby. Stan made sure we had a baby playpen and booster seat. The unit was clean and well maintained. The pool was excellent. We’d come back anytime.

Nice location and view from the condo. Enjoyed the vacation

From the moment we walked into Stan's unit we were impressed with the cleaniness and decor. The unit was comfortable and cozy. Everything was as pictured! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, untensils, appliances. There are also lots of additional extras for vacationeers such as beach chairs, floaties, beach towels, etc., and a wagon to take them to the beach! All communications with Stan were answered in a timely manner. We throughly enjoyed our stay and if we decide to vacation in Sunny Isles again we will request his unit again. Thank you very much for making our much needed vacation so enjoyable!

Fantastic large and clean apartment. Seamless check-in and parking. View of the beach from the balcony. Stan is very responsive and has everything you need in the apartment. Dual zone air conditioning a huge plus. Will be returning and referring friends.

This condominium was equipped with everything you could possibly need! From beach toys to a wagon and cooler. The beds are comfortable and living space is large. The owner, Stan, was wonderful, responsive, and kind. The condominium looks out at the beach across the street. Pool area is nice as is fitness area. Perfect get away!

The condo we stayed in was beautiful on the 8th floor with a view of the ocean. It was walking distance to the beach. You need a car to get around or have to Uber. We rented a car and there was parking, which was great. The pool was beautiful also. Wish we could have stayed there longer. Stan the owner was there for anything we needed. Recommend staying here you won't be disappointed.

We really loved this property, just a couple minutes to a really great beach and ample room for adults and teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked to prep meals for eating in but there’s also lots of restaurants within a few minutes drive. The only draw back was that having to come back from the beach using the service elevator can be rough because it’s really slow and small with lots of people pulling beach wagons etc. it’s understandable in order to keep all that sand out of the lobby, just be prepared to wait a few minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is right across the street from the beach. We really appreciated the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Such a nice bonus! The actual condo is very nice and was perfect for our family of 4. The balcony looks out to the water which we enjoyed a lot. The owners were very responsive when I reached out with a few questions during our stay. The cons (most of which are not the owners fault - just wish I would have had the info going in): The hallways to the condo were a bit dirty and not well cared for. The property is a bit dated and in need of a pick-me-up. The pool has numerous cabanas which were really nice. Just not a lot going on at the pool area which was disappointing to my teenagers. FYI… no beach/pool towels are provided by the owners. There are 4 elevators to use but they request that if you are coming/going from the pool or beach, you use the freight elevator. There is only one and you can end up waiting a long time to get on. The laundry facility is at the end of the hall. There is a laundry card to pay for the machines. Unfortunately, there was no $ left on it so I had to recharge it. $10 minimum to do this. The next visitors will be happy with this as we only used a few dollars, but bummed that I had to pay for services I didn’t use. Watch out if you use valet service. The evening/night worker was dishonest and claimed his debit/CC machine wasn’t working and sent my husband to get cash at the atm inside. Luckily, security told him not to trust him. My husband went back out and got the machine to work fine. Apparently, the valet pockets some of the cash. Overall, this place was very nice and fit our needs. We had a great time. Again, most of the cons are not anything the owners can change. Just wished I would have had these details going in.

The condo was fabulous. It was spacious with well appointed kitchen & bathrooms. It had a lovely view of the ocean and a nice park from balcony. It was only a short walk to pristine beach! The only downsides were outdated pool deck and long lines for the elevator. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation spot. We would definitely rent again!

Having the beach and pool so handy and a beautiful neighborhood made this stay very enjoyable

This condo was not on the beach, but just a short walk across the road. The pools were very nice. It took a little time to navigate how to get to the garage, pools, etc. Overall, a great place to stay for the price.

Im not a reviewer, but this place and hosts were exceptional! Showed up and yhe host gave me a modera and yhe kids a cold water after our journey. Everything is BRAND NEW. Top quality, gorgeous furnishings. Everything u need for the beach. Sweet little walk to the ocean. I would return a thousand times. Thank you!!

We booked this condo although I was cautious because there were not any reviews. I am so glad I trusted my gut and booked!!! The communication with the owner was excellent. He was very prompt in returning my texts. When we arrived, check in went smoothly (yes there is a $41.50 fee at the front BUT a free parking spot). The condo was amazing. It had everything you could hope for. Beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and a wagon were there for the short walk to the beach. The balcony area was AMAZING- beautiful view of the ocean (wonderful at sunrise!) and a very comfortable sitting area. It was my absolute favorite spot! The kitchen had everything you needed to feel right at home as well. The beds were comfortable and the layout was spacious for my family of 6. There was a cute park area in front of the condo which can be seen from the balcony. This would be perfect for young children. My teens enjoyed it too as they went out to toss a ball around after the beach and pool. We enjoyed the condo and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing beach vacation.
