Our family thoroughly enjoyed another week at Sunset Beach and staying at Hook Line and Sinker made our stay even more wonderful. The host was very communicative,
responded to us within minutes and was very clear and concise with instructions.
The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. My children put many miles on the bikes the owners graciously left for our use and every beach accessory you could need was also available. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone wishing to experience the magic of sunset beach!

This house is all as listed and more! Plenty of seating areas and the kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. The screened in porch was a hit, the furniture was comfortable we spent a lot of time out there as well! Several great areas around the house to gather we enjoyed the wonderful breeze under the house while cooking out or after a day at the beach. Great house we really enjoyed our time there!

First, the owners are awesome! We were able to check in a little early and arrived to a very nice welcome note and a great bottle of wine! CC communicated extremely well by phone and text.
The house is very well located, a short walk from the beach access directly on the street. Well-appointed throughout, the outside seating and bar were great - always breezy and never hot. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked - we didn't need to get anything at all.
Great location, awesome house! We'll be back next year!

Sunset Beach vacation
Finding the property was very easy! We all walked up the stairs, got into the house. Found a note for our family and a sweet gift! Thank you! The house was very clean and beautiful! It’s a great size for our family of 6!! We found a close grocery store only 7min away! I like how not super busy this place! Not a lot to do near by but Myrtle Beach is only 40min away so we went there for a couple days. We walked the beach to the Kindred mailbox.
The beach is not busy at all! It’s very relaxing. I love the small balcony at the house! The sunsets were beautiful! Definitely recommend Sunset island to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation! All the neighbors were very kind as well!
Only thing I would change is the bed. It was rock hard for me. Just my opinion though.

Wonderfully comfortable updated house and thoughtful caring owner. How they keep it so clean at the beach is beyond me. It was almost too “nice” for us with 4 rambunctious children, but we all loved it & wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Can’t say enough about the house. It was very clean upon arriving and had everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The beds were very comfortable. Having access to the extra refrigerator on the bottom floor was great for storing can drinks that we took each day to the beach. This was our first trip to Sunset Beach but certainly not our last. Can’t wait to return. The property owners were great to work with and definitely want you to have a great stay in their house.

House has everything and more that you need for a wonderful time at Sunset Beach. Veey clean, comfortable beds, linen ready, kitchen is fully stocked wirh everything including a spice rack. Beautiful front porch to relax on and plenty of seating underneath to hang out and grill. We loved our time here and plan to stay here again.

This is the best-stocked house I’ve ever stayed in not only at Sunset Beach but anywhere. They’ve really thought of everything. Communication was great and being able to bring our dog was a huge bonus. We loved the ample amount of outdoor seating downstairs; perfect for family dinners or lounging after the beach. We will definitely book here again.

This home was just right for our family vacation. The kitchen had plenty of cooking tools and serving pieces. We used the charcoal grill a couple of times. There are plenty of beach chairs and beach towels and even a cart to help with transport to the beach.

We loved our stay. The house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is truly a chef's dream. The host were wonderful and answered all our questions. They have beach towels and beach accessories. It's such a short walk to the beach that it is easy to run back if you forget something. The screened porch is a great place to sit and read and the balcony is a great place to soak in the sun. Thank you to our hosts.

Staying at CC’s home was the best choice we could’ve made! The place was clean, beds comfortable, and kitchen beyond well stocked! The location was perfect with easy walking to the beach (or just walking around the island with our dog). We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here!

Clean, well equipped, great kitchen, and we and our pups loved the sun deck! Quick walk to the beach. The house had a beach umbrella for us to use, which was something we forgot to bring. We biked to get coffee in the morning, and loved walking around the peaceful neighborhood. Hosts were excellent and reachable when we needed them for questions. Thanks so much for the much needed week away!

We had a great time at this property. The property was nicely updated, clean and maintained. There is a short walk to the beach and the beach was very nice. With hurricane that was passing and just prior to our arrival, the property owner allowed us to shift our arrival time to ensure that we could get the best possible outcome for some nice weather. It was very kind of them to offer that option and it was very appreciated.

We’ve been visiting SB for 25yrs and this home by far is the nicest! CLEAN, well-stocked, VERY comfortable beds, all new appliances. Newly renovated and beautifully decorated. Allows dogs too! We really appreciated the 2 bicycles stored downstairs and the lovely outdoor seating. The thoughtful touches were everywhere, like extra towels for the beach, extra beach chairs, cart, and toys in the storage room along with an extra fridge too! From seasoning’s you’ll need, to every appliance, like an air fryer, blender, and huge refrigerator. The amount of dishes, cups, and serving ware are endless. Paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies etc.. Our stay was comfortable, and wonderful! We will rent this home AGAIN! Thank you for sharing it!

The photos online don't do it justice. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped as well as delightfully decorated. The hosts provided for our need in the house and for beach trips, in addition a lovely scrapbook outlining important schedules, calendar events and maps. A short walk to the beach. My pup enjoyed watching by-passers from the screened porch.
We had a great time and hope to return again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and clean. They had everything you could think of. My only suggestion is a bigger trashcan in the kitchen.

Great stay
The house was perfect for us. We had four teenagers and our pup. Location was great, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was very well stocked from the kitchen to beach gear and bikes. Everything was well thought out. Unfortunately I had to work all week, but the Wi-Fi was flawless. Thanks for a great week.

The owners were amazing and communication was top notch.
Owners were very personable. This house is very clean and organized. It is stocked with all the utensils and bedding. The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet. It is a short walk to the beach. The bicycles were a hit with the adults. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your house.

Beautiful home!
Home was beautiful and comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped and made cooking so convenient. Most comfortable beds away from home than we've ever had. Loved the screened in porch and the seating outside. Very enjoyable time!

Wonderful house
The house was great, clean, just as pictured. Beds were very nice. I was surprised a rental had such good quality beds, furniture etc. This house is like a home away from home. Owner was great to work with.

Great Place!
There was much more house than we needed, but really nice. It was a peaceful neighborhood. The home was loaded with an overstocked kitchen, get sitting areas underneath home and having access to beach items and 2 bikes put this home over the top. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean/Well Stocked/Great Location
We had a great visit. The home was well stocked, clean and tidy. The owners put a lot of consideration into having a cozy, welcoming home that was pet friendly.
Beds, pillows & linens were very comfortable. Kitchen had tons of appliances, dishes, cutlery (super sharp knives, awesome for cooking), and a brand new charcoal grill. The beach closet had a bunch of nice beach chairs, a beach wagon, umbrella, sand toys, 2 bikes, beach towels. It was a bit chilly for our visit so we didn't get to use some of the beach stuff. Under the house in the carport area was a super cute sitting area and tiki bar. We didn't use this area because of cooler temps, but what a great spot to hang out for a future visit.
The owner's were very prompt with any questions that we had; I was pleasantly surprised at the level of communication we had with the owner, and we would definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful Property
My husband and I and Opie the dog had a wonderful stay at this property. The layout of the house is wonderful and beautifully decorated. It was spotless and had comfortable beds too. The kitchen is updated and has everything you could ever need. The location is perfect with just a 5 minute walk to a beautiful & pristine beach. The owners were delightful and very accomodating! We loved it and didn't want to leave. We really hope to return in the future.
