This was a great place for a two-week spring visit to St Simon’s. The large deck overlooking golf course was lovely for grilling out or having morning coffee. On cooler days, the kitchen provided plenty of space for cooking, drinking and gathering. There’s everything you need…dishes, glassware, decent pots and pans, two coffee makers, and even an ice machine. The three bedrooms are very large, each with a private bath. Mattresses were comfortable and towels were plentiful. Everything was very clean. There are a few steps leading to the front door. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor. Master bedroom and bath are on the first floor. Every bedroom, living room and kitchen had a tv! There’s so much to see and do..and eat..on St Simons and on neighboring islands! We had a wonderful time!

We are terribly sad that the rental property was sold to a private party and will no longer be available to rent. We would have become perpetual customers.

A group of 4 adults stayed here for GA/FL weekend. The space was large, we could’ve easily slept 6 people. It was perfect for the weekend. The upstairs bathroom ceiling is peeling off and has a very old fan and light switches-but still functional. The property is very quiet.

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. So peaceful, the kids loved the creek and watching the turtles, ducks and birds. We will definitely be coming back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Tom's place. It was very comfortable and had all that we needed. Location was great for the wedding we attended.
Side note: Google Maps app took us to a random golf course community 30 miles from this actual condo! We were so bummed. Used the Maps app and it took us right there.

This Condo was perfect for our weekend get away. I just wished we could have stayed longer. It had everything we needed. It was right on the golf course where you Tee off. If you are looking for a quite place friendly neighbors this is your place.

The space was clean, comfortable and spacious. Each bedroom had a bathroom which was so nice! I enjoyed eating my breakfast each morning on the deck while listening to the sound of the water flowing in the creek and watching the golfers putting around. Excellent communication as well.

Spacious and clean! Great Kitchen we visited the grocery store on our way in and made all our meals in this spacious fully equipped kitchen! Washer and Dryer a hit!
“Bob” the family dog, spent his time watching the golfers all day! Like us, he didn’t want to leave. We will be back!

Perfect family/friend getaway rental
AMAZING LITTLE GEM OF A RENTAL! Great location and a lot of space! Easy to get around the island from here! Close to bars and restaurants and a quick drive to the beach! The owners were the easiest to deal with especially checking in and out! Very clean property! Will definitely stay again!

The house is decorated in a cool golf theme. Loved the towel holders out of golf clubs.

Photos need to be updated. One photo showed two beds( Queen and twin) and upon arrival was a king. Otherwise the listing is good. Great wifi, most cooking items anyone should need.

Nice Place
Beautiful view of golf course fairway from large deck. Small waterfall off of deck for a relaxing sound. Comfy bed and plenty of towels. Icemaker was intermittant but a mile away was Harris Teeter and a bag of ice. We enjoyed our stay.

Weekend stay
We came to the area for our niece’s wedding at Sea Island. The location was wonderful, just a little over three miles away. While we were not at the house for very long, the beds were very comfy and everything was as stated on the site. Wonderful hospitality!
