The house was perfectly situated close to downtown Breck and the ski lifts. We ate in mostly and the space handled 8 adults and 2 kiddos easily with plenty of room. The bathrooms has steam showers and heated lamps for that toasty feel after a day on the slopes. We all loved hopping in the hot tub as well! The view was my favorite as I could sip coffee in the morning watching the sun rise on the snowy mountains. We all had a wonderful time!

Several appliances in the kitchen weren't in working order (ice maker and trash compacter). The toilets seemed pretty old and were very difficult to flush. It often took several flushes. Some of the toilets continued to run afterwards. The hot tub was a little difficult to operate. We tried to follow the directions but they didn't explain the buttons on the tub. We called the hot tub company and they said they couldn't help. They told us to look up the service manual online. It was obvious from the online search that the hot tub was old. The fan in the upper main bedroom was VERY loud and vibrated a lot. We ended up using the 2 box fans we found in the closet. If it had been warmer outside we would have been uncomfortable. It was a great place to stay for the 3 of us. If I was hosting a larger group I would like something in better shape. We would recommend the house for the location, views, and the number of people it could sleep.

The home is in a great location for walking to town and very close to Carter Park for tennis, pickleball, sand volleyball, frisbee in the big field and hiking or mountain biking (trailhead at Carter Trail - although there are much better trails with a short drive). Very spacious home with great amenities and a large deck with a fabulous view of the slopes. The only initial challenge was the low flow toilets but that wasn't a big deal once that was figured out and with patience. I highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.

We wanted to get out of the heat and booked this property fairly last minute. It is a gorgeous location within Breckenridge. The views from every window were breathtaking. We didn’t want to leave. Everything in the home was great. We had everything we needed. Bring a throw blanket or two if you like to cozy up in the evenings.

There are plenty of places to sit and chat. The house was clean and well kept. We had a wonderful time and no issues at all. The management company was very helpful upon check in. We had no reason to call them during our stay. I did email for a late check out time and they responded very quickly.
