My father spent a month in this convenient, clean condo. It was great for access to Marina bar and restaurant as well as the community golf course.

The best part was the shower. That was nice. The unit was clean, so that was important. I didn't like that we couldn't operate the shade on the lanai because the battery was dead. A light was burned out in the bedroom and there were no spare bulbs. I suggest also to have a couple night lights, possibly to have in the hallway and bedroom. The air conditioning wasn't working properly for over a day. The tech did come when he was supposed to, and had it fixed in minutes. He said it was a common problem in this building.

We enjoyed our stay at the Keel Club. The neighbors are very enjoyable and made us feel welcome. The condo is comfortable for 2. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Communication with the owner was excellent. We were surprised how far away from shopping and restaurants we were. We like to eat out often when we are away. There is only one here. It is next to the condo, which is convenient. Other dining is 20 ‐ 30 minutes away. So we cooked most every night. This means you have to go food shopping and get all the ingredients. If we had known ahead of time we could have brought food. That's why I mention it. Overall it was a fun place. Nice community with lots of activity.

Liked the contactless check in upon arrival. Place was exactly as shown in the listing. It was a perfect location for our visit with friends in Punta Gorda. Would definitely love to stay again next year!

Absolutely wonderful!

Very nice place to stay

When we arrived there was mold in the bathroom that we had to clean and there was an infestation of gnats/fruit flies by the garbage disposal that persisted throughout our stay. Also, the entry door was having intermittent problems locking with the result that on several occasions we had to leave the apartment unlocked. We informed the host about the problem but it took over two weeks for them to send a locksmith out. Additionally, the lanai furniture was extremely uncomfortable while the table and chairs in the living room were unsteady and obviously cheaply made. Perhaps most disconcerting was the fact this host kept track of how many times we opened and closed the door to the unit and, when the number reached some sort of unacceptable level, absurdly accused us of hosting parties at the unit. Did I mention we are a retired senior couple? Finally, when we vacated, we left a courtesy note to inform the host that we had accidentally broken a glass and that a plate had cracked while in the sink. While I wouldn't have been surprised to be charged $10 to $20 for these items, the host tried to extort $250 from us. Be very wary of this host.

Happy we found this quiet place to rest after daily work with the hurricane clean up efforts. Perfect for 2 people. Cindy was easy to connect with and responded promptly when contacted.

Our house was uninhabitable after Hurricane Ian, and we had a hard time finding a place to stay since hotels etc were filled with utility and FEMA workers. This condo really helped us out in a desperate time of need.

This 1br unit was exactly as advertised; property was very clean and well stocked. Convenient to the ship store for morning coffee and walks around the marina.

We stayed 5 nights in the condo, which was clean and comfortable. The location was great for us. The owner was very responsive to questions/ requests. The only glitch was a malfunctioning door lock - a bit difficult to use and didn’t always work properly ( as in unlocking after we left!) We were able to enter with the owner remotely opening the door and then had no difficulty entering after that. It sounds like they are planning on replacing the lock soon.

Very clean. I struggled some with the lock system but hosts were quick to help me. I was there visiting my aunt and she plans to recommend this place to any future visitors who come to see her.

Comfy and clean, even with the quick turn around I needed. No weird smell like some of the other units! Crisp, clean linens and plenty of drawers. Owner response was very quick from start to finish. I would stay there again.
