What a fabulous find this house is. Beautifully appointed. Fabulously comfortable beds. Nice pool and hot tub. Great location, incredible sunsets. We even saw Dolphins in the bay this morning! Our host could not have been nicer and more attentive and responsive. Each bedroom leads to a private balcony, with outdoor furniture. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful property. Accurate listing. Angie and her husband were very responsive. Addressed questions I had immediately. Pool and spa were excellent. Short walk to beach. Approximately 3 families with children from 2-13 and handful of adults. Comfortable beds in the bedrooms. Two items of note. The back patio near the pool can get very slippery. Some type of non slick rug or surface would be great. The futon bed couches downstairs are not that comfortable. The older kids tried sleeping down there and did not make it through the night. We brought couple of air mattresses so we got by. We are definitely going to book again!

Our stay was AMAZING! The pool is perfect for the kids during the day and the adults for a late night swim. The Spa and fire tables were an added bonus. The owners were very helpful and kind. Very organized and prompt with all communication. I would definitely book again!

Beautiful, spacious, home on the marsh! This is a super family friendly space! Outdoor space includes pool, outdoor shower, closed in garage with futon and TV for the kids, as well as ping pong table. Elevator for easy access to the upstairs. Two master bedroom suites and two Q size bedrooms with a Jack-n-Jill, this some has plenty of room for vacationing families. Kitchen and living room has gorgeous views of the intercostal! We were able to watch the sunset almost every night! The home is also located on a very quiet culdesac and tucked away from busy traffic! 10/10 would recommend staying here. Hosts were very friendly and easy to work with ⭐️

Our family of 7, adult children and spouses, enjoyed an amazing week at Coral Bay. We normally stay on the oceanfront but decided to try the marsh/intracoastal area for a change. We all agreed that this view is WAY better and more interesting than the oceanfront. We watched the wildlife daily and caught some beautiful sunsets! The home has plenty of room to spread out and not feel like we were crowded at all. We loved the pool and hot tub amenities, the numerous decks and the grill so we could eat in and enjoy the beautiful view. Angie and Chuck were excellent communicators and were quick to respond to any of our questions. They even helped us get some of our things that we accidentally left behind when we checked out. We would 100% rent from them again and highly recommend their lovely beach retreat! We will be back!

I was so impressed with the owners and the fact that they proactively reached out to me well ahead of time to get me the keycode. I reached out to them several times with questions and received very prompt, detailed responses. This house is so very well laid out and has AMAZING views. I didn't think I'd like a marsh property like I do beachfront but I've changed my mind after staying here! We spent a lot of time at the pool and the elevator was crucial to our booking since my elderly mother traveled w/ us and she can't go up/down stairs. I would highly recommend this property to others and would definitely stay here again!!

This home is spacious with several outdoor seating areas that are just wonderful for gathering. We were in town for our son's wedding nearby (at Crystal Coast CC) and spent four nights there. It was wonderful to socialize and enjoy the views and sunsets with our family in between the formal events, and the location is convenient to everything. The owners were very responsive and quickly resolved an issue with the outdoor spa, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this property!

This house feels like a luxury get away. The views of the sound/inlet waterway are stunning. I love drinking my morning coffee on the deck, and having a cocktail at sunset. The sun sets are stunning. I love this property, and the property manager is excellent. She is very communicative, and really helps make the stay welcoming and comfortable.

We had a great week in this beautiful house with an amazing view!! All the rooms were spacious, functional and welcoming. The outdoor living was also extraordinary with multiple decks, patio and poolside seating. The pool and spa were definitely a hit! We had so much fun! Very relaxing too!

The house is really nicely decorated and was extremely comfortable. We had a lot of rain during our stay, but it didn’t matter because the views were beautiful and we were here to spend time with family. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, chips & salsa. We were celebrating my Dad’s 87th birthday and Angie (the owner) had some chocolate covered strawberries delivered. What a great surprise! Angie was absolutely fabulous to work with & we really appreciated her thoughtfulness. There are a lot of stairs, but there’s also an elevator which is nice when you’re bringing up luggage and groceries. Also, there’s a pool being built in the backyard which will be great for warmer months. All in all, I definitely would recommend staying here.

Everything about our stay was dreamy and relaxing. From the Prosecco waiting for us in the kitchen, to the gas fire pit on the back deck. The house is immaculate and decorated beautifully. The host has everything you need for a fun vacation: corn hole, ping pong, quality beach gear and toys, etc. My husband and I stayed here with 5 other couples for a wedding in town. Everyone in our group said this was the best rental they’ve ever stayed at! One complaint would be that the upstairs master bedroom doesn’t have curtains. I imagine they didn’t want to obstruct the gorgeous view of the river. This wasn’t a big deal to me because I wake up early anyway. But something to consider if you need the environment dark. All the other rooms have full blinds. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We had a lovely time in this beautiful house with amazing views of the sound. We loved watching birds from the back deck. We were a group of 6 adults, and there was plenty of room to spread out. Comfortable beds, with deck access from every bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking (though be warned, usually in a rental house there are leftover condiments, but we found some packets of bbq sauce and ketchup, but no salt, pepper or sugar). We walked to the beach, and to a nature trail by the grocery store, and drove to Fort Macon one day, Beaufort another, and Cape lookout visitor center the day we left. Would absolutely stay here again when we return to the area.

My friends and I decided to take a friends trip to Atlantic Beach this year. This house is absolutely gorgeous 😍. The area and views are perfect of the sound. The house was very clean and met all of our expectations and more. The beach was a short drive with public access. The house is so close to alot of great restaurants! Angie was sooo helpful and a great host ! She is quick to respond and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this house if you are planning a trip to Atlantic Beach.

We stayed here with another couple for a wedding in Atlantic Beach. The house was very close to the reception and within walking distance of town. Everything in the house was very clean and new--it was so nice to have extra bedrooms and space! The view over the marsh was beautiful and we really enjoyed all the outdoor space.

The house was beautiful and very clean. Each bedroom has a King bed, so everyone was quite comfortable. The living spaces were also big and comfortable. The deck on the top floor had incredible views of the sound and salt march. We had a delightful stay.

Sunsets on the Sound
Beautiful home with beautiful sunset views! There is an amazing 3rd floor deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas fire pit to enjoy a drink from the wet bar in the evenings. Kitchen has all the amenities needed to prepare meals if you wants. Bedrooms are also comfortable with King size beds in each. Atlantic Beach is one of our favorite places to visit with family. This home is perfect!

Home away from home!
This home is everything you could ever ask for! Beautiful views and all! The icing on the cake was THE ELEVATOR! Perk for getting groceries in the house! Great walking distance from the beach and got rave reviews from other family members who popped in during my family reunion. Sad we had to go but, look forward to coming back to the property hopefully in the future. Angie was a lovely accommodating guest and very responsive when it came to answering any questions the family had. Thanks for having us and you’ll be seeing us again!!!

Beautiful Sound front home!!
This is a wonderfully decorated house with unbelievable panoramic views over the sound with beautiful sunsets!! The house appears professionally decorated with many extras such as an elevator, fire top table on the upper deck, wall mounted large flat screen TV’s in each of the 4 bedrooms as well as the family room. The kitchen is well stocked. Each bedroom has a very comfortable king bed. You can walk to the beach in about 10-15 min. Main living is on top or 3rd floor with master BR, with other 3 bedrooms on second floor with their own outdoor deck. The ground floor garage has been converted into a game/TV room with a ping pong table which we enjoyed. I would definitely rent again and owner communicated well! The only suggestion I would have is for the owners to put blinds or curtains or shades over the huge window in the master bedroom that overlooks the sound! It’s a beautiful view, and high up so no one can see in, but the light overwhelms the room at dawn. Some may like to wake up and see that beautiful view, but it would be much nicer to have the option of closing curtains or shades if you want a darker room and sleep in on vacation!!

Sunset haven!
Had the best time being reunited with my best friends at this house. We ate countless meals on the back porch as we watched the sun rise or sun set. Had the most amazing views and a home full of everything you could need for the best beach vacay! Hosts were responsive and so kind!
