Clean condo, comfy beds, and great location. Sweet little bakery across the street and wonderful Southbound restaurant just a few doors down. Loved having breakfast out on the deck. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Were anle to walk everywhere we wanted to go, great parking, clean and quality upstairs condo.

We traveled with friends and enjoyed our stay at the Inns and loved that each couple had their our bathroom. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shopping and there are two cute bagel shops right around the corner! Highly recommend!!

Overall great place 5/5. Did not know it was behind another house so your front porch view is of the back of the other property. That was the only minor thing - otherwise we loved it. The king bed was so comfortable, I slept in every morning. Easy walking distance to King St and campus, it was a nice Charleston retreat!

Perfect amount of privacy for three adults (separate bedrooms and baths) and a fantastic location.

We met friends here to spend a long weekend. Condo was in a good location for visiting the local attractions. A little too far from King St to walk to it but very easy to get to the highway to get over to Mt Pleasant and to N Charleston. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well quipped.

This property was very walkable to many restaurants, bars and shops. It was perfect for our long weekend stay. We enjoyed the spacious balcony even in the rain. The property managers were extremely responsive. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

This property is excellent, so spacious with plenty of natural light. I travel to Charleston at least four times per year to visit my family, and this location was just perfect, definitely will be returning soon. Host is very responsive and everything was ready upon arrival. Thank you so much.

We choose to stay at The Inns with another couple after exploring several hotel options. Not only was it cheaper for two couples staying together but having the sitting area and kitchen made it relaxing and enjoyable with friends. We could walk to dinner and our event in less than 7 minutes but the location was quiet with amble parking. The beds were comfortable and every room had its own bath (showers only). The condo is up to date and decorated beautifully and welcoming. If the weather was warmer we would have used the lovely large porch. Only issue was we ran out of hot water for showers. I’m keeping it in my favorites because we frequently visit Charleston and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location! Suggestions would be for host to leave a book with suggestions for dinner and if you could make reservations and also a bus map with all the stops! Map we used was not accurate. Would definitely stay again!

I can honestly say the location was absolutely perfect for our trip. Walkable to all things downtown Charleston with an adorable little bakery across the street. If you don't feel like walking there are always pedicabs available. The rental was super cute and clean. I would stay here again and highly recommend to others!

3 bedroom/3 bath condo with a balcony AND within walking distance to everything Charleston has to offer! Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice and tasteful decor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with coffe and breakfast on the balcony before heading out to explore downtown Charleston! The communication with the property manager was top notch! Would love to stay here again.

Unit does not have washer and dryer as listed. Check out time is also incorrect. Ceiling fan stopped working in living room and was not fixed. No closet space in 2/3 bedrooms. Walking distance to many places including downtown.

This location was conveniently located to all attractions Charleston has to offer as well as its beautiful surrounding area beaches. We also found this property clean, comfortable and overall inviting. Check in and out was very easy. Next time we’re in Charleston, we will be sure to stay again.

The 2nd floor of this inn was spacious, very clean, and homey. We had a wonderful 5 day stay here. We walked the neighborhood and took in some local cuisine. The only con I would list is we were there for a week and this location does not have any laundry services, and there wasn't any trash or towel service. As we had already been traveling for a week prior to a week in Charleston, we had to find a local laundromat. That was a little inconvenient, but something I apparently thought we had when we booked this location. In addition we usually had one meal in a day, so we were cooking or preparing food in some sort at least once a day, and we ordered in pizza one night, so the trash was piling up. We are accustomed to having trash and towel service by or on the third day of a stay. These are things I should have checked when I booked, but thought I would mention here.

Management was very quick to answer any questions. Pretty place in a renovated old house. Great location near King Street and wedding venues. Lots of large screen tv’s and a nice deck. Good sized kitchen. Only drawbacks were the one parking spot for the unit, when there appeared to be plenty of space, and only one ice tray and one closet (we still had plenty of closet space, but would have liked to have known ahead of time). That being said, would definitely rent again.

Traveled with my husband and 2 daughters. Entering the apartment there was a nice, clean fragrance. It was very clean. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Plenty of towels and bathroom amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Decorated beautifully. We absolutely LOVED the porch. Great location and easy walk to King Street. We would definitely stay here again.

We came in from Myrtle Beach for an overnight stay in Charleston Our stay here was perfect The place was welcoming, comfortable, the beds were so so comfortable, there was coffee available for the morning. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!!

So comfy bed great apartment, noisy in the morning heard neighbors cough and alarm
