We’ve stayed in nearly all of Cambrias oceanfront homes over the past 30 years and this is our all time favorite spot. Staying for a full month was just amazing too. So many new spots we explored and animals watch. There were otter, seals and porpose seen right from the deck and inside living room. The woman who checked us in and was available if we needed her was very nice too! All in all PERFECT 😍

We stayed for 2 months -- a wonderfully relaxing get-away. Great house right on the ocean. Comfortable & well stocked with linens, kitchen equipment, etc. Wonderful walks nearby. Quiet except for the crashing waves. Wonderful to watch for otters, dolphins, whales right from the living room. The screen door mentioned in prior review is in process of being replaced and the kitchen is being remodeled later this year. Stephanie was an excellent host! We plan to return next year.

The home looks just like the photos. The ocean is right there, in view from every room. We stayed for a month and would stay again. We experienced all kinds of weather, from sunny unseasonably warm days to pelting rain and high winds to socked in fog from dawn to dusk and everything in between. It's the perfect spot to experience all the moods. The owners have thought of everything in the kitchen, high quality pots & pans, utensils for every cuisine, appliances and dishes. It's a small space, difficult for two to prepare at the same time, but we got the hang of it. The beds are comfortable and have great views (the main floor bedroom only has a view when the doors to the living room are open). Plenty of extra linens. Washer/dryer were great to have for a long stay and easy to use. The upstairs bedroom is a showplace, with a king bed, amazing views (and very good blinds for those full moons that blaze in like an oncoming train). There's also a seating area with two big armchairs to curl up with a book. Or stare at the ocean with your morning coffee. The deck is amazing and huge, easy to arrange the chairs, bring out a table or just use the loungers. Our biggest issue was the sliding screen was difficult to open and close with one hand. There were a few little hiccups while there that required contacting the rep, but everything was handled promptly. There is also some renovation work going on next door, but I think that's just Cambria. Someone is always getting their place fixed up. Most of the time we never heard them, but that's because the ocean sounds predominate.

It also gave us an opportunity to get to know Cambria, and a bit of what the Central Coast has to offer. Stephanie responded quickly when needed and was courteous and friendly.
