We would rent this beach house again and again! The kitchen was well stocked; the landscaping afforded plenty of privacy; the location was within walking distance to T-Street beach; and the house came with beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. Everything was very thoughtfully organized.

House was super cute and very clean. We wanted a place within distance of Hollywood and San Diego and this was perfect!! Wish we had more time to enjoy the area but were on a tight schedule. Would definitely book again!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house is SO cute and very very clean. It was really helpful they had beach chairs/sand toys/cooler/etc at the house for guest use and it allowed our kids to fully enjoy the beach! The only thing that was a bummer is that they don't provide any cleaning supplies. We wanted to do our part and clean up after ourselves after we made dinner--kitchen counter tops/bathroom countertops/etc. We made due and just used a sponge and dish soap. They did provide a small vacuum and that was nice to use at the end of the day to keep things tidy! Overall it was an absolutely phenomenal stay and we would 100% stay here again! THANK YOU!

The home was perfect; great layout for families/young children. There is a hallway door that separates the main home from the bedrooms which is great for early sleeping/early rising kids.
A couple minor issues:
1. The neighbor (front facing left) was pretty rude our first couple days. During the late afternoons, conversing over a glass of wine, they repeatedly hit the adjacent wall loudly, and while we were outside and in vicinity they proceeded to cut down palm branches that broached their property and forcibly throw them on our side of the fence. All in all, wasn’t a huge deal, but it was noticeable.
2. Two reasons for 3 stars:
- There was a surfboard out front, but had no leash/fins. It is unusable without those things. I’d suggest just taking it off the listing all together.
-The location is “close” to the beach, while the walk is not as feasible; it is downhill there and uphill back. The “hike” back would probably take you 20 grueling min, though you could walk down in 10mins. We didn’t even attempt. This said, parking in the “bowl” area was only $1.50/hr. The walk the T-Street was totally manageable.
3. There were 2 “complimentary” trash bags at the home. Staying there for a week, that’s pretty rough. That to me seems like a necessary living accommodation.
Overall, loved the stay and especially the city of San Clemente. It is clean, safe, and everyone (even locals) are friendly and hospitable. Would absolutely recommend this home/city and stay here again!

All the little things are there for kitchen and bath. The nightlights are really nice and automatic for during night or early morning. Outdoor dining and sitting areas were private and comfortable. We expected from other reviews walk to beach to be on the longer side. San Clemente hills are quite big. Could be a little more bath or washer supplies (esp if they want you to put a load in as you leave).

The house is very clean and laid out well with everything you’d need for a holiday stay. If you plan on cooking much, know that there are NO perishables provided at all (cooking oils, etc) so you’ll need to buy the basic staples. Also, we were traveling with a toddler and appreciated that there weren’t a lot of decor type items that we needed to put up high or hide, tub was non-slip, the yard had a gate. Along these lines, there wasn’t a high chair or booster seat, which would have been really nice. (I had emailed about this prior to the trip and didn’t get a response back until the trip was almost over - at that point it didn’t matter). All in all would recommend this to anyone, with those caveats mentioned above.

This comfy little beach bungalow had everything we need, including a wonderful patio that we lived on, and just a 10 minute walk to the beach and shops. Quiet, charming neighborhood.

Nice area, near the beach. Very tidy with everything you need. Probably hasn't been a need for air con in the past as near the sea but I think with ever changing weather patterns air con is needed these days. But apart from that it's highly recommended and the agency are very prompt if you have any queries or issues.

When we arrived all the doors and windows were shut the temperature was easily over a hundred degrees

The house is between the beach and the main street of San Clemente---ideal! You could spend a week here and never have to get into your car! The beach and pier are beautiful and the main street has a great selection of restaurants, shops and a big Ralph's grocery store. The quality and cleanliness of everything in the house is excellent. Our one complaint is that the check in time is not until 4:00 and the checkout time is 10:00. That really cuts both days short. I asked for an extra hour for our departure, but was told "no". Otherwise, we loved the house!

Our family of 5 loved staying here. Just a half mile walk or a quick drive to the beach and the shops/restaurants. The house had everything we needed for the beach -- chairs, towels, toys, and even a cooler.

We walked to the beach even though it's about a half mile, but it's only a block from great places to eat and the neighborhood was quiet while we were there. We did Disneyland one day and an Angels game another day. Just a 35 minute drive. Only downside was no AC but that is only an issue mid-afternoon and we weren't there much during that time so it was not a problem. The house has plenty of fans to help out. We enjoyed all the included beach toys and chairs. It was perfect! We loved it and would stay there again!

The only suggestion would be to get some Portable AC units. The house was just as described, nice to be able to use the washer and drier. We could have used more towels, but just did laundry in the in house washer/dryer. It gets a little warm in the afternoon, but there are lots of fans in the house. We had fun playing cornhole also.

Family trip
This house exceeded our expectations. Perfect layout for our 1.5 year old grandbaby inside and outside. Location great for grocery store and restaurants. Car was needed to get to beach and pier. ❤

Perfect escape!
Beautiful modern home with great ocean views! It was perfect for our group and everyone thought the house was amazing. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with plenty of room. You even get a rooftop deck with a hot tub, outdoor couches, and a gas grill. The home has a 2 car garage which is very nice. The home is split between 3 levels which gives you privacy. You won’t be disappointed with this place. San Clemente was such a cool little town and staying in this house made our trip even better. It’s steps to the beach and in a very safe and charming neighborhood. I would stay here again for sure!!

We attended a wedding nearby and several family members stayed with us. Very nice common areas. Nice bathrooms. Only a short walk to the state beach where you can hook into a walking/ jogging path the runs forever along the beach. Definitely would recommend.

This place was the perfect stay for our week-long family vacation. We used it as a home base for our adventures up and down the coast (between Newport Beach and San Diego) and it was awesome for that. The house was clean, great outdoor space, cute quiet little town, and we would definitely stay here again. The weather was pretty hot the week we were there (mid-August), and the front of the house does get a little toasty in the sun all day. Our trick for maintaining pleasant house temperature was to 1) pull the shades down in the front of the house and keep doors and windows in the front closed to keep the main areas from warming too much, 2) close off the bed/bath area of the house during the day - there is a door you can shut - but leave the windows open and fans on back there and 3) when we got back to the house we would first open up all windows and doors in the main areas, let the breeze cool it off, then open up the bedroom area. That worked really well and we had no problems. The walk to the beach is downhill there, uphill back (like pretty much every beach in the area). T-Street Beach is a great beach though…we spent our last day there and had fun watching a surfing competition! All in all, we have no complaints! Totally recommend!

Pros:
-3 boogie boards and 4 nice beach chairs to borrow! There is also a pack n play if you have a little one.
-the patio was LOVELY, comfortable and so convenient
-the outside warm shower was amazing for washing sandy kids off in
-house is roomy with lots of comfortable spaces
-everything works well...kitchen is well equipped and the gas stove was very nice
-excellent location
Cons:
-we stayed a week and the high each day was only around 75. It was so hot in the house in the afternoons!! The evenings cooled down to 60’s which helped with sleeping and the house has a TON of fans to run, but somehow can’t get a very good cross breeze. I suggest adding window AC units in the front and back of the house to aid with the heat!
-The queen bed is SO uncomfortable :( the other beds are good/fine, but the queen needs replacing!
-all the beds are made up with flat sheets in the bottom which have to be straightened and retucked in every day. Such a pain. Fitted sheets would be a huge improvement!
When we arrived, the cleaners were not done and we had to wait almost 45 minutes for them to finish before we could settle in :/ After dinner that first evening, we wiped down the counters and they came up brown! They needed a good washing. The rest of the house seemed pretty clean though.
Overall, it was a great stay. We would stay again if we knew the house had some relief from the heat (window ac units).
