It was beautiful, and spacious, and the perfect size for our group. The only thing we had an issue with was we kept running out of water. I’m sure it wasn’t the houses fault, but that was the only kind of bad thing about the house. I would stay at the house again in future trips, and I would also recommend family and friends to go stay there as well!

Porque 4 estrellas: no cuenta con wiffi, en el sitio web decian que contaba con toallas de bano y no habia en la propiedad,el agua potable se fue por 4 horas,en la ubicacion del azador de carnes no hay sombra,el cuarto de lavanderia es muy caliente, el refrigerador estaba goteando agua por dentro y en la ultima noche de estancia se metio a la recamara mas grande un escorpion. Entiendo que el agua potable y los escorpiones no lo controlan los propietarios.Apesar de lo inconvenientes mencionados, la pasamos muy bien.Una observacion:la casa no es apropiada para familias con adultos mayores ni pesonas con necesidades especiales (tiene muchas escaleras).La recomiendo y la volveremos a arrendar.

The dryer heating element had went out and we were unable to dry clothes. Everything else was just as described and we had a blast in the pool.

The laundry room key didn't work but we got around it. There are a lot of stairs so be aware. There are really only 2 bedrooms upstairs, the third bedroom sleeps 10 with one bathroom. The nice was great everyone loved it. Wifi would have been nice I was okay without it. The overlook is really nice feature but the steps are steep. We would rent this place again for sure.

Reviewer Comments: Was kicked out in the middle of the day with my grandkids and children and was called disgusting and I cried cause yes there was no broom in cabin and our first night we celebrated. I understand my son had a party in the other cabin but we thought it was ok since he goes to parties out there every weekend. I took days off work and everyone there. Also the lady was upset cause I had more people than 10 adults and 6 children but this cabin was for 32 people. I cried like a baby in front of my children and grandkids when I’m supposed to be the strong one . The kids were scared and we left and now she’s charging me for cleaning when she kicked us out

The home is not what is pictured or described. Sorry to say and I don’t usually leave negative reviews. Home was filthy! Dead moths and roaches on window sills, curtains, blinds and tables. Glass tables full of dust and lint, AC vents filthy, bed mattresses and carpets stained. Dining table, coffee table and counters sticky. As if this has not been cleaned in months. Usually when you arrive in a home you have at least a roll of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags; we only had 1 trash bag in kitchen and 1 in restroom, nothing else. We had to go buy everything. We couldn’t even clean properly because the mop and broom were so filthy and old, vacuum was from the 70s. Then you have the pool. Nice looking and appeared clean. First dip, son cuts his foot. Upon looking with goggles we find 3 pieces of broken glass. Sitting him on the chair at the pool, he almost falls all the way back because the chairs are broken. The upper deck banister is rotten or eaten by termites as a piece comes right off. Bbq put shelf has no support bar so it just hangs. And then you have the stairs. It is quite a workout going in or out of the home. This home needs a serious deep cleaning, new furniture, new AC unit (both central and window units need to be replaced), carpet removed, dusty curtain and blinds replaced, pool cleaning, deck maintained and replaced 80s washer and dryer. I never understood why Concan homes have such retro appliances. For the price customers pay these homes need to be better cared for and maintained.. Oh and I almost forgot, on 3 different occasions while sitting outside we had 3 different people pull up into the drive way taking pictures and asking questions. One I feel might have been the owner but it was a bit weird and uncomfortable to have been bothered so many times while trying to enjoy family time

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We get that we stayed there during a drought, and understand the conservation efforts put into place. What we didn’t appreciate was not telling us about it in advance so that we could be prepared for no running water at night when people had to use the bathroom. The water also shut off in the middle of the day on the Friday we were there. We also don’t get why this was the only house that shut off water. We rented a house next door, and water service was not interrupted. We asked our neighbors on the other side as well, and there was no water shutoff for them either. When we brought this to the owner/management and asked for a concession, we were denied and insinuated that we were being less than truthful, which we didn’t appreciate. I’d suggest finding a different house with more hospitable management.
