We stayed here for a tubing weekend and the condo was the perfect layout with the 2 living room areas. It had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. It was very muggy while we were there but with the AC units, we were fine. The owners were great to work with! We would definitely rent again.

Started for a long weekend with a group of adults. Plenty of sleeping spaces and an overall very comfortable place. Seamless check in process and the owner was easy to work with.

Rental was great, lots of room and quiet outdoor atmosphere. Hot tub was a fun place to hang. Owner was easy to work with and communicated well. Quick drive into North Conway.

We were able to fit our group of 10 perfectly with so much ample space, the house was clean and well maintained, such a great location! Check in and out was simple and we hope to use this again in the future!

We had a great say at this property. Although we were there during a heatwave we were very comfortable in the house. It's well stocked and comfy. It is also well located and easy to get to and to enjoy the fun things in the area.

The property was clean and well equipment with all the necessary things. Would recommend the place for a big family trips. We all loved the place. Only thing is the location in map is a bit confusing for the first time.

The Quackshack had keyless entry, private hot tub and grill, and plenty of beds and common area spaces for all your needs. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it to all different groups.

We took a long weekend to do some hiking in the mountains. The condo was exactly as described, clean, and had tons of space. Well equipped kitchen and the hot tub was awesome!

I stayed here with 5 friends for a weekend getaway in the mountains. The property is great — very spacious with plenty of beds/bedrooms so everyone could have some privacy, a bathroom on each floor, and a large couch/dining room table for hanging out as a group and meals. We super enjoyed the grill and the deck with the hot tub! The hot water (for showers, not for hot tub) wasn’t working when we first checked in but I contacted the property and they sent someone over right away to fix the issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the property was good. The living area was smaller than appears in the photos, but still enough room. The dinning table was great for our group, enough seating for everyone. As shown in the photos, there are a good amount of stairs. There are no bedrooms on the main floor. The living room is sunk in and then you step up again to go out onto the deck. The hot tub was a nice plus and it was clean. After arriving, we called the management office because the basement didn't smell good and was wet feeling due to no dehumidifier and hot, humid Summer days. They were excellent to work with. They went to Home Depot and had someone deliver a dehumidifier within an hour. We were extremely happy with their response. If we didn't have a dehumidifier, we wouldn't have been able to use that floor, which had a queen bedroom and a full bathroom. We did have to constantly empty it during the stay, but it was worth it in order to make the space usable. You could see a big difference within the first couple of days. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the loft space. We read all of the reviews about the spiral staircase and were well aware that they were tight and not everyone used them. We were willing to sleep in the space, but due to four broken stair treads (the wood is completely split in half) we did not use the space. The stairs are not safe. We had two 8 year olds and two 23 year olds and they said even if the stair treads weren't broken, they didn't feel comfortable using the stairs, especially if they needed the bathroom during the night. Again, it's summer, so the loft was very hot as well. Instead of the loft, we used the day bed with the trundle underneath. All of the beds were very comfortable. The portable AC units were okay. They did provide a couple of fans. The kitchen space was good. They had everything we needed for cooking; a crock pot and blender too. We were able to use the large free standing cabinet in the kitchen to store all of our food for the week. A few things we could have used, but you don't always know until you arrive and we have no problem getting them on our own (sandwich bags, foil, paper, pen). They supplied plenty of the basics; trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap. A copy of the check out and trash removal process would be good to have just in case someone forgets to bring it with them. We did have a great time and there was plenty to do at the home and in the area.

Great location. Property was very clean

Overall the property was great. There is lots of space for large groups or multiple families. Seems newly renovated. Don’t bother paying for linen service. They left the linens but we had to make and strip all the beds, not worth the cost. The hot tub was disgusting when we arrived but they look care of it immediately and we were able to use it the second day. Convenient location. Cranmore Mountain is right down the road and only a few minutes to downtown N. Conway.

Management was responsive to all issues that arose. Great for two families.

Let me begin with this place was beautiful! Very clean and welcoming. A little tricky finding at first. But once common sense kicked in it was a breeze. Although there was wifi and full cell signal we enjoyed unplugging for a long weekend and enjoying the fall foliage. At night we spent some time on the deck or in the hot tub listening to the creatures of the night. Just a few minutes from the kancamagus highway and downtown north conway. I would highly recommend this to all family and friends. Thank you so much for sharing this slice of heaven with us!

Great experience. The place was clean there was lots of space and in a great location.

Enjoyed the townhouse. Nice layout with lots of room for the kids to roam around. Had a minor issue after a severe rainstorm. The entire townhouse reaped of sewer. I'm sure this isn't the norm. It was quite the storm which flooded most of North Conway. Will look forward to staying again when visiting the area and will recommend to others.

Loved this house! Even better in person! We brought 2 families and had plenty of room left over. Loved the location as well. We will be back!

The "loft" bedroom on the 3rd floor that contained the third queen size bed required the use of a narrow, steep spiral staircase. We simply couldn't use it and one couple had to split up with one sleeping on an uncomfortable twin bed. Everything else was very nice, excepting the dirty hot tub that needed serious cleaning and was not available to use. The living room and dining area were perfect for our group, as well as the second living area in the lower level. This was our first experience with rental units and we will read the descriptions more carefully and ask more questions on our next similar trip.

The condo was OK considering it was 350 dollars a night all in. The stair case to upper area (most of the bed rooms) was dangerous.The stairs were to close together and the carpet made them slick. 2 kids went tumbling down them in socks. There was no wood left for use in the fireplace, there should have been a few logs for 350 a night IMO. No light switches were labeled, that would have been nice so you could easily see in the condo.
