PROPERTY WAS JUST PERFECT FOR OUR GROUP OF 5 FRIENDS OF 58 YEARS

We had a few minor issues, property manager was very responsive and helpful! Definitely would stay here again.

Nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen, lots of thoughtful extras that made it feel like home. Extra supplies, games, towels, pillows, blankets, a rollaway bed and cozy throws made accomodating 2 adults and 4 teens easy. Plenty of parking, an enclosed courtyard, large patio with tons of seating, some beach toys and chairs made the house comfortable and spacious. Excellent quiet location, great view of the golf course, easy access to a pool and tennis courts, and walking distance to bustling Coligny Plaza. Our teens were busy all day long with rental bikes, nearby beach access, and all the sports they wanted. We love the safe environment and friendly people. While there were a few small maintenance problems, the maintenance men came immediately and resolved everything. We will be back!

This was our first time not staying on the beach in HHI, but we were pleasantly surprised by how much we loved this place! Rooms were a nice size, beds comfy, beautifully decorated, and a great homey/beachy/HHI feel. The back patio has such a relaxing view that I'm afraid to even let everyone know about it here. Relaxing, swing view of the golf course over a large, shaded backyard was the perfect spot to chill during kid's naps. Very happy with our stay!

The condo was great for our family.

This was our third time having HH as our family vacation. Very pleased with all aspects of our accommodations as well as the Seashore Vacations staff. Have stayed in 2 other properties and this was my favorite. Didn’t know there was a swimming pool 50 steps from our door until we arrived but was pleasantly surprised about that as well. And, this property could technically be classified as a four bedroom place by counting the small room with the twin bed. Again, overall very pleased all around!

We enjoyed watching the turtles, blue herons, and gators. The property location was great for being pretty central to everything. We felt so at home that it has us wanting to live on the island. It’s very relaxing!

Great view of the golf course and easy walk to shops and restaurants at Cologny Plaza. The thing I love about Shipyard is that it is much quieter than other plantations. You can enjoy the beauty of Hilton Head without the hustle and bustle of traffic, noise and too much traffic.

Very well kept, with updated flooring and paver patio to enjoy watching golf from, or grilling. Spotlessly clean inside, with every amenity in the kitchen you could want. Will be right back here again when I return to the island, no doubt.

House was very clean. 4 bedrooms were great, everyone had their own space. Back patio view of lagoon and golf course was incredible. Back patio was nice and relaxing. Living room and tv was very nice. Kitchen and dining area was very good and spacious. Pool was a short walk. Beach was a nice bike ride and a short drive. All that being said unfortunately the management company that managed our vacation was not a company that we would ever book a vacation with again. They took all the personable transactions we always had with the owners, into strictly business. We met the house cleaner at the villa. She was so nice and professional. She asked if we were checking in. We told her yes, she said great I’ll take care of your villa first and do your neighbors next, since they weren’t there yet. Went to lunch, came back and started to bring our luggage up to the Villa. When the evil Lenny the inspector showed up and yelled at us for being on premise, he was a complete jerk. He told us we weren’t allowed to be here and that it would be several hours before you could get in. And he wasn’t even that nice about it. We have vacationed in Shipyard for many years and always dealt with the owners , never a management company. Well never again. They also didn’t provide any beach chairs or umbrellas. Which other owners always had something. BBQ was a charcoal bbq. Which of course having not used a charcoal grill since the 70’s was a little rusty. It didn’t work out. Every other villa we’ve stayed in had gas grill. Which was great for quick grilling burgers and steaks. When I called the company about beach chairs and umbrellas. They told me they they just throw everything left by other renters in the garbage. Why?!!! Why not leave something if there usable. This was a beautiful Villa, but I will never rent it again because of the management company. Seashore Vacations. Stay away from management companies, just rent through the owners themselves. They treat you more like family , rather then like a hotel guest.

Property was very nice. We had plenty of room, location was great, parking was good. Furnishings were up to date it was a great place and will try to stay there again the next time we go to Hilton Head. Price to stay was not unreasonable.

Only negative too far from beach

Big, clean and great location. The one thing that you will need to make sure you bring is wall plugins for charging phones, ipads, etc. as there are only the standard plugs in the rental.

A ove average

One of the best places we have stayed at over the years. Abundant sunshine (I dislike dark units) and enough space/seating for everyone. The outdoor area is great for simply relaxing and it was a bonus to have our car in the carport during the hot days! Beds were comfortable and it was in a very nice central location. Thank you - we hope to return!

Coligny Beach was closer than the Shipyard Beach, but we preferred Shipyard and could ride there on our bikes, about 1.7 miles. Seashore Vacations staff were all very professional and friendly and easy to work with prior to and during our stay. This is a really nice villa and being a corner unit that makes it even better. Location to restaurants and grocery stores is really good too. Be sure to eat at the Sand Bar just down the road. We all had a delicious meal there and enjoyed live music. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This rental unit was absolutely outstanding. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. It exceeded my expectations!! I plan to rent this unit again in the future. Thank you for such a nice experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable and provided a great layout to support a family with 2 teens. The location was superb, with such a short bike ride to Coligny, as well as a nice longer ride to Shelter Cove. Absolutely love Hilton Head and would certainly stay at this unit again. Thank you!

The house was exactly what we expected and the location is great! Right by the gate and the backyard is very nice to sit back, relax, and watch some golfers go by.
