Manager was very communicative. The dock provided a spot for our boat and a quick ride into Oneida Lake. Sylvan Beach is within walking distance with access to several cute restaurants.

Quiet area, easy to get around but finding parking was challenging...but we were not aware that the Pirates Festival was also the week of our vacation. Fishing was not as great as we were expecting. We enjoyed the area's State Parks and their beaches...Sylvan beach was the children's favorite as well as the amusement park.

We really enjoyed this rental. The listing was accurate. It was a short walk to town and all the attractions. We enjoyed Fish Creek and hopping in the boat. Just a couple of small things to consider. We had teens and young adults and they did not want to jump in Fish Creek and swim or float. Yes, it flows from the Adirondacks and all of that but that did not work for our young adults or even the older adults. They didn’t like the dark water (clean, but tannins), And it was a busy waterway w other boats! Otherwise a great rental and a beautiful and peaceful vibe. Just a short and peaceful boat ride to Oneida Lake!

Plenty of place to gather, lounge and sleep! The home was exceptionally clean and also stocked with many of the essential home goods which was a huge help for us coming from out of town. The creek made a great place to dock a boat and to watch the others float by. Thank you, Tabitha! We hope to stay here again!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this property! The house was clean and well-appointed. It's spacious and has several different (and comfortable) areas to sit. The kitchen has everything you need, including new appliances and two kinds of coffee makers. There was even an assortment of k-cups there already! The back porch, yard, and dock are lovely. We sat at the picnic table on the dock and used one of the kayaks. The bedrooms were great, with linens provided. The bathrooms were clean and towels were provided as well. The location is great – it's tucked away in a neighborhood but less than a mile to restaurants. We walked to dinner and it was a super easy walk. The host was wonderful – super friendly, helpful, and communicative. We had no issues at all during our stay. Thanks for providing such a wonderful place for my high school BFFs to get together and make new memories.

We chose this property understanding it was a unique opportunity to visit Sylvan Beach, and beautiful water access out the back door. The pictures really don’t do the layout of the home and the dock access justice. It was perfect for our busy children, grandparents and dog. We even enjoyed some fishing! It had everything we needed and then some. Access to the playground a short walk away was ideal and if you like to exercise, morning runs in the neighborhood were terrific! We’re very grateful for this memory as we celebrated my brother’s wedding weekend!

The house was perfect for us. Our daughter's dog is well behaved. The fenced back yard, all the way to the dock was great. The youngest grandchild is 4 & it felt safe for him and the 3 other grandchildren who were 7, 12 & 17. We had a lovely walk to the ice cream place one evening. The rooms were comfortable. There was good Walleye trolling on the lake. We would love to return. We also enjoyed the car show and a few restaurants in the area.
