Amazing view, quiet area, very close-by supermarket and restaurants, 15mn drive to Ubud, luxury bathrooms (the outdoor shower was a highlight), great staff, everything that you need in the villa

the housemaid Wayan was so sweet and caring. she was more then happy to book massages and drivers for us, and even helped with taking someone from our group to the hospital after hours. the villa was also very big, with comfortable beds and large kitchen.
there is quite a few bugs but the housemaid does a very good job in clearing them from the pool and indoors.

Beautiful peaceful rice paddy view and infinity pool for the kids. TV with Netflix 👌
Internet was weak in far room but worked everywhere else.

It was Quiet Villa with a good swimming Pool.
The Villa was very shabby and very poorly maintained. The rooms on the ground floor smelt damp and musty. The kitchen was very unhygienic and we were hesitant to use any of the crockery and utensils. The Villa needs urgent maintenance and renovation.

rooms were amazing! pool was stunning! host organised anything and everything!
when pool feels you can’t shower or flush toilet but easily fixed filling pool at night!

The villa was great for our group of 9. Plenty of space and although a little dated everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool is large enough to do laps. The villa is just off the main
CCTV in the kitchen and living room, the pool and in the sitting areas outside. We felt this was an invasion of our privacy and could not totally relax.

Very quiet place, surrounded by rice fields and a beautiful landscape
The 4 bedrooms are very comfortable, as the bathroom. Special one for the shower outside on the 1st floor with an amazing view.
The house itself is very cosy with the kitchen being outdoors.
There is a resort next door so quite easy to order food and they will deliver as it was a table of their own restaurant
The road access : bumpy
Breakfast choices are limited after coming from a resort where everything is available
Some of the furniture start to be a bit old and could use a refresh
