It was a such a great property, spacious, and family friendly. We hoped to come back but did see the property on sale.

Large house with plenty of room. Very clean with plenty of amenities. Management was very responsive if there were any questions. Great location to Zion and shopping. The pool was great!

We all really enjoyed the property! Lots of rooms and space. Loved the pool! Make sure if you're staying in summer months to leave the cover off. We didn't realize that and the pool was really hot. Once we kept the cover off it cooled to a nice refreshing temperature. The location is perfect for wheeling at Sand Hollow. We would definitely book this house again.

Beautiful home with plenty of room. Not quite as close to the beach as we thought. Definitely not walking distance unless we missed an entrance but still very fun! Only very minor complaint is we ran low on toilet paper but had just barely enough

Good things first. Was very well supplied, pleanty of room and lets of amenities to keep our family busy. The kitchen had every imaginable appliance and cookware needed. The layout of the rooms and living space gives great separation if you want to watch a show or take a nap away from the rest of the family.
Here are the things that needs improvement. The heater on the pool doesn't work well so it was pretty cold the entire time. The hot tub needs a good cleaning has a funky smell and the water is green. We had to buy mouse traps and killed two mice while we there. Which meant my wife slept upstairs the rest of the week. All in all had a great time but these things just need to be addressed. Thanks

This property worked very well for our group, plenty of seating and space in common areas and outside. The pool was a big hit after a long hot day of riding UTV's at Sand Hollow. The house was well stocked with all of the things we needed for our stay. The bedrooms were nice and clean, however the common areas could have been a little cleaner, the chairs and rugs in particular were fairly dirty. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay here. Having some shade in the backyard with the 100+ degree weather would have been nice. We spent most of our time in the parks so it wasn't a huge deal. The property management company was extremely responsive and helpful with any and all questions. Highly recommend Red Sands Vacation Properties. Definitely check their website for bookings in addition to VRBO.

Fantastic stay at the Red Sands Vacation property in Sand Hollow. Everything went very well and the house was excellent. Only one downside was the pool heater was waiting for a part. Excellent service and they are very attentive at making sure your stay goes well!

We loved this home, and it exceeded our expectations! I look for 2 main things in a rental, cleanliness and comfortable beds. I found both of those criteria met. (BTW… I was hesitant at first to book this home because the description did not fully list that there is a 3rd bathroom upstairs for that area, but there is!!!)

Beautiful house we loved staying here. Hot tub was not working the first day but sent out pool guy asap to fix it. The only issue we had was all of our kids hair turned super green in the pool. Like joker green..i have never seen that before and ive done hair for 18 years haha. All around we loved the house and would for sure stay there again. :)

My husband and I stayed here while competing in the Sand Hollow Triathlon. Home was very spacious, clean and well stocked! The kitchen has everything you could ever need to cook a gourmet meal! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after our race. The bbq and out door fire pit were icing on the cake! We will be back!

We loved this rental. Very clean and organized. The children loved the heated pool. Conveniently located next to sand hollow. We had a trailer and was able to park easily. I would love to stay here again.

The home was very nice and clean. It fit our family well. This was by far the best property management company I have worked with in regard to short term rentals. Any issues I had they were very responsive, even on Christmas day. The only (small) negative is the home is a bit of a drive from stores. shops and food. We would absolutely stay here again.

Need to change the lawn sprinklers to go off later in the night rather than at 8PM when you are sitting outside.

Family on the dunes
This house was wonderful. All the amenities were here. Check in and out were simple and theanagers were wonderful.

Great House near Sand Hollow
This house was close to Sand Hollow with a really large garage to store all your toys you towed down. Spacious and well stocked. One warning I would give is that the water heater is too small for the house, so only 3 people can shower before the hot was gone. Overall, wonderful stay.

This property was truly amazing! I do wish that the HOAs would allow street parking at least on the Main Street outside the community considering the shoulder is wider than a lane of traffic. Even if parking was only for those staying in the community.
That aside, this property was amazing and clean. We and our friends loved it! Definitely looking forward to booking again next time.

Relaxing!!!
We came down for a Trail Hero rock crawler event. The home was great for hanging out and very close to everything we needed! The hot tub was awesome to come back to at night as well. Fantastic stay!

Sand Hollow Jeep Vacation
Loved the location of this house being so close to the Jeep trails Check In was super easy The house had everything we needed for an incredible week on the rocks. My only complaint is there is not enough seating in the living room for a house this big. Two arm chairs and one 3 person couch is not enough. Over all I recommend this home

We booked this last minute as our previous plans were canceled due to flooding at Zion. The house was very clean, spacious, and really close to Sand Hollow State Park. Check in and out were easy and clear to understand. Everything in the house was very organized - which I loved. We will likely stay here again next time we are in the area.
