Our stay was very pleasant, from the pool, location, bedroom accommodations to the amenities, stocked kitchen, well kept cool house, cleanliness, Ice chest, beach chairs, etc. The house is about 15 minutes from Anna Maria Island, minutes away from the other surrounding keys and beaches. Not to mention everything you need is nearby. We will definitely return.

Home is in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood convenient to dining, shopping and recreation. Communication and booking was easily accomplished and prompt. The cool nautical decor immediately provided a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The spacious home is cozy and family friendly. Home procedures were clearly defined and posted. Our family enjoyed the pool/patio areas and appreciated having a well equipped kitchen for cooking and grilling. The floor plan of 2 family areas, reading area, and second floor master suite were bonus areas for relaxation and gathering choices. We hope to return in the near future and highly recommend this home.

The home was very spacious and perfect for my big family. A very nice quiet area. Very close proximity to grocery stores etc. The pool was great, great view, and overall a very nice house.

Everything was thought of when it comes to this house. Plenty of dishes, utensils, beach towels and chairs. The buggie to pull on the sand. Everything was provided and thought of when it comes to the house. Definitely recommend and would stay here again. Amazing house.

Had a great time with family. Kitchen was stalked with needed pots, pans, silverware, and appliances. There were separate beach towels. Even had a beach bag that was useful along with beach items like chairs, umbrella, buggy to carry all beach items.
Family and I had a real good time.
You definitely need a car to get around. It took an about an hour or more to get to the beach- that was with traffic. There was always traffic.
Grocery store was pretty close.

Unfortunately the master shower had no water coming from it. We reported it and then thought there would be maybe a small refund for the inconvenience and only having one shower in the house for everyone to have to use. For a month we keeping asking if anything would be done and just keep getting a response that someone would get back to us. No one ever did. Things happen sometimes but the lack of response or trying to back things back was a huge dropped ball and poor customer service. I wouldn’t stay in these properties again now knowing if something doesn’t go right they don’t seem to care to do anything about the inconvenience. Really bad customer service!

Good place and good location but listing is inaccurate as the games they said they had were missing pieces and trashed. The equipped kitchen had plenty of serveware and dishes but they didn’t have any cooking supplies such as salt, pan spray, sugar. Pillows also smelled very musty/old.

Our family had a special time in Sarasota, FL, during the wedding of our friends. Vacasa was very helpful, the house was super clean and we had much fun.

Our family had the vacation of a lifetime at the Paradiso Probay. The home was simply amazing. We had 2 children and 6 adults in our party. We had plenty of room in the house. We fully utilized the kitchen and cooked multiple meals. The pool area was a hit. We really didn’t have to leave the house to venture out. We highly recommend this house for future vacations.

Overall we had a great experience. The kitchen was well supplied. Great kitchen, dining and lanai. Beautiful pool.
However there was a roach problem which was never addressed after phones calls and emailing pictures of the roaches. The last morning we killed 9 roaches. Another issue was no hand railings to get in/out of the pool
resulting in 4 of the 7 people not being able to use it after they paid to have it heated.
We are very disappointed with the lack of communication with Vacasa and now are hesitant to book through them again.

First of all we are paying for a safe and clean place to enjoy our holiday vacation. As soon as we walk through the door, the floor reflected a poor maintenance and it was obvious that was not clean properly. The door didn't not close as safely as it should. We tried to use the facilities of the pool. The barbecue did not have gas and was very disgusting. Instead of enjoying as we got there we had to clean it or we would have lost the groceries for the barbecue. The tv remote controllers were not working properly. Pool heater and filter were not working on January 2nd and 3rd. The first contact we made to announce the issues we had with property management they mention the local phone number for the issues we had to get fixed was not provided. We contacted Vacasa and they made the arrangements on gas and the door safety issue. The property is beautiful but this maintenance is damaging the safety and commodities it should have.

Family half reunion vacation

Paradiso Probay was the perfect home in a quiet neighborhood for our family of five. The amenities to include pool, grill , plenty of beach items and pool toys, made our travels with extra items less. The location on a golf course was an added bonus for me, and the course was in great condition, contrary to what recent reviews expressed. The master suite on 2nd floor allowed some quiet from the little ones, a great getaway after long days at the beach. I would definitely recommend this home to a family with children, and my family will definitely be returning sooner than later.

Big House and Great Pool
House is very big with a nice pool. Upstairs main bedroom suite is the largest I have ever seen. Pool area is nice and relaxing. Definitely recommend pool heater. WiFi was excellent. Vacasa communication was awesome. Home is furnished nicely and it feels modern overall, but there are some dated and worn elements in bathrooms and kitchen. Still a beautiful home and would recommend staying here!

Very nice home and heated pool with plenty of room. Quiet neighborhood. Vacasa communicated very well and made themselves accessable for any questions. I would definitely stay again if I have a large group that I am traveling with.

Fantastic!
Beautiful clean home! Easy check in and out. I recommend just heating the pool in the cooler months automatically and add that charge upfront. We didn’t see that the pool could be heated till it was too late

Our Stay
Overall the house was super nice and clean. We had issues with the pool at first but once they sent the pool boy over it seemed to fix the issues. The house fit 6 adults and 4 kids comfortably. We loved how the house supplied beach chairs, towels, and toys. The TVs were a bit slow with the remotes but they did the job to play shows for the children at night. Bed upstairs was very comfortable. Bunk room could use better mattresses though. Overall we would stay here again!

Big beautiful house with plenty of room to separate. Nice pool. Loved they supplied beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. Even supplied us with beach towels. The upstairs bedroom is awesome. Great time!

The house is very beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect. It’s in a great neighborhood just out of the way from all the traffic, but close to restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed the pool and stayed at it more than we went to the beach. I wouldn’t change a thing. Staff with vacasa kept me informed on our travel arrangements prior to our arrival. They left contact information in case we needed anything during our stay. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend vacasa.

Wonderful House
This house was perfect for our family vacation. We loved having all the bird wildlife around to see up close while being out by the pool. This house was everything we expected and more.
