I was rather surprised by this place! The location was perfect because it sat towards the edge of a neighborhood with vast desert on the one side. Normally, Yucca is a little too busy for me, but I felt isolated enough to fully disconnect from everything (like how I normally feel up the road in Joshua Tree). The house itself was beautifully furnished. TBH, I thought it was going to be a little corny, but it was tasteful and neutral enough to not be distracting. Didn't know I needed that! It was kind of perfect! Never felt cramped like all the other properties in the area. Everyone had ample space to sleep and move around. The backyard was extremely spacious and the pool was perfectly heated even in the cool weather that we encountered (it was as low as 70ish during the day). Overall, I would definitely stay there again and recommend to everybody else!

As I got off my 9-hour drive and ready to relax I arrived at the property to realize I didn't yet have a door code. I was lucky enough for the check-in preparer to get there 30 minutes later and then I got what I needed. As I looked around everything looked beautiful but, then I noticed some things. The master bedroom bed had stains on the bed already and not only the bed but the towels as well all mysteriously featured brown stains which is ridiculous on white cloth, The master bathroom also featured a broken top left drawer. One of the pool cues seemed to be broken, the hot tub had no water and for the price, I already found this ridiculous. The electric fireplaces weren't plugged in and one of them couldn't even reach an outlet. The bathroom shower in the master bedroom smelled awful, I had to spray so much cologne in there to even be able to get in. I tried to contact support about the hot tub they said the inspection team would be there Friday, We got there on a Thursday, but they never showed up and they ended up sending someone on Saturday and this was something everyone looked forward to. There was a stain on the rug which they flipped in order not to show. Every outlet I used seemed to be very loose and had to be precariously put in so they even stay in and the slightest tension would pull the cord out. There was a chipped glass my friend cut their finger on as well as ants all around the house and we never left the doors open.

This could be good property but pics are very deceiving. The couch is dirty and cushions crushed so really no one can sit comfortably anywhere in living room. 6 bedrooms so sleeps a lot but had to buy some things that should have been available in property that sleeps that many - griddle, hand mixer, etc. they had like 2 sm frying pans. Not enough towels on intial part of stay for 8 people. Had outdated coffee pot so they did bring us a keurig. Internet was bad so they sent extenders and my IT husband provisioned them for the entire house so now that works. Hammock was missing so they can and replace with small one. No ping pong balls till we called. No chalk for pool table. The list goes on. If they get someone good yo set a better standard then this would not happen
