We were here with my 3 friends for 1 week. Beautiful cozy house and well equipped kitchen. Community pool and jacuzzi were well maintained and clean. We feel the location was great, we had a car so we toured around the island. The only minus was we couldn’t get a hold of the contact person when we checked in (tried phone or whatsapp) and she didn’t return to us during the entire stay. We had questions about some outdated instructions and a fire alarm that was out of battery and beeping when we arrived. Despite of this would stay again here, we loved the house and felt very fast like at home.

The location and property itself was fantastic. Plenty of room for our family of four, and the amenities, including the spa, pool and workout room were great. The downside was that nothing had been cleaned properly prior to our stay; the bath towels had stains on them, so we had to wash / bleach the towels prior to us, and the plates, cups, pans and cooking utensils had food still stuck on them, requiring a deep clean prior to use. We were ecstatic to find that there was a no shoes rule in the house, as we practice the same rules at home, but the carpet was stained and dirty - so we didn’t quite understand why we were asked to remove our shoes - not to mention the fact that we felt rather grossed out walking around the house barefoot. Would have been totally fine with the somewhat exorbitant cleaning fee, if the place had actually been cleaned fully prior to our arrival, but I feel like we got hosed so the house could be cleaned minimally for the next guests. Easily a 5 star VRBO property if the place were maintained, but I have to give it 3 stars overall given the price we paid for what we got.

Perfect size and layout for my family with four high school and college age daughters. Location is perfect for easy access to all the North Shore highlights including Hanalei and surrounding beaches. The condo is an upper floor unit with a garage and view into the pool area. Its very clean and well maintained with new appliances and everything you need to cook for a large crew. Three bathrooms and enough beds to sleep six comfortably plus central air and ceiling fans should you need. You can walk to a nearby beach (although there's a difficult hike up and down to it) and also to the Princeville Center where there's a market and breakfast spot. Beach equipment and toys were provided also. Overall we were super happy with the property and our stay and highly recommend.

After two "washes", a lot of the blue detergent still stuck on the bottom & inside of the DW door! Even the handyman said it was dirty & does not work. We handwashed our dishes & pots & pans. Still waiting for appliance credit.(2) The two bottom drawers in the refrigerator were impossible to open & close. The "tracks" were broken. (3) Chest drawers in MBR would fall out when we tried to open them. There were no "tracks" to hold onto them. We left our clothes in our suitcases.(4) We took out the ice chest in the MBR closet. It was covered with sand top & bottom. We opened it & the inside was covered with wet sand. Smelly & gross.

The apartment was ventilated, and had all the amenities we needed. The grounds were well maintained. However, there were a couple of issues. The dishwasher needed minor repairs and we had some trouble using the remote for the garage door. A serviceman did come promptly and repaired the dishwasher but the problem with the garage door happened just a couple of days before we were leaving. The hot tub was not hot but that was not a big issue for us.

Beautiful place, nice location, very clean!

Great little space to come "home" to and relax after a great day adventuring out in Kauai. We also just enjoyed relaxing there in our spaces as there was just the right amount of room for the 6 of us. Having our own bathrooms was so nice too. No one hogging the bathroom while the rest of us waited our turn. Nice kitchen area to cook with everything you need. I have 3 boys and a husband and they all eat A LOT so it was nice not having to go out for every meal. The lanai was so nice and spacious and overlooked the pool so if our 12 year old was out there we could watch him and the pool area had two nice grills that were very clean and were available the two nights we did grill out. We didn't have to turn on our air the whole time. We were able to keep the windows open to enjoy the fresh air pretty much all day and night. The only suggestion would be to add a screened door to the front door as when we had that open during the day it helped cool the space immensely but at night the cockroaches would try and scurry in (not as big as I thought they would be so actually no biggie and I am a bug freak) so we had to keep the door closed as soon as the sun went down. The people across the way had a screen door and I have to admit I was a tiny bit jealous. I liked our location as it felt very safe and was in a good location in proximity to many activities that we did. I mean we did drive some but who cares when you get to have the views that come with driving around the island. I would highly suggest this rental and would do the whole trip over again in a minute if I could. Nothing but happy memories and missing the trip already. Aloha Kauai :)

The property was better than I expected. Very clean and comfortable. The community is beautiful. The boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas made the time at the beach so much better. I would definitely stay there again.

This rental looks just like the photos. It is well decorated with a beachy Hawaiian decor. Everything is clean and well-maintained. It is conveniently located about 1 mile from the Princeville Center and just a 10-15 minute drive to Hanalei. There are tons of beautiful beaches within a 15 minute drive. The grounds and pool are maintained daily. The lanai is spacious and we all enjoyed coffee and drinks while looking at the landscape. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and floaties. I would definitely recommend this rental if you are staying on the north shore of Kauai!

The property was comfortable and spacious for a family of 5. The onsite pool and available grills were excellent for dinners. A great location for the adventures that abound around Princeville.

However, we had many maintenance issues ...1) smoke detectors went off (entire unit) at 9am and we called it in. Maintenance came to fix it during the day and the next day same thing happened. Maintenance came out again and replaced all batteries and it stopped the detectors from going off. Was bothersome that it took 2 times for it to get fixed. Master bathroom light flickered before turning on, fridge light was out. Was disappointed that a lot of the closets were locked off from the owners. No pantry for an extended stay! We so much enjoyed our condo, everyone seemed to move in, and the space was ours. The condo was immaculately clean with clear instructions on how and what to do. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool and the BBQ's were used quite a bit. If there is a negative of the space, was the parking. We had two vehicles and had to shuffle them from garage to driveway. Nothing horrible at all, maybe a space close by could have been a better solution for us. I would definitely book again !!!

Beautiful, clean and fully stocked condo for a vacation in paradise! Kitchen had all the equipment you could want or need with sharp knives (rarely found in a rental) which made for easy cooking at the condo after full days on the nearby beaches. Beds were so comfortable and appreciated the air conditioning and fans to keep us cool at night. Great lanai overlooking the pool. Alanna was quick to answer any questions and so supportive in ensuring our vacation was the best it could be.

Not enough positive things to say about this beautiful condo. Every inch of the condo was clean and inviting. Enough kids toys to stay in the house, and beach accessories to make your journey to Hanalei or Anini spectacular. Also - the host was friendly and helpful before, during and after my stay. I will 100% be coming back here with my family.

Alanna's condo was perfect for our family of 4! It was very clean and spacious. It is situated close to beautiful Princeville sites (like Hideaways Beach) as well as near Hanalei. We also liked being able to go for early morning runs on the golf course and soaking in the hot tub after hikes. Alanna was so helpful at communicating with us and giving us helpful tips.

The 3 bedroom and 3 bath work out great for my family. The place was very clean. The chairs and tables on the balcony made for a relaxing snack setting. The condo was close to many of the excursions we did, restaurants and stores! The beds were very comfy cozy, as were the couches! The kitchen was supplied with everything that was needed to cook! We will definitely stay there again, when we return! Thank you, very much!

If you want to be up by the North Shore this is great. Just a couple minutes to Hanalei Bay ,and a couple more to anini Beach. The water pressure wasn't the best. Overall enjoyed our stay very much. Owner is amazing! :)

Check in and out was super easy. Owner was totally accessible. Kitchen was stocked with all cooking utensils and supplies. Unit was bright and clean just like the pictures! Garage was stocked with all the beach amenities! Overall an excellent vacation experience!!

Our stay here was one of the best parts of our trip. It was beautifully appointed and met our family's needs in every way. We will definitely be returning.

Paradise at the Plantation was a perfect fit for the 5 of us (2 kids, a young adult, and two adults). The location is incredibly convenient if you love the North Shore, which we do. The condo is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is well stocked. Having 3 full bathrooms was just what we needed after spending our days at the beach or hiking. With the unit being on the inner loop, we slept peacefully every night with no outside noise whatsoever. Coffee on the balcony in the morning was great. We SO appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrellas and beach towels that were provided. The owner is so sweet and accommodating too! Hanalei is minutes away and the best sunset you'll ever see in your life awaits you just 2 minutes down the road on the bridge before you get to the St. Regis. Queen's Bath is also within walking distance. We have been to Kauai 4 times now and this was my favorite place to stay. We would recommend it to friends and family and would definitely stay here again.

I just recently returned from a week long stay at Paradise at the Plantation and cannot say enough good things about the condo/amenities and Alanna (the host). Often times, vacation rentals look better in their photos but fortunately, this is not the case with Paradise. The condo is a tastefully decorated 3 bdr + 3 ba unit up a very short flight of stairs with a very big lanais which overlooks the pool. The condo is also perfectly situated in Princeville which made it easy to access our favorite beach (Anini) and check out a new (to us) beach (St. Regis beach). It was also a 20 mins walk to a playground and Foodland where we bought all our provisions and indulged in a nightly consumption of Lappert's ice cream. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in a convenient location. You will not regret staying here. Thank you Alanna for a wonderful stay.
