Family short stay Memorial Day weekend for a graduation. House a short walk from a lovely little beach, near shopping. Nice neighborhood with comfortable beds, great kitchen, reclining couch and fabulous back yard patio. Owner attentive and responsive.

This home was immaculately clean, well decorated and well equipped. It had everything you need including toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc). I would definitely recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is beautiful and you can walk to the private beach. Great location for the wedding at Waters Edge. We would recommend for vacation or a get away.

Marji and Kevin's home in Westbrook is beautiful, with a spacious open floor plan and comfortable beds in each of the three bedrooms. We all loved the back patio and ate almost of our meals outside, surrounded by purple hydrangeas. The house is well located. We went to several nearby beaches, including the one in walking distance to the house, went on the Essex RR and Steamboat, and visited the Niantic Children's Museum and the Mystic Aquarium, all nearby. We had a wonderful vacation and would love to stay at Marji and Kevin's house again.

Lovely home. Great locale. We were surprised by the long list of rules & work expected of us. We already know to leave any place as we found it or better. However, we were asked to wash towels & linens, take garbage cans to the curb, monitor the sprinkler times. I understand, but it's a bit much to be totally relaxing.

Location was great and property was very clean. House is very comfortable and owners were very responsive.

A well organized and well-designed house with everything a family needs including a shaded outdoor eating space. Everything was exceptionally clean and the spacious kitchen island allowed room for food prep and play. The neighborhood is charming and exceptionally quiet.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding. We brought along the grandparents to help with our infant and 2 older kids. Everyone had a great time. Beach is a short walk. The house had everything we needed, some things we forgot and more! Quiet little neighborhood, and everyone we met was kind. Again, great place for a family to stay.

Beautiful, pristine home which was perfect for our family during our daughter’s wedding weekend at the Waters Edge. Owner was very nice and responded very quickly to my questions. The only issue was the neighbors are in close proximity and seem to watching us the whole time.

The house speaks quality! The kitchen allows for all to partake in cooking or gathering around and the meals prepared can be eaten together at the large dining room table or bistro table indoors or outdoors at the table in the shade or at the one in the sun! Sunbathing could happen at the private beach only a short walk away or in the private backyard on perfectly green grass! Kevin was super friendly and met every one of our needs in a prompt and kind manner, while also granting us the privacy hopes for! Many thanks for a splendid experience, Kevin! We highly recommend this vacation home.

We booked this for a graduation at Yale after our earlier reservation was canceled without notice by VRBO. The house is in a safe neighborhood walkable to the beach. The accommodation was nicely furnished for cooking and was very clean. The washer and dryer were a nice plus.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, well-maintained and exactly as expected. (Online pictures were very accurate.). Would definitely stay there again.

It's a beautiful and well-equipped house with an open floorplan and expansive kitchen island to gather around. It was a great location in Westbrook, CT and a great neighborhood for us to visit the area.

Went on vacation October 11th-18th and stayed at this beautiful home, we had a wonderful time, the area has a lot to do and hopefully we can return next year

Our group of friends have been going on a girls getaway for over 20 years. This was one of the nicest homes we stayed in. The home was even nicer than the pictures show. It was so clean, had everything we needed and was in a great location. We enjoyed the outside area for breakfast in the morning and wine and snacks later in the day. Although we didn’t get to go to the beach, it had chairs, boogie boards and plenty of beach towels. The beds were so comfortable and plenty of shampoo, soaps, paper products and a nicely stocked kitchen. We would definitely go back and would highly recommend this home if you are in the area. It was a definite five star accommodation!

What an AMAZING home to stay in❤️. We so enjoyed all of the hosts efforts to make everything easy to use with great instructions, beautiful decor and comfort, and all the little extra things left for guests. It is so well thought out with so much care in mind. Just walking in the front door you know right away what a well kept and loved property this is. The island is so gorgeous and just perfect for groups visiting. My husband and I enjoyed the 1st floor master so much! We both just turned 70 and loved the ease and accessibility to the kitchen and main floor. We loved the quiet neighborhood and charming well loved homes. Everyone kept commenting on all the thoughtful considerations done for the guests. We have rented many VRBO properties over the years and this has been the best one so far in terms of fabulous mattresses/bedding, cleanliness, comfort, and especially starter items. We found the soap/shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms the coolest touch! The bedside USB ports were loved and appreciated by all! A number of people in our group are hoping to rent from you in the future 🙂 Your yard and backyard seating was the bomb! We wish we were staying longer but … we will be back! Many thanks! We really loved staying in this home. The layout was great, the set-up is modern, and it's a beautiful space! They provided everything we needed. The patio and outdoor shower was also great. We loved going to the private beach. Would recommend bringing water shoes as it's very rocky. We loved having breakfast outdoors at the Turtle Cafe!

We loved our stay. The space was gorgeous and the hosts thought of small details (coffee, snacks, beach towels, etc) that made this stay incredible.

The house and yard are very nice, plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children under 5. There was no lack of anything we needed for meals, clean-up, laundry, beach-going, etc. Access to the beach is easy, a short walk, but the beach and water are both pretty rocky with limited space (no walks, throwing a ball/frisbee, etc.) or spreading out a blanket. Beach chairs are a good substitute.

Marji and Kevin went above and beyond to make their home accessible and friendly. Their personal touches made it feel like we were in our own home away from home. We were able to have to best time and make incredible memories. Our favorite parts were how clean and well stocked the house was, the short walk to the little beach, and the location of the house in general. We hope to come again!

Dear Marji -- My friends from Germany cannot stop complimenting the beautiful home and wonderful time they had at your little oasis by the sea. Everything little detail was thought of for them to enjoy a great weekend.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the property. Everything exceeded our expectation. The house was beautiful and comfortable, located on a lovely street and a short walk to the beach. The house is also very clean and well stocked with all necessities. The hosts Marji and Kevin are very responsive. My husband gives it a 6 star!! We wished our trip was longer but we are looking forward to next summer!

Everything was wonderful. The hosts were easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. The house was so clean and was absolutely beautiful. The outside patio was perfect for hanging out after a day at the beach. Quick short walk to the small beach which was never crowded. The garage access and the beach wagon definitely came in handy. Definitely a wonderful place to stay! Beds were comfortable and welcome supplies were greatly appreciated. Close to many great restaurants and stores!

House was beautiful. We had my son‘s rehearsal dinner for his wedding and the kitchen and patio were perfect for hosting the bridal party. The house is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could possibly want. It’s a short walk to the beach although the beach is a little rocky it was nice and private and peaceful. We had some trouble with the lock and the hosts were very accommodating even though we had to call them late at night they got us in promptly and they even gave us a small refund to compensate us for our inconvenience I would highly recommend these hosts And this property.

The house was fabulous & fit our needs. The main living area & kitchen was open & very spacious that allowed our entire group to mingle while cooking, eating, or watching TV. The owners were very prompt replying to our questions. We really enjoyed our stay & this home rental made it extra special.

This was a great property with access to a nice private little beach. All the amenities were new and top-notch. Everything was in excellent condition throughout. Check-in was contactless and super-smooth. We loved it and hope to go back in the future!
