Wonder location for high seniors and their families. Beautiful beach and town. It was perfect.

My family drove to Rosemary Beach to meet up with my brother’s family Thanksgiving week at the beach. We had a 14 hour drive and I was a little nervous that I had not received a check in email before we hit the road. On the 2nd day of driving, I finally started reaching out to the property manager with no response. I called the VRBO number and they tried getting an answer but were not able to either. Finally several hours later I received a text that the instructions would be coming soon. We’ve rented many houses on VRBO and in the area and have never received info so late. One of the main reasons that we chose our property was because the listing states that the house has an elevator. This was a key factor due to the fact that my sister in law has a disability and needs the support. When we arrived, there was a sign that the elevator could not be used. I again had to reach out to the property manager to see if there was anything that could be done. I did not receive a response with the first inquiry, I followed up again and was then told that the elevator did not have power and they would try to find a tech. There was no follow up after that. Having no elevator really was a problem for us, my sister in law tried to be a trooper but could only come up to the main living area with assistance. We should have been notified. The property manager did respond quickly when I asked to heat the pool for 4 days, but the rate they charged was not the rate listed in the description.

Love the house and the location. Perfect for groups

Our family stayed at SweetGrass cottage and it was the best trip ever! The house is incredible. Upon arrival, the house was spick and span clean. Looks brand new! The decor is beautiful! Appliances are amazing! We had 8 adults and 4 kids age 4 and under. There was plenty of room with beds to spare! And the kids loved the pool! We asked if it could be heated ahead of time and it was nice and warm when we arrived! The house has anything and everything you could need. Just around the block to go shopping, eating, or a day at the spa! (Which we did all!) And just a very short walk to the beach. The F boardwalk is right down the path from the house. We hope to stay there again! If I had one suggestion, it would be to provide a high chair. But that's it. There is even a lower cabinet full of plates, cups, utensils just for the kiddos! Thank you for a wonderful week! We loved it!

Once we got the group confirmed as far as kids to adult ratio, every thing went great!

This house was beautiful, super clean and well furnished, and the location could not have been better!! We loved it.

Title says it all--property is a wonderful Rosemary Beach house with everything you could possibly need. Property manager was exceptionally great.

Our group of 10 stayed at this great house with private pool and a short walk to the beach and all the shopping and restaurants at the Rosemary Beach area. House was well stocked with every item we needed.

We absolutely loved the house. It was very clean and spacious. It had a very nice organized and perfectly equipped kitchen. There beach chairs and a rolling cooler in case you do not want to Pay to rent the resort chairs. The location is close to everything. The only bad part is that very early (around 6-7am) huge garbage and delivery trucks arrive to service the shops directly next to the house. They create tons of noise very early in the morning. The teenagers loved walking to everything and were also able To go back to sleep in the mornings after the trucks would arrive. The adults could not tune it out and were up at 6 am on vacation. I guess there are Pros and cons of being in such a prime Location!

Grayson Beach Catering set up the food stations on the balconies off the family room and the bar next to the pool - excellent fare.Our only caveat emptor is mentioned in earlier reviews - the garage is Lilliputian and one stall was used for bikes and furniture. But an additional street pass was provided.

Everything was wonderful, house is as depicted in photos. Great space for large family

Typically the pools in these homes are much smaller.The home was immaculate and definitely felt like we stayed in a luxury home. Just note that the home does not have a true front door and when you first get there, you have to go through the courtyard/pool area to get access to the door. It is a true 6 bedroom home and every bedroom has its own bathroom. Love it!Now, here are the cons. The home has a beautiful wrap around porch but no furniture except for two flimsy chairs. It has a Weber grill but no furniture. We found this odd but after looking at the photos they look like they moved the furniture to the pool area. We suspect the boxes held new outdoor furniture and was tempted to open the boxes and put it together, LOL!

The management company was on point and thought of everything. They made check-in and out super easy and had a great app that had all the info we needed and more. The house was well appointed and the pool was a dream. I did not want to leave and can't wait to come back!
