Overall a great house and would stay again. The pool and hot tub were great. The heat is extra but that’s very typical, we stayed down here for a week had no major issues. There’s lots of little things that need to be fixed in the house
.some of the lights not working no light switch’s in the bedroom when you walk in so you have to use your phone light to find the lamps. The house was clean. But it definitely needs to be updated it is getting older. The master bed frame definitely needs to be replaced the leather is wearing down.

The place was extremely clean and well organized. It was in a great location with plenty of restaurants, shops, and venues. Right between Tarpon Springs and Dunedin with easy access to Clearwater and Tampa. The property managers communicated with us as needed and were very courteous and responsive to our questions. We definitely recommend this place for your Tampa/Clearwater/Dunedin/Tarpon Springs visit. It really is a very nice property. Only recommendation we would have is to have some steps down to the water from the dock so you could kayak or paddle board out to the coast which you can see from the dock (if that is allowed). Overall a great place in a great location.

We came down from ohio for some business but always like to have a nice pool and views. I enjoyed sitting on the dock watching the boats come and go. Pool was nice. Management company very responsive when having key lock box issues. Property had all the essentials (i dont like when there are not some standards like salt pepper foil etc). A very nice and scenic stay.

Loved this rental! Beautiful pool and hot tub. The dock was great to sit and relax and watch the boats go by. Nicely updated kitchen. Would rent again!

Need to pay extra for heating the pool, I would’ve thought that would be included. But the place was perfect.

The pet hair was a real issue. We had to wash the bedding our first night before it could be used. Furniture was destroyed by pets before our stay and the owners did not replace it. Rugs that we filled with pet hair and pet orders and were stuffed behind furniture. I did bring up
The issues Folks who do not have pet allergies do not understand how much pet hair affects your breathing.

We loved the location of this home. The waterfall is gorgeous and LOUD! Thankfully shuts off at 6pm. The furnishings in the home are absolutely beautiful and the lighting is super nice. However, we could not get the shower in the kitchen to turn on which would have been nice since the tub/shower combo by the bedrooms was slippery and felt dangerous. There was a lot of dog hair on the love seat under the front window. I used the beach towels to cover it after I sat on it in my black outfit. Could not get the cable box at the tv by the kitchen to turn on which was a bummer.
We enjoyed the pool and the dock and the linens and towels were top-notch. King sized bed slept great. The kitchen is nicely stocked. Overall it was a great stay.

Sunset , waterfront and awesome waterfall effects .
Comfort and location are both off the charts. 5 plus stars. Bring your own heavy beach towels for around the pool and dock. Thanks again owners!!

This was the best place. Quite neighborhood house prettier than listed. Spotless. Pool unbelievable. Close enough to everything . Perfect. manager great.
