Property was dirty, couch/sofa sleeper broken, no hot water, carpet stained and soiled. The customer service ( or lack of customer service) was the worst I've ever experienced). Seven ( 7) phone calls with 0 results. 3 reps told me they would call back in 5 minutes, and none did. One rep hung up on me when I asked her to spell her name.
My wife was having a panic attack. Finally, Vacasa agreed to return all my money, which we are still waiting to receive, and we moved to another room at the hotel, as a hotel guest and had a wonderful stay.
I will never use VRBO again and will tell anyone who will listen to stay away. VRBO apparently has no control over the properties they rent!!

The entire hotel staff was extremely gracious and professional. Our stay was for two weeks and one elevator was broken the entire time. This hotel is large and the wait for very long. The first day, I received a text from vacasa which i responded to telling them that that toilet was broke but i could still flush if i remove the lid and moved the flap. No one came to fix it. The makeup mirror never worked. In all the stay was good but cold be better.

The unit had dirty carpets with stains, the unit had a very unclean odor when entering and staying there for several days just had an unclean odor . Upon the first evening there was a leak thru the bathroom light fixture from what appeared to be the unit above . Windows were extremely unclean . We called Maintanance and they brushed it off . Will not stay there again . Also you can rent this room
For a better rate directly thru the hotel . When using this site for the rental you are able to order room service or charge beverage/ food at the pool. This was not transparent when reserving this

I have spayed at TT about 8 times in different units - this was OK but not great. The unit needs a deep clean / kitchen walls wiped down and in general a good refresh ! Linens were only sheets on bed ( no comforter or blankets anywhere) so first night was cold and uncomfortable. I did reach out for some and got and 1 comforter and 1 blanket which was send to front desk - it was good but I asked for 2 of each since we were using the pull out couch as well. Not enough towels or wash cloths (2 and 4 towels ) which means almost daily laundry. Overall, it was good and I try not to complain but blankets should’ve been there from day one.

a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. maybe there should be a vacuum cleaner to keep it clean during the stay. no negative reviews. super recommended. I will return without hesitation

This resort and the unit were truly wonderful. The pool area is great! Wonderful beach access and service on the beach. Service in the hotel....Awesome. There are 2 wonderful restaurants in the resort. We didn't leave the property for 4 days. The unit itself was spacious and well equipped. Great overall experience. The only thing I caution is be aware of all the charges. The unit was advertised for $285 a night on Vrbo. By the time everyone added their fees, taxes, and resort use fee, it was $560 per night

This resort and the unit were truly wonderful. The pool area is great! Wonderful beach access and service on the beach. Service in the hotel....Awesome. There are 2 wonderful restaurants in the resort. We didn't leave the property for 4 days. The unit itself was spacious and well equipped. Great overall experience. Place was very clean, beware their is construction that goes on right next to the condo with the condos being built right next door. Construction starts about 6-6:30am Monday-Saturday so good luck sleeping in. The master room TV remote could use some help as it was very hard to adjust channels/volume.

My issue isn’t with the Trump or the rental unit, it’s with the rental company (Turnkey). This is my second time staying at a Turnkey rental and both times they missed the mark. They left us 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for our six day stay. The package never showed and when I followed up they changed their story and said it’s against their policy to provide more toilet paper, and I’d need to bring my own supplies from home. That’s just cruddy customer service—how embarrassing!In addition, Turnkey does not have a phone in the room which was an issue anytime we had food delivered to the hotel because the front desk would try calling the unit repeatedly. Turnkey also does not provide Kleenex, body lotion or coffee.The unit was fine, everything worked and we had a partial view of the ocean. The property grounds need some serious updating and service is ok. My suggestion is to not pay more than a few hundred a night for this unit and you’ll be pleased.

They left us 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for our six day stay. We stayed 4 nights in this condo. It’s super spacious, lots of storage, full kitchen, very clean, and GORGEOUS views of both the ocean and the city. The pools, beach, amenities, are excellent. The workers at the pool and beach and so sweet, nice and on top of it! The only complaint is the construction noise and view going on right next door, however the photos on the ad shows you exactly what is happening. It starts at 6:45am - 5:20pm EVERY day, including weekends. We will definitely consider staying here again when we return to Sunny Isles Beach.

Good place and location
Nice, clean place with great resort service. We had a wonderful time. The only thing was we were given the address but not the resort name. That would have been helpful in making sure we were the correct place.
