The space itself was clean and updated.

We had a safety issue occur while staying on the property. We were set to check out at 10 am. We decided to try and find the pool for our kids to swim in and then return to the unit for the rest of our things. Upon arrival to the unit at 9:30 am my husband walked in to find a huge guard dog barking at him as if he were an intruder. The cleaning lady was inside the unit and had gathered our things on a pile and had brought her dog with. There were many things obviously wrong with this situation. Upon calling vacasa, nothing was done. We quickly got our things and checked out early. Second, the pool facilities were under construction. No one informed us of this. A construction worker told us to go to winter place down the road. We did and were unable to get in as our pool pass did not have a code and no one was at the desk. In addition, the house is sprayed in rules and threatening fines, however no where is there any list of how to use the resort amenities. None. This overall made us feel unwelcome and not at ease for fear we might lose the laminated parking pass and get charged $250 or mess up one of the many other rules. Lastly, the location is so remote and not worth it. The only good part of our stay here was Java Baba- the nearest coffee shop that had incredible food and coffee. Do not stay here! You won’t feel safe or relaxed!

Location, comfort of beds, spacious, excellent kitchen items. availability of boardgames. Nice TVs.

I wish they had oil and pepper. They had salt. Jacuzzi gave off black particles and seemed dirty.
