This house was perfect for our family! Lots of space to spread out in. Location was great and the clubhouse amenities were a plus. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Great communication from the host.
And of course it was wonderful that we could bring our dog. We will be back!

We had an amazing time here. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and the house was GORGEOUS! Plenty of space and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!!

I did a lot of cooking and this kitchen had everything I needed. Lots of seating for two families and plenty of room to spread out. The layout is particularly good if you are trying to get away from 'kid noise' as there are many little nooks and crannies to grab a book and escape to. The furniture is very comfortable and the bedrooms are roomy. The screened-in porch is a nice place for people to run off to and be on their own.

It was about 1 1/2 miles from Bethany Beach. The clubhouse was very nice for the whole family to use. It was very spacious and had plenty room for the whole family to spread out and it was 12 of us. The owner responded in a timely manner with any questions and concerns.

Beautiful place with great location to the beach.
Clean and the owners have not forgotten a thing in the house. Pictures do not do the house justice. Will be back in the fall.

The property is more beautiful than the online description. It has everything a family needs, the kitchen is well stocked and enjoyable to cook in - additionally, the house, rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable. The property is around the corner from a grocery story and is 5 minutes ride to the center of Bethany and the beach.

Lovely, large, well appointed home, close driving distance to everything. Community is quiet, with plenty of walking routes, a club house with many amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool for when you need a break from the beach. The house has large TVs and very comfy couches. No cable, so bring your subscription passwords : ) Chris is very responsive and helpful with any questions. Overall, a very lovely home that we would visit again.

Outstanding rental. Positives include -
- Fantastic space. Tons of room. Well appointed and decorated. Very, very comfortable.
- Amenities galore. The unit itself (smart tvs, more than ample kitchen, beach supplies in the garage…. And lots more). Plus the community amenities. The clubhouse is awesome (two pools, hot tub, game room, fitness room), and we used it every day.
- Beach access. We were six minutes from everything, including the 5th St Beach, which was our favorite.
- Dog friendly. This was huge for us, as we really wanted to bring Charlie. He loved it, too.
- Hosts. Chris was extremely responsive and nice.
We will be back!!

The highlight of our July stay was the pool with its amazing views of the bay. House was clean and super comfortable for two families and our dogs. Communication with owner was great. We loved it, again.

AMAZING stay

All in all a wonderful trip
Our entire multigenerational family had a wonderful time at this property. The house was very clean, exactly as pictured, and well-appointed with everything we needed. The clubhouse amenities are fantastic, and Chris could not have been a more responsive and gracious host. We would not hesitate to come back!

Relaxing Stay & Minutes Away
Chris was a great host and very easy to communicate with. He allowed us to check in early and worked to get the property ready for us. He addressed any issues that came up such as a faulty toilet and sent someone to repair the issue. The property is near to many amenities and you have choice of beaches to go to. It’s not far from Bethany beach and boardwalk. The clubhouse amenities were great for families with kids. Overall great stay.

We enjoyed the location and the property was a great fit for our family! It was a nice quiet neighborhood close to stores and walking trails. Chris was very helpful with any questions!

Perfect for large families-amazing sunsets on the Bay
We love this community-and this house is beautiful. Several comfortable and separate TV/sitting areas on the main level with a view of a pond and fountain. 4 large bedrooms upstairs. Super clean and host was attentive and communicated quickly. Well stocked kitchen, with everything you’d need. Club house-a ten minute walk to the other section of the neighborhood-has a large outdoor pool with a view of the bay, indoor pool and fitness room, and game room-great for teens. Tennis, pickleball, a gazebo on the bay for sunsets and dog walks. A short drive-less then 10 minutes-to Bethany.
Large grocery store 2 blocks down the road. Nice biking trail within biking distance-or just nice to ride around the neighborhood. Quiet and safe. A great escape overall. We look forward to returning in July!!
