This was our second stay at Ivan’s villa and it was just as excellent as our first visit in April 2023. The villa is accurately described and pictured in the listing. Sparkling clean and with all appliances in good working order. As I noted in my previous review, a lot of thought and care has gone into this property to include lots of extra amenities to make it comfortable for its guests, such as the spice cabinet, which was key in creating one of our favorite memories from this property, which was breakfast every morning on the balcony. We have stayed at a few properties in Beach Village and this one is by far our favorite. Ivan is a great host with fast communication and lots of helpful tips to offer. Thank you, Ivan!

This condo was perfect! It had everything we needed and was close to everything! Ivan was a pleasure to deal with and was great at communicating. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Ivan’s wife lace is just as described! Very clean and had everything you would need for cooking (but we didn’t do much of that) the washer and dryer was great as we packed light. Walked a few steps to the beach, the pool you can see from balcony. We watched people walk playing golf from the balcony. It was perfect and Ivan was very responsive with questions I had before we arrived. Would definitely rent from Ivan again. Thank you for everything.

Five stars all around! We had a wonderful stay at this property! The villa was exactly as described, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we would need for our stay. The villa was sparkling clean, and everything was in great condition. Pool is next door, beach is across the street, and Palmanova Plaza (shops and restaurants) is a 10-15 minute walk away. Ivan was an outstanding host who went above and beyond for us, and was very responsive and helpful! Thank you Ivan! We'll definitely be staying here again when we return to Palmas del Mar!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s property. It was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Steps from a beach where it always felt like we were the only people on it. If you want a break from the crowds of San Juan this is the spot. Ivan was always quick to respond to our questions as well. 5 Stars!!!

Very clean condo, it had all we needed. Ivan was very responsive and helpful. Very convenient location, next to the hotel and the beach, and right next to the pool! Palmas resort is extremely beautiful. We will definitely stay there again!!
