We had a lovely time on our vacation. The house was absolutely gorgeous. The pool was fantastic and the place was immaculate. My daughter had such a great time with all the pool toys. Loved all the amenities. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit our family. Definitely recommend it to anyone. 5+ stars

This house was absolutely PERFECT! Spotless. Exactly as pictured. Tons of pool toys. Excellent instructions. Supper comfortable beds and furniture. Pool and hot tub were just perfect. Thoughtful and easy communication with the host. I would give this place more than five stars if I could. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sarah and Brian for a wonderful weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grant Serene. We spent 4 nights there in March and would book again without hesitation. The home is immaculately clean and maintained. My husband is still talking about how nice it was to have a grill that he didn't have to clean before using it, as is often the case. The saltwater pool is fabulous! We spent many hours enjoying ourselves on the lanai and around the pool. The location was convenient for our needs. It is close to the airport and Spring training games. Communication with the host was perfect. We had a glitch getting into the house upon our arrival and Sarah was on it immediately and had us inside within minutes. Thanks for hosting us!

We stayed at this property during the month of February and it was awesome. Anything we needed or wanted was at this property. It was like being in our own home for the entire month. The pool, hot tub, grill, lanai, beach chairs around the pool and many more amenities. The location is out of the hustle and bustle of Fort Meyers but close enough to drive too. Our standards are pretty high and Sarah and Brian hit the mark. It's an excellent home for young children as well. This property has a lot of offer! Don't miss out on it. Bill and Bonnie L.

The house was beautiful and clean! Loved the pool and hot tub, but the rules/checkout expectations of the house felt very restrictive. We couldn’t smoke outside at all which is unusual. The outdoor shower didn’t work at all. The neighbors were creepy and staring at us while we were in the hot tub. The neighborhood wasn’t what we expected as this house was the nicest one, by far. Expecting guests to wash and dry towels with a checkout time of 10 am was a bit like free labor and took a long time to accomplish. We wrapped up our stay washing and drying two loads of towels when we could have been relaxing. Also, requiring the grill to be cleaned was a lot too. Since there is a cleaning fee included, it was a lot to ask of guests in addition to stripping the beds. We won’t be back.

Very easy place to stay and all the amenities are great. Outstanding quality everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a very clean, well optioned home.

We came to the area for a baseball tourney. House was a great location and near JetBlue Park. Immaculate condition, great accommodation and had everything we needed to keep up with the uniform washing which made it a breeze.

The house was fantastic. Three bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and big living room. Sarah and Brian were great hosts. The biggest extra for our group was the hot tub which we used everyday after our baseball games. We were about 10 minutes from Jet Blue Stadium where the majority of our games were played. We look forward to coming back in 2024, as long as our health holds up.

The rental property was beautiful from the interior of the home to the exterior. The pool was utilized most days. The home was great. Peaceful neighborhood and not far of a drive for amenities and entertainment. My family and I are grateful for everything!❤️

The salt water pool was wonderful . The property was immaculately clean and well maintained. Sarah the host was friendly and responsive and we appreciated having a security system available if we wanted to use it. We will definitely book this property again if possible, the next time we are in the area.

This home is new, wonderfully furnished and possessing a great deal of pride and care within its walls that welcome all who visit. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the living space very welcoming with special "touches" that make visitors smile. Brian and Sarah are outstanding communicators who are very professional while at the same time candid and friendly. They truly want those who visit to be comfortable and happy and are genuinely caring people.

Top notch house. Very clean. Very spacious kitchen, fully stocked with appliances & utensils. Beautiful master bedroom. Nice screened in front porch. We definitely recommend this property. We would stay here again. The owners were so easy to work with.

We stayed for 5 weeks in this beautiful house. The house has everything you need for an extended stay. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating (they even bought me a tea kettle for our stay). The house is very clean and spacious.

Excellent Rental, Great House, Great Rental!
House is in excellent condition, absolutely love your master's bathroom! House was easy to keep clean and conveniently arranged. The supplies left in the house were greatly appreciated. Sarah and Brian Stalter were very accommodating and responded immediately. I truthfully cannot think of anything that could have been better.
