L’appartamento richiede urgente manutenzione straordinaria. Pareti piene di umidità. Bagni vetusti da rifare. Pulizia insufficiente. Mobilio vecchio e scadente. Per il costo al quale viene affittato, tutto questo è inaccettabile. Mettano una parte dei ricavi nella manutenzione della casa.

Apartment had a great outdoor terrace & it was in a great location close to the village. Very good communication & prompt response to enquiries We loved our stay .

Bed was quite firm but still comfortable .

I had the pleasure of staying in a charming apartment in Capri, perfectly located in the heart of the town with a breathtaking view of the sea. The attention to detail in the furnishings made the environment cozy and sophisticated, providing a feeling of warmth and luxury. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to meet our every need. This experience was truly unique, combining the charm of Capri with top-notch comfort and hospitality. I can't wait to return to this corner of paradise

Everything was perfect

Light filled. Spacious. Great location.

Lack of warm water. Poor water pressure and in need of new shower heads.

We fell in love with the service we received from the very moment we stepped off the ferry. The staff was so accommodating and sweet. They explained everything for us and treated us like royalty. The apartment was gorgeous. The views were amazing. It was perfect for our family and then some.

We didn’t like that the breakers kept popping. We couldn’t have the washer going @ the same time with a blow dryer. We had to wait to do laundry when we would step out and turned off all the AC and kept the washer working.

Antonio and Gennaro were extremely helpful with helping with booking and getting settled. They both were in constant contact with me and we’re very easy to get in touch with. They offered to help us with restaurant reservations, and even got us into one of the harder spots for lunch. The apartment is in a great location and has amazing views. They helped us book a boat tour and the charter they chose was better than the one that we took with a 5 star hotel on the island. The boat was brand new and the captain was phenomenal

Lots of stairs and walking but that is true with most of Capri. It was our first time in an apartment so I am used to the convenience of a hotel.
