I love the location! 2 blocks from the beach & 4 blocks to the local stores! The cottage is tucked back off the road so it’s very quiet & relaxing. The free laundry room was definitely a perk!

The bed/sheets aren’t very comfortable- it has plastic covering on the mattress & the sheets are stiff so it definitely could use some upgrades. The bathroom & kitchen windows are open with no curtains so it was a little uncomfortable taking a shower when there’s a house a few feet from the window. The air conditioner wasn’t able to be changed & it was dripping the whole time getting everything wet in the kitchen. The Keurig had mold inside of where you put the water & the floor in the shower was grimy- you could tell it hadn’t been scrubbed down in awhile.

There was no privacy as you could see into studio at anytime of day or night even if the lights were off. The blinds did not stop anyone from seeing in. In the bathroom the house behind us could see directly in and there were no blinds. the Wi-Fi did not work and when we reached out someone brought a new router which we then had to return to the office. There was not a bathroom rug or any rug to dry your feet off when getting out of the shower making it hard to not slip. It was not clean…dirty hand marks on where you open bed..on bathroom door….and had to search for a clean fork. The laundry room light was non functioning making it hard to see…they didn’t have a trash can for the lint so there was a growing pile that people had left on the counter.
