Beautiful semi rural location with the comforts of home. We loved stepping out of our City life to relax and enjoy the stunning views and change of pace.

Loved our stay here ! Rosie was amazing and very welcoming to my two girls. They absolutely loved feeding the horses and chickens ! The pool was awesome too, very easy to keep an eye on the kids swimming.

Only downfall is the second bedroom is completely separate from the main cottage. Something to consider if travelling with young children.

Rosie was a very welcoming and friendly host. The property is a nice, quiet and private. Is a good escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Most attractions are no more than a 15-20 minute drive. Very good location.

There wasn't a breakfast we provided our own. The setting was quiet and pleasant in a semi-rural area about 7 minutes from the village shops. The outside deck had a bbq and table with chairs for relaxing

We had searched for a two-bedroom unit for the days we needed. The second bedroom was a converted shipping container, without curtains or insect screens, separate from the main area. You went outside along a deck to gain access. The shower and toilet were separated from the main area only by a curtain, so no real privacy. For a couple that may be ok but not for a family. For over $250.00 per night, we expected a lot better. We have expressed all of this and more to the host.

Palomino has a warm, friendly country cottage vibe. The host Rosie was friendly and welcoming but gave you plenty of privacy. The small kitchen was well enough equipped to meet our weekend stay and the plunge pool was a nice little bonus for the kids.. We all loved feeding the ponies with Rosie's supervision and giving them a good pat. It was nice and close to multiple locations on the Sunshine coast and fairly easy to get around from there.

It is the bush so be warned that there may be a huntsman or two around but they were happy to be put outside and scuttle away.

The cottage was beautiful and comfortable, the environment was peaceful and Rosalin was friendly. Client didn't like the smells in the 2nd bedroom where she planned on sleeping and was worried about being alone so we needed to move a mattress into the cottage so we could both sleep in there. But once we did that it was excellent :) The horse experiences with both Rosalin and Nadja were incredible. Client felt empowered, proud and happy. We would absolutely 💯 stay again. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed.

It was so quiet and peaceful. The morning sun coming through the trees with the mist was so pretty. The host, Rosie, was lovely.

The main cabin and the second bedroom outside were unable to be locked . Not good for security. Bathroom set-up not appropriate for privacy and hygiene

What a gorgeous spot. We arrived at night to the light on, gps lead us straight to the door. Cosy and warmed quickly with reverse cycle aircon. Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge complete with fresh farm eggs. Good size bathroom and great for those with mobility issues as plenty of room and suitable shower. Lovely outlook from BBQ area built up so looks over paddock and horses in paddock. Owner is a delightful person always happy to chat but does not interrupt you privacy. Our daughter spent some time in the paddock with the owner & horses which are all trained therapy horses. Would definately stay again if in the area. Only a short drive to Australia Zoo 🇦🇺

Not what I expected for the price no breakfast, told host would not stay 3 nights she said she had to charge anyway, no privacy or curtains on windows, one Airconditioning, not cool whole accomodating, not worth money, only stayed one night

Animal interaction was great the kids loved feeding the horses and patting them

I see a lot of potential in this property but the privacy for bathroom needs attention, the mat at the door is a trip hazard and having to walk outside for the kids room was not ideal. Having a sign out the front would help to locate property
