The location and contact with the owner was prompt and helpful

Not 100% clean. Unable to open the back door as it was broken. Recycle bin not emptied for three weeks. Very noisey/busy train line at the bottom of the garden. Could not access local TV, had to buy an antenna. Bedroom 2 two singles beds only room was between the two beds no wardrobe, ver small. Bedroom 3 one single bed, a wardrobe that was very hard to access. this room could not be class a bedroom it was more like a closet. This house should not be advised to sleep 6

It was an ideal size and perfect for a week away as a family. Clean and presentable property. The garden was ideal for children who loved playing pirates.

We had a few problems with the property which we communicated with the owner which wasn't resolved. The plug in the sink in the bathroom we reported to not work (stuck in the hole with water in sink from us) no one came to fix this and there were two broken chairs at dining table, (one we were informed of prior to stay) which meant as a family we couldn't utilise the dining table for meals. The wand shower head we were unable to control water tmepreture(boiling hot) and with children in our family this made it unsafe for them.

Good communication, nice and clean and comfortable house with all the basic amenities, close to M25 hence easy driving access. Great place to stay in this area.
